The staff was absolutely the most friendly people I have ever dealt with at a hotel! They were so kind and helpful! The rooms were amazing, very nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was filling and great! I will definitely be staying here again when I make another trip to NM. It made my fear of staying in motels and hotels disappear! 👍🏻

I recently stayed at this location. I had stayed here before without issue. My recent stay had me changing rooms due to an error by the young lady at the desk. As it turns out, due to them changing my room I was DOUBLE BILLED! When they changed my room they did not remove all of the charges for the first room. I have called 5 times to discuss this matter with a manager and I have been told each time that one wasn't available. I called when they told me one would be in, nope! I was given an email address to send the details to the manager, which I did. Not happy with this at all!

Very nice hotel, staff friendly and check-in and out was easy and fast. One of the better rooms I had compared to other hotels around Albuquerque. Travel through a couple of times a year going to see family and back home. Most likely I will make this as my preferred hotel for my next trip. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and nice.

Price reasonable, place very clean, and staff very friendly and helpful. Analicya, front desk clerk, was especially helpful and efficient and had a very positive attitude.
We have stayed here before in order to catch an early morning airline flight and continue to return. We especially like the park and fly option. Plan to be back in March for another park and fly stay.

Basic accommodations. Clean and comfortable. Young lady at the front desk went above and beyond. Price was decent too. I'd stay here again without a concern

The motel staff were 5 star. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. However, DO NOT park your car at ANY of the motels near the airport. My truck was broken into (two windows broken out) and several hundred dollars worth of items were stolen from inside my truck. I was told by 2 different people that I was LUCKY, because I still have my truck and it wasn't stolen! Car theft is RAMPANT in this area, as well as most of Albuquerque. Good luck! I am paying the price for thinking that with video monitoring and police drive thru's that my stuff would be safe... NOT the case AT ALL. I hope that your luck is better than mine. BEWARE!!!

To be honest I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I paid $50 for a two full size bed room and my expectations were low. Usually at that price range you get a moldy shower, lumpy bed, outdated furniture and the like. Well this place has none of that. It was very clean. The room was well appointed and updated. The beds were fairly comfortable. It had the same amenities as much higher end hotels do but at a fraction of the price. It was a pleasure to stay here and if I'm in town again I'll be here.

Great motel. I was in Albuquerque for the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. The location was close to the airport. They had a great breakfast every morning. Highly recommend it.

This place is a study in contradictions. The staff is superb! Front desk staff was always extremely helpful and ready with suggestions for restaurants, etc. When there was a problem with the air conditioning. m, they were quick to repair and offered another room, very pleasant. The cleaning staff, again pleasant and hard working. The breakfast is very good with excellent availability hours. However, the carpets in the room were so filthy, we always wore our shoes, even in the middle of the night. When we were offered a second room and I went to look at it, the carpets were even dirtier than the one we were already in. Deep cleaning is not done. Don't look in the corners of the room, or the shower curtain, not having the inside layer in place, and the outside layer was not clean. Not enough staff? Maybe the place just needs new carpets? I don't know. A really hospitable staff cannot make up for lack of reinvestment in a hotel when new carpets and occasional deep cleaning is needed. Lots of things can be overlooked, but cleanliness is not one of those areas. We would not stay again, unless the filthy carpets were either thoroughly cleaned or replaced.
