Tried a few days ago for the first time. Clear and practical site. Professional and punctual. Educated. Very fast. Easily contactable. On the way back I called them on the phone and they arrived immediately to take us back from the airport to the parking lot, where we found our cars. They also have other interesting services. Absolutely recommended

my last return flight was delayed with a detour to Catania, due to bad weather instead of Palermo, with an immense inconvenience for all the passengers that I am not here to tell. Despite this, the Valle Cera Parcheggio staff was constantly in contact with me until late at night (almost three in the morning), waiting and available for my return to Palermo airport, even well after closing time. . Servizio eccellente, percheggio non troppo distante dall'aereoporto e grandissima disponibilità da parte dei proprietari. Il parcheggio è molto grande e soprattutto non in terra battuta. Esperienza eccellente.

We left the car for 3 days and both on departure and arrival (1:00 in the morning) the service was professional and very fast. All for the modest sum of 6 euros per day.



We recommend them with eyes closed.

Il personale gentile e cordiale, sono stati molto professionali tranne per una piccola pecca , ho lasciato la macchina per tre giorni, in più ho pagato per il lavaggio auto al mio rientro ho trovato 16 km in più nel contachilometri, alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato riferito che l'autolavaggio del parcheggio si trovava a Terrasini, ma questo non mi era stato comunicato..... Tralasciando questo inconveniente forse sarebbe più opportuno comunicarle prima queste notizie ....per il resto tutto bene, molto conveniente ....

Il personale è cortese i tempi per raggiungere ed essere presi in aeroporto sono accettabili. I prezzi sono più che in linea con la media. Excellent service... I left my car in this car park for 2 days... The service was really excellent... As soon as I landed I called to say that I had arrived, just enough time to get to the meeting point with the shuttle and it was already there on the spot... The price is really excellent, with the agreement it is €5 per day... Very positive experience... Surely the next time I have to fly I already know where to leave the car...

Conoscevo già questo parcheggio,mi sono trovato sempre benissimo. Tornato dopo circa 5 mesi (perché chiuso per ristrutturazione) ho trovato un vero salotto per la mia auto (non più in terra battuta) ed il personale sempre accogliente e disponibile
