This hotel was just awesome. The staff was incredible and seemed to genuinely care for their guests. The breakfast was also wonderful. They offer so much and we left completely stuffed. I would easily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed here a few days with my girlfriend, all of the staff was extremely friendly! The front desk lady, Mel, went above and beyond making our stay incredible! She made sure that we got anything we needed to make our stay great and gave us tons of info about the surrounding area! She made this our best hotel stay ever! The rooms were clean and cozy, and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely be returning on our next visit!

The hotel is very well situated next to the hwy, close to restaurants and the town. The staff is wonderful and the service is excellent. Breakfast is included so that is a plus. Rooms are clean and well appointed. We will stay here in the future when we visit Cleveland TN again.

I seldom give a five star review but with our overnight stay, I have to say, you have earned this high review. First impressions are usually a sign of what is to come. Upon entering, we were met with the front manager Sam. She was so nice and informative. Great beginning to the overnight stay. After checking in, next came the room. No complaints here. Very clean, updated, and everything worked and in its place. Great sleep was to follow. The breakfast was good, not great, but definitely hit the spot and set you up for the rest of the day. We noticed a very clean an inviting indoor pool. To bad we didn’t have time to utilize it. Check out was a breeze. All in all, great stay and if needing another overnight stay, we will check here first. Thanks for the hospitality.

The heated pool was awesome it felt like a hot tub. The lady at the front desk said they just replaced the heater. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. Thankful for the complimentary breakfast just wish there was more of a selection. They ran out of waffle mix a little after 9 am and my husband asked the lady bringing the food out if there was anymore and she just said no and that’s it. Would stay here again.

I absolutely love this hotel! It’s very quiet the staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good but the pool was closed but that was fine with me. They are very clean and the beds was absolutely comfy and the pillows!! I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and I might come back this Thursday December 23 till Sunday December 26th. I 100% recommend you guys to go there!!

Very clean and fresh smelling rooms. Beds firm but comfy with squishy pillows. Breakfast was yummy (scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles). Staff very friendly and helpful. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to ask for a room that doesn't face the highway as you can hear some of the traffic noise.
