Long-Term Parking - New York Stewart International Airport

So nice to experience a small airport! No airline line more than 8-10 mins, made it through security in 10-15 mins, any questions there were several nice employees nearby to help. Such a nice change from the rude chaos of large airports! Would choose to fly in or out of again even if it means a slightly longer drive.

Love this airport. Security and getting to your gate is quick since it’s a small airport. Flies to many southern locations like South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Look forward to seeing this airport grow after the pandemic cancelled basically all of its routes except for Allegiant. The planes landing there always fly over my house especially the cargo Boeing 747. Sometimes I like to go airplane spotting here. Just a tip, in the future you guys should add a designated airplane spotting location.

Nice small airport. Super easy to navigate. The parking is literally across the street for short-term. Long term is also within walking distance. There are food options inside, but no bar. I will always choose this airport over the bigger ones. Hardly ever any lines, but if so, quick.

Had a great experience flying in and out of Stewart (with Play airlines). The airport staff were all friendly and kind. Everything moves quickly because it's such a small place.

Not too much in the way of food options, so prepare ahead.

This is such a great airport in Orange county. It's so sad however that a lot of airlines are no longer flying from this airport. I don't understand the politics as to why. I appreciate how much this airport does for the Hudson Valley Honor Flight, which honors our veterans. However there should be free parking in the short term lot for participants and their families during the Honor Flight. Today's Honor Flight was spectacular.

A beautiful airport, easy to get to. Fast check in, TSA was a breeze. Good food at Hudson, reasonable prices. Gates are close by. Highly recomended.

USA will remain USA, very GREAT Country and very POWERFUL. May GOD continues to bless America as always! The service was great with staff we interacted here with Plays airlines recently in July 2023. When it comes to customers service skills AMERICANS are number ONE. These staff are the BEST from all the staff we came across with PLAY airlines- compared with those in Paris and Iceland. American Staff explained how each carrier bags and check in bags are required to be paid while traveling with play airlines in a respectful and professional way. We had no issues making these huge payments of over $800. For sure if you are traveling with play airlines load your money in your account. Their TICKETS are affordable but they get you with check in bags and carriers bags for cabins. Every single bags needed to be paid. Despite us spending all these money we were still happy because of good customers service that we received. However, this experience was completely different from the way we were treated at Reykjavik international airport with play airlines staff. There we had a very BAD and TERRIBLE experience.

Nice airport with excellent customer service. Special thanks to Deborah Clifford, who was very helpful to us on arrival in ensuring we travelled to NYC safely. Airport could benefit from quicker transport to NYC and other cities, but I can’t fault the staff.

Had no issues boarding my flight! Very clean and good airport--car rentals available, water fountain, bathroom, cafe, kiosks, and many, many charging ports. You can take the coach bus to go to the city.



Very friendly staff and security so I had no issues getting through. Newly renovated too!

Seriously the best airport in/around NYC. Very fast controls, lot of space to seat and charge phone/laptop, good and free WiFi, small convenient duty-free shop. Strongly recommend to use this airport!

Small International Airport, easy in and out. $12/day for long term parking which is a short walk from the terminal. Every person we met working at the airport no matter what position was friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience.

Absolutely amazing airport. Despite it being a bit of a distance from New Jersey, it is more worth it to take the drive here. Only an hour from where I am from, it’s much better than going to Newark, traffic-wise.



I did go to the Euro Cafe, it is alright. The fries were not the best which was unfortunate but not surprising either.

The best kept secret in Orange County. No hustling or bustling. This is one Quiet and efficient airport . I now choose my vacation destination only if Stewart's is flying there.

Just wish all of the other airlines would start flying back out of Stewart

The staff here is amazing and so helpful, TSA is so quick and there is no sweat to get through. Most other airlines rush and treat you as another ticket. Stewart's sees you as a person and makes the experience a wonderful one! From the ticket counter to the airline its 100% my go to airport!

Really nice, relaxed airport. The TSA employees are very friendly and easy going. The same can't be said of Frontier Airline ticket agents. Not pleasant at all. But this is about Stewart... Immaculate bathroom, nice place to buy food/drink/magazines, etc... Nothing much else here just clean and comfortable gates.

Pretty empty and clean. TSA procedures were easy. Frontier baggage and check in staff could use some customer service training though. They are as hospitable as folks that work in Jamaican restaurants. If you know… you’ll know.

Love fying out of Stewart Airport. Super close non expensive parking. Speedy and short security lines. Very clean space and helpful friendly employees.

So much more pleasant then any other local airport. I will only use this airport from here on out. Super clean. Everyone who works there is a pleasure to deal with. Never a line. Well oiled machine. Top notch.

Breast pumping station located at gate 4 for all you pregnant mommies. Love it here. No long lines, no traffic, friendly staff. Close to home.

Easy to reach NYC with the bus which is right outside of the airport.



Gone through security in less than 5min !



And on our way in we had a counter dedicated to non US passport so it was quite quick, especially if you don’t have luggage to pick up.

Nice little airport. It’s clean, convenient and the staff are nice and helpful. There are food/tchotchke stores before and after security. Both check in and TSA lines were very sort and went smooth. Definitely don’t think you need arrive two hours before hand but I understand that’s what they tell you for all airports.

From this airport everything is easier. No setbacks, no crowds, flights with excellent service and smiles even at the security checkpoint.

Her/Their tone was very unprofessional, rude, abrasive and confrontational yelling. I have never experienced anything like this before in all of my travels. It began with the female who made the announcement regarding the purchase of duty-free items and consistently went down hill from there with each announcement. Please train these young women on how to address the passengers and the proper tone which should be used. Please have them practice what they are going to say before they get on the PA system Not everyone is comfortable speaking on a PA system, but for the love of God please train them in how to be more professional. Remind them that they are not arguing with the workers at a fast food chain who made an honest mistake with their order, this is their work environment. As a paying customer I was insulted at the tone of those young women and how they handled themselves while trying to update the passengers on the situation. With that being said, I am grateful for this airport and its staff and the speedy check-in process. I will choose this airport any day over the chaos of JFK and others, hence the four stars.

14 Mar 2023. 11:00, Frontier Airlines F91298 from MCO Orlando International landed at New York Stewart International Airport. It's quite far from Manhattan

Parking long and short term are inexpensive and close to the terminal. The airport is not crowded and clean. The advantage is also a drawback as there are few airlines in operation at this airport.

An excellent NY airport, in my opinion, the best! Small, quick, smooth, easy to access, stress-free. Maybe we were lucky, but we also got here an uber cab that drove us 120miles, to our final destination. The rental desks were sold out and closed at 6pm, too. The uber driver saved us from paying a hotel plus rental plus gas next day. If you target NYC, you are all set as there are buses running to NYC for every arriving flight.

very quick tsa 20 mins max in and out. shop up the escalators have AMAMZING bacon and egg and chese so yummy and I love the little airplanes toys

Love flying out of Stewart airport because it’s always empty! There is never a line at security and the parking is small and quick and easy! The cafeteria is small but they do offer burgers and fries and a nice variety of cafe drinks. They also have pre-made sandwiches and yogurts and parfaits to go.. lots of magazines and books and travel stuff! Highly recommend SWF

Super clean, staff amazingly jovial and helpful, going through security was a breeze.



Just 1 terminal with the 6 gates one next to each other so super easy to find yours.



Comfortable seats in the waiting area and plugs that actually work!



It seems the only place where you can get a coffee opens around 9am

Our favorite airport! The BEST airport for calm, clean, friendly, simple travel. No one is stressed out but everything runs well.



It’s also physically beautiful to fly into Stewart-the mountains, the greenery, very peaceful.

Whole airport vibe is lovely. It is paced for ease.



International arrivals is a pleasure with professional and friendly officers. Short and efficient security lines. Several rental car companies with very competitive rates.



Simple, simple, simple in all the right ways. We hope more airlines will come to Stewart!
