On September 21 my husband parked in the AEX parking lot to pick me up from my flight into Alexandria. The flight was slightly delayed and he ended up parking for 1 hour and 17 minutes. He went to exit to meet me in the front of the terminal and there was no one in the booth to pay. There was a sign to scan a QR code to pay. He didn’t know how to scan the code and left. A week later we received a parking ticket from Premium Parking for $74.50. I disputed the charge on 9/30 and was told I would hear back within 72 business hours. It is 10/17 and I still haven’t heard back and the fee is due by 10/22 or the fine will be $114.50. I have tried twice to pay, a minimum payment for the parking fee. It requires that I download the app. The app kept taking me to another site. There is no number to call. This is not fair! I am at my wits end! Beware if you park over the 1 hour limit.
