Nice clean. Staff was great. Food was good had breakfast and dinner there. Great 10 min from airport. Shuttles running every 1/2 hour.
Excellent and modern hotel close to Logan Airport. The rooms are up to date and comfortable. They have an on-site restaurant with a good breakfast buffet. One great thing is a direct bus into downtown Boston (takes around half hour) that is free in the direction into town. The bus stop is 200 yards from the hotel.
It's in a sketchy area, but being inside you would not know this. The hotel is very updated! If there was cookies always available I would have given it a 5 star. I've been to many double tres where there are always fresh cookies available. I went to the front desk numerous of times and there were none available. Other than this the staff and my stay was great
Wonderful staff. Simone is a great manager. She is helpful and can make good things happen. Brian is a very good waiter for breakfast. Order freshly made food, skip the buffet. Michelle is a great waitress/bartender. She's helpful and makes a. mean vodka martini. Stay at the DoubleTree. They have a pledge to make your stay right.
