It is a never airport for the town. It does get heavily crowded near boarding times. The staff are very nice. There is a restaurant nearby and delivery services if you are hungry. The taxis cans are run pretty consistently and there are several shuttles available for YKHC, the hospital, Grant and other services.
Can't say much yet; I will try to add when I leave, but basically, it's the only airport around. The air operation seems very efficient: passenger amenities are limited, as befits what I will call a "working airport".
There are a variety of airlines to choose from, yute air and Grant air being the only two with restaurants up stairs. Fox air is the best air line to fly with though
The Bethel Airport's is our only way in or out to the Bigger City's or the Village's until we get more airlines to go out
Thanks to Alaska Airlines employee Jonoa Sleppy this was hands down the best experience I've had with any airline and any flight. She went above and beyond on multiple occasions. I've never experienced this level of customer service. Especially in an airport! She is diamond in the rough out there in Bethel.
