This hotel is beautiful with wonderful friendly staff and clean spacious rooms. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with plenty of food options to choose from. The activity room was packed with all kinds of arcade games, a foosball table and two pool tables. Across from the arcade room was the pool area with a good size saltwater pool and hot tub that had an adjoining patio. In the lobby there is 24-hour hot coffee tea and hot chocolate and also soft fresh baked cookies!

While this is an older property, they have done a good job keeping it up to date. Spent four nights and their King Room is very large with a refrigerator, microwave, and sofa-bed. Included in my room rate was free WiFi and access to the buffet breakfast. While I did not use the buffet (not a breakfast person) I did get coffee and noticed people were enjoying all of the various breakfast foods available. The Front Desk at check-in and throughout my stay were very helpful and extremely friendly. I also attended a wedding here and I must say the folks who managed the wedding, the staff who provided the dinner, and the facilities were exceptional. Out of all the wedding I have attended in my life, the food served here was the BEST I have ever enjoyed. You also are within walking distance to The Backyard Brewery…absolutely great food! I did a separate review of the restaurant.

The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a nice splurge and well worth the small up charge! Everyone we encountered was wonderful! The hotel is only about 1.5 Miles from many restaurants, the mall and Chunky’s the eat in movie theater! Great location (close to the airport) and great service!

Spent a night in the King Suite. The internet was down and the staff could not make any keys. Despite the hardship, the staff assisted us into the room and kept us up to date with the issues at hand.
The room was huge, the hot tub worked perfectly, and the only complaint was that it was just one night. I will stay again if given the opportunity.

I had both an arriving and departing flight that was after hours (midnight and 5:30am respectively). The woman at the front desk each time said there is normally a shuttle, but because they are short staffed, the called and paid for a taxi for both legs of my trip.
I surely expected that I would have to cover it, but the hotel did indeed cover my transportation.
Room was immaculate; and a dream come true (I didn't know until walking into my room that it had a jacuzzi in the middle).

The hot tub is a great relaxing tool and on my latest visit I had a welcoming entrance and friendly exit , but due to Covid-19 there was no hot breakfast which I think could be corrected if they try. Had I known that I would of found a hotel that had hot food. Over all the place is cozy.

The hotel is well maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel is well situated near the airport and with quick access to the city's downtown attractions. Breakfast had enough variety to be better than the usual hotel variety. The pool was heated but not warm enough for me, though outside Temps were in the low 30s. Kids played in it quite a bit. The hot tub was good though. My only problem was the beds were not comfortable. Too hard.

The employees checking us in accommodated every need in our group of 8. The free full breakfast was as to be expected but still good. Clean roomy rooms but I did find the beds a bit hard. The kids enjoyed the pool, and arcade while us adults enjoyed the hot tub. I would definitely recommend staying here

Then breakfast came.. i specifically like to stay in places with a breakfast included. This one did not offer meat/eggs, for whatever maintenance/upgrading/random supposed reason, but that wasnt the real issue as i knew that in advance, and it seemed like they were filling in the blanks pretty well.
The issue was that at 940 the kitchen lady had already broken down the waffle machine. Many people were still eating, and I wasn't the only one who would've made a waffle. I tried asking her if there were any waffles and all i got was, "No!" (To be fair, this may have been the extent of her English.)
Seems like it's often like that in these places.. the inmates running the asylum. Lose a whole star for waffles? Yes, sorry.. your breakfast is supposed to be til 10am, you shouldnt be allowing your workers to do things like this, just because they (understandably) want to hurry up & get their job done. Your paying customers should come first.

This hotel is pretty nice and off the main traffic area of South Willow. I stayed two nights in a jacuzzi room.
PROS:
* The tub was great and worth the extra money for the room.
* Everything seemed fresh and clean when we arrived.
* Grab and go breakfast bags had a good variety of options.
* Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our weekend stay.
CONS:
* The bed was pretty worn and the springs were loose, which was not the most comfortable to sleep on.
* There was something spilled in the hallway outside our door on Friday night, and was still there Sunday morning when we checked out.
* There were also instances of people hanging out in the lobby without masks on, and no one was making an effort to enforce that safety rule.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this Best Western and with the lower room rates for (free) memberships, we will most likely be back.

Good value hotel perfectly situated to be just an hour and half from Portland Maine and 40 minutes to Massachusetts and half an hour to the New Hampshire Mountains. Very busy place with many people coming and going for conferences. 30 year old hotel needs a bit updating. Pool was closed for the first couple days we were there. Rooms were fine but bathtub had dirt and traces of hair. Fixtures in bathroom had rust. Had nice size fridge to keep your food if needed. Clean beds. Has continental breakfast type for the morning. It says they have eggs and bacon but it's a heatable sandwich. Has danishes, muffins, toast, bagels and cereal. Fresh brewed coffee but they have an automatic coffee machine that was the best when coming back from a long day. 4ft pool not heated finally opened but then hot tub was closed for cleaning. Has a gameroom with pinball machines, arcade games and Pool tables, but you need $1 for one round of games. No change machine. It was very hot at the time in the room. Had a fan but didn't help. Has 2 washers and dryers that are coin and credit card operated if cc part works. Cc part wasnt working when we first went there. Uses quarters. They were pretty old and need some cleaning. Dryer had hair like you would believe I guess from a pet. You would think the person who used it would clean it out. They have a nice fitness center with alot of different exercise machines. Indoor Pool, fitness center, game room, washer dryers are on lower level so it doesn't disturb. This place is close to a mall and restauraunts. Also close by is a nice Barnes and Noble.

This was one of the best hotels of the trip. I might have even given them five stars if I didn't find a fake eyelash on the bed the morning after sleeping in the bed (I think my backpack picked it up off the floor, so not like it was in bed with me, probably). The staff was good, the price was decent, and they gave me enough food (for being whatever level Best Western member I am) to get me by while waiting for the tow truck to come out and fix the rental car. I would absolutely stay here again.

My fiancé and I stayed in the whirlpool suite and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We did have issues with the jets not working in our tub, but the manager Stephanie was very helpful in upgrading our room during our next stay to make up for that. The jets worked during my second stay and it was so relaxing having a whirlpool tub right in our room! The staff was very friendly during check in and check out and we will definitely be back to this hotel in the future.

Great hotel, called prior to getting there made reservation extremely nice on the phone. Check in by a different person again very friendly , pleasant, and courteous. Room was on the high end of quality for a Best Western and I stay in them all over the country , very nice room. Indoor heated pool. Breakfast I. The morning. I got my snack bag upon checking without asking. All around 5 stars plus 1. ****** . Extremely large property with room tractor trailer parking . Would definitely recommend.
