I am here with my husband for my father-in-law's funeral. Our schedule has not been regular. Yesterday I asked a very friendly and helpful front desk clerk if our trash could be taken out and our towels changed even though we slept through housekeeping. She made sure it was done. I just came from asking a different clerk the same question, and before I could get more than a half dozen words out, she started shaking her head at me! Then she insisted this was only done once every 3 days. The clerk who helped me yesterday had to chime in and tell her this service is indeed performed every day. The rude clerk disappeared and came back with only 2 bath towels, rather than everything we need. When I asked if it would be possible to get 2 hand towels as well, she rolled her eyes, made a noise, and came back with two small towels. My husband had to take the trash out himself and had to go back and face the same rude person to try to get more towels. He asked at the desk which clerk was shaking her head at me and treated me so rudely, and the clerk in question, who was on the phone, smirked at him. I can not believe we paid $700 to be treated this badly. We are done with Best Westerns

Comfortable room and beds. They had free cookies and brownies when I arrived, so skipped dinner (decent coffee in room with free available coffee near lobby)

This was one of the best hotels of the trip. I might have even given them five stars if I didn't find a fake eyelash on the bed the morning after sleeping in the bed (I think my backpack picked it up off the floor, so not like it was in bed with me, probably). The staff was good, the price was decent, and they gave me enough food (for being whatever level Best Western member I am) to get me by while waiting for the tow truck to come out and fix the rental car. I would absolutely stay here again.

My typical details:

Comparison to others in chain: Better; best bag of things I've been given, I think.

Internet: Good

Breakfast: Didn't try it

Room: Nice size, layout, except have to close door to get to shower

Cleanliness: Pretty good until I found the fake eyelash on the bed (probably picked up from the floor by my bag)

Bed: Average

Bedding: Average

Shower: Good

Hard water: No

HVAC: Good

Location: Oddly remote

Noise: Quiet

Staff: Good

Cost/Value: Decent

Very clean, friendly staff, easy check in/out.

Comfy beds, and a well kept indoor pool.

Breakfast both days came out too salty, that could be improved on.

Nice selection of cookies at night conveniently located across from the front desk in a help yourself setup:)

Easy drive to Portsmouth& Kittery. Not much downtown to speak of, but a great launching area for day trips.

The check in was quick- staff very nice. However once we got into the room it had a very bad odor coming from underneath the sink. There was a thing ( dont know proper name) to catch leaking water, it had old brown disgusting water sitting in it.

This hotel is beautiful with wonderful friendly staff and clean spacious rooms. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with plenty of food options to choose from. The activity room was packed with all kinds of arcade games, a foosball table and two pool tables. Across from the arcade room was the pool area with a good size saltwater pool and hot tub that had an adjoining patio. In the lobby there is 24-hour hot coffee tea and hot chocolate and also soft fresh baked cookies!

Only stayed one night, but it was very pleasant. Front desk was very kind and pleasant, the room was spacious and clean, and the morning breakfast was quite nice! Thanks so much!

Poor service, felt like a bit of a rip off. Paid A lot of money for my band to stay and get treated like dirt after a long flight and nothing in my room worked just the microwave. Other than that very beautiful place and the gentleman Luke behind the desk was very helpful. wish I got to experience it to its fullest. Definitely know not to stay here again after a long flight. Thanks for the stay for the short time

I had previously made a bad post. I appologize to Best Western. I didn't use some amenities correctly. This is a good place to stay\parking. Close to the airport.

Great hotel, great staff. Paid quite a bit for the king suite but I want to say the space and the quiet was sooo worth it. The whirlpool tub was amazing. The game room could use a little updating but it was still fun.

Plenty of restaurants of all kinds nearby for delivery or a quick drive to pick up. Restaurant/Brewery right at the property, just a quick walk across the parking lot.

Close to the airport.

Will definitely be staying there again.

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. We liked it so much last time that when we decide to spend the weekend in NH again we book this hotel. This time the hotel room we got was a bit beat up. Needed a new paint job, you could see they patched a few holes in the walls and never went back and painted. The water on day two was not cold but just warm enough to take a quick show. My husband could not stop complaining about how small the pillows are. They were small but i did not care but it all he could talk about till the just above cold water for the shower.

Escaped the kids for one night only to come to headaches- As soon as we entered our room it reeked of cigarettes'. That's when I noticed that whoever stayed in the room last had used a rubber band and secured a washcloth over the fire detector. The woman at desk (although friendly) said she couldn't move us. After this, the fire detector batteries ran out, causing it to chirp. We had to ask them to fix that at 10pm.. And right before bed we realized there were no batteries in the remote for the TV, had to go back down for batteries... The hotel itself had nice accommodation with pool/ gym / game room and hot breakfast in the AM... But It was very off-putting to have to deal with the nasty cigarette smell and continue to ask for assistance for things that should have been smooth sailing.

I typically stay here in the whirlpool suite. In the past, I've had decent experiences which is why the rating remains a 3.

However my most recent visit had a bunch of minor issues, the biggest one being the lack of hot water???? I paid premium price for a premium room to not be able to take full advantage of it. I had told the front desk staff, of course it's out of their control. I do understand that. But some communication prior to check in to disclose repairs would have been nice. The room I stayed in was also right above the pool so all day you just hear children screaming and playing. Kids are going to play, I get it. It was just very difficult to be able to relax in that environment. I'm not sure when I will stay again unless I'm able to choose a higher floor room and am certain that the hot water is operational.

All the other inconveniences may have just been amplified by the hot water annoyances. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and friendly as they could be.

Had a birthday party for my daughter and they knew about it but got charged 250$ for a cabinet that was broken before we even checked in and supposedly pizza on the floor. It was a kids party if I had seen any pizza on the floor obviously I would have cleaned it up and (If I did break the cabinet I'd have no problem paying it). But 250$ seems alittle ridiculous to me. Seems like they look for any little thing to charge you for. Last time I ever go there or recommend it to anyone else. Never had an issue with them before but never again will I be using this hotel. Supposed to be a good weekend with my family turned horrible. Wish I had chosen somewhere else.

The family and I will be returning customers.

Made a reservation you can cancel for free, Cancelled the reservations the same day online. They still charged me anyway, call them to ask for a refund and manager told me she can't refund it cause they can't afford to lose the revenue. I am a manager myself and understand it sucks when you lose revenue especially when you get profit based pay. However to tell a customer who canceled their reservation with free cancellation that is the reason you can't refund them is just Inexcusable.

My fiancé and I stayed in the whirlpool suite and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We did have issues with the jets not working in our tub, but the manager Stephanie was very helpful in upgrading our room during our next stay to make up for that. The jets worked during my second stay and it was so relaxing having a whirlpool tub right in our room! The staff was very friendly during check in and check out and we will definitely be back to this hotel in the future.

Checked us into a room with a broken bed, and made it seem like it was no big deal, could hear the staff talking about how he was just in that room repairing something else, that he didn't believe someone was already in that room. The safe didn't work, they moved us 4 rooms down. This bed was fine, again safe didn't work. They offer this grab breakfast since covid 19. Warm bottle of water tea biscuits and a yogurt. Quality just doesn't seem important to this hotel. Also walkway wasn't salted and it had snowed, my husband and I almost fell getting out of the car. Had to inform the front desk, where I was told, it would happen when someone is available.

Used this hotel back in 2016 visiting from the UK. Served an epically massive breakfast with make-your-own pancakes with pancake mix.

Spacious room, lots of parking, friendly staff, and found it highly suitable.

This hotel is pretty nice and off the main traffic area of South Willow. I stayed two nights in a jacuzzi room.

* The tub was great and worth the extra money for the room.

* Everything seemed fresh and clean when we arrived.

* Grab and go breakfast bags had a good variety of options.

* Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our weekend stay.

* The bed was pretty worn and the springs were loose, which was not the most comfortable to sleep on.

* There was something spilled in the hallway outside our door on Friday night, and was still there Sunday morning when we checked out.

* There were also instances of people hanging out in the lobby without masks on, and no one was making an effort to enforce that safety rule.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this Best Western and with the lower room rates for (free) memberships, we will most likely be back.

I had a great experience that this hotel! The pool and hot tub were open, our room had a 2 person jacuzzi in it and the location was great! It would be 5 stars but the complimentary breakfast was "yogurt or cereal". We were a little disappointed by that.

It is a great place to stay. they have a hot breakfast and it has always been a pleasure to wake up knowing you can eat. The hot tub is a great relaxing tool and on my latest visit I had a welcoming entrance and friendly exit , but due to Covid-19 there was no hot breakfast which I think could be corrected if they try. Had I known that I would of found a hotel that had hot food. Over all the place is cozy.

Pros: Very nice hotel, especially for the price.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds.

When I checked in, I was given a $5 off $25+ purchase at the brewery restaurant that's o. There property, Wich had great food.

AC worked very well.

Lovely property, I enjoyed walking around it.

Cons: Normally, hotels shower heads are kinda dirty, but mine was sparkly clean, but the exhaust vent needed a small dusting.

Nothing bad.

Great place, will be staying again. When work takes me that way.

Ok for the price. Tub had caulking peeling off. We had to ask for a spray cleaner to wipe everything down because there were fingerprints everywhere. Pool was cloudy and hot tub was warm not hot. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It was good for the night at the price we got. Last minute booking.

I've stayed here numerous times throughout the years. Seriously very reasonable priced for a super nice room/suite. Plus indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, refreshments, and I love their continental breakfast!!! My daughters LOVE this Best Western too!! Oh and definitely join their rewards program to rack up points. I've earned free nights and I don't know about you but I love FREE!!

Stayed for a yearly convention. The staff is excellent. The pool was heavily chlorinated. Too much so for me, actually triggered an asthma attack. Morning breakfast was lovely. Convention space is nice. Everything was clean, and well cared for.

I recently booked a hotel for a prospective Saint Anselm College student's mother on a visit to campus. I did this as a favor because she was getting on a flight and was not familiar with the area. The online rate was $79 plus the taxes and fees but I had to pay for it upfront for that rate. Knowing I am not able to do that with the school credit card I called the hotel and asked them if they could reserve it for her at that rate. They said they could not do that for me. At that point I said are you sure? They said if I booked it online and then called them back they could switch over the credit card and my card would not be charged.

Well luckily for the student's mother she was not charged but my credit card was charged. The hotel apologized to me and offered nothing but, "Yes that person who told you that was wrong." "He should never have told you that information." The admission of wrong doing does not do my any good, I got stuck with the bill and because of that I am in trouble with my work. I will not be fired or anything but I will have to explain the situation to my immediate boss and then they will have to explain it to the bigger boss of the college. I would guess the school will then place the Best Western of Manchester on the "Do Not Use" vendor list.

When I told the lady at the hotel this she hung up on me and said have a nice day. It still amazes me how businesses that do over a million dollars a year in revenue will still screw people over when they make a mistake. I hope they are happy that they got our school's $79 because they have lost a lot more than that in future revenue.

A great hotel experience and competitive pricing made it all the more sweeter. The facility is clean and the daily full hot breakfast an awesome touch. A throwback to a kinder era of please your customer with hospitality and respect.

First room I was given had a giant bug in it. Got another room no bugs but smelled odd like it wasn’t lived in or stuffy the tv unplugged and room coffee maker dirty. Around new year the cleaning staff limited the amount of housekeeping they did. Only making your bed at most on some days.

Second time staying here I was given a nonsmoking room but previous guests were heavy smokers. Unfortunately the $250 fine for smoking did not deter them from smoking. Hotel was at capacity so they were unable to give me a new room. I was given an odor neutralizer 3x and the room still gave me a headache. I get to finish off my night with a Shower that doesn’t drain.

Pros- breakfast is good. There is always coffee, flavored water, and cookies. Staff is friendly

Cons- a little outdated and multiple bad experiences with rooms.

Wonderful hotel with many amenities. We enjoyed the complementary cookies and flavored water in the evening and hot breakfast in the morning! The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a nice splurge and well worth the small up charge! Everyone we encountered was wonderful! The hotel is only about 1.5 Miles from many restaurants, the mall and Chunky’s the eat in movie theater! Great location (close to the airport) and great service!

While this is an older property, they have done a good job keeping it up to date. Spent four nights and their King Room is very large with a refrigerator, microwave, and sofa-bed. Included in my room rate was free WiFi and access to the buffet breakfast. While I did not use the buffet (not a breakfast person) I did get coffee and noticed people were enjoying all of the various breakfast foods available. The Front Desk at check-in and throughout my stay were very helpful and extremely friendly. I also attended a wedding here and I must say the folks who managed the wedding, the staff who provided the dinner, and the facilities were exceptional. Out of all the wedding I have attended in my life, the food served here was the BEST I have ever enjoyed. You also are within walking distance to The Backyard Brewery…absolutely great food! I did a separate review of the restaurant.

Excellent!! I’ve been to many hotels and this is the top for me besides the $400/night ones.

Room was immaculate - even had sanitized remotes!

Breakfast was OUTSTANDING! everything from eggs with sides choices of salsa, cheese and sour cream to waffles with blueberries, strawberries and chock chips!! Even warmed syrup!! Omgosh awesome!

Danishes, real potatoes, corned beef hash, awesome crisp bacon - so much!

Staff was outstanding, pleasant, efficient and so sincere.

I’m a TRUE convert and will be seeking out BEST Westerns from now on!

Amazing job everyone!

Lovely venue for a wedding. The apps were delightful and the staff were very nice and attentive. It's just a couple of steps from the hotel which was ideal and they are pet friendly. We all met for the full spread free breakfast the next morning. Made for a truly nice wedding .
