Find Parking at Temple Square, Utah
Official Temple Square parking is available at the Conference Center parking facility. Its entrance is on West Temple, and the structure is open from 4:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Limited accessible parking spaces are obtainable on a first-come, first-served basis.
The standard parking rate is $10, but Tempe Square visitors can obtain validations at the Center hosting desks.
Early arrival is a must if you’re planning a visit in June, July, August, and December. Since the number of visitors is on the rise, the facility fills quickly. An attendant at the entrance will direct you to an alternative lot if the garage is full.
Street Parking Rates
Metered parking near Temple Square in Salt Lake City is available on several surrounding streets. It’s in effect from 8 AM to 8 PM on weekdays. A two-hour limit applies Monday through Saturday, while parking is free on weekends. Visit www.parkingslc.com for more info.
Parking for Special Events
Car parking availability differs for major events. Here are the top facilities offering event parking starting three hours before the start time:

Convenient ADA parking on event days is provided by the West Temple Street lot, right west of the Conference Center.
Public Transportation Options
Skip the Temple Square parking hassle, and get there in no time with public transit systems. The TRAX Blue Line and Green Line stop at the Temple Square Station, just a minute away. The fare is $2.50, while the day pass costs $5. Click here for maps and schedules.
Several UTA bus stops are also placed around the Salt Lake Temple and Conference Center. You may use multiple bus lines to get there: 3, 200, 209, 455, 470, 473, etc. Flixbus and Salt Lake Express make stops on West Temple.
