Great spoke airport. Incredibly easy in and out. TSA and ticket counters are not operational until 4am. Car rental is also easy.

This has to be one of the best regional airports in the country. Clean, simple, and small. The staff are friendly and it is nicely furnished. Much better than Atlanta, although that bar is set very low.
There have been times where my flight from Atlanta is delayed until late at night and there are only a few employees, and the result is some slow service, but that has only happened to me once.
They have also been very accommodating when traveling with children.

Small, love it very nice airport hospitality suites for military great addition to this airport should be at more airport
Wanted to say thank you to Ajee in Augusta Ga for going above and beyond to help me with getting my walker permanently tired so that it will always be waiting at the jet bridge for me. Thank you so much. No one has ever offered the service for me. I appreciate you. Great employee Delta thank you.

Decent airport that flies from Augusta with direct flights to certain states such as Virginia and Texas and short connections to major airports such as ATL. Would be nice to see further renovations and additions to the airport, as well as more direct connections, but for a city like Augusta it gets the job done.

I'm a flight attendant. I commute from AGS to ATL quite often. Gate agent Ashley Walker has always been a big help to me. Since I'm at the airport so often, I get to see her interact with the passengers. No matter what situations might be going on, such as delays, she handles everything with professionalism. Any passenger who approaches her can expect excellent customer service. She is always professional, helpful and respectful.

First time traveling from this airport. Everything was fairly easy and everyone was really helpful. It's calm, quiet, and really easy to navigate. All areas are clean and there are a few places to get gifts and a bit to eat or a drink.

Always a great experience everything from flights to car rentals. Plenty of parking and if you miss your turn or parking it’s a simple circle around. Beautiful place to plane watch too!

Night visit for night pickup of relative, 10:30 pm. Parking lot pretty full! - even in the pay-for hourly lot, which you must use unless you're doing a fly-thru curbside pickup. Since I had to wait awhile I took a walk around.
No real food court, just 2 vending machines. Maybe during the day they have a few carts set up. I don't know.
Clean - nobody there that time of night except 1 or 2 rental car employees, security, 1 or 2 flight agents (if that msny), a couple janitorial staff, and ( behind the scenes), baggage handlers. All are very helpful & helped my visitor get her bags, which due to airline snafus, had arrived 6 hours earlier and were stored in the back. Due to the lack of flight counter personnel, it took a little while to find some help, but once we did everything was quickly resolved,
Getting out of the parking lot can be a bit tricky, but here's your clue: follow the exit signs & when you reach the gate with the crossbar drop arm that says "EXIT" remember you have to get *really* close to the gate before it will open- so go ahead and put the nose of your vehicle up close to the gate. Then it will open. (I drove past 3 times in an endless circle before I said "Muck it!" And gave it a try. Not that intuitive since there isn't any guard hut - that's further down the road. The parking pay hut takes cash. It cost me $3 for about an hour or so. Bear right to get to Hwy 56 - and happy flying!
Post note: Dropped off my visitor a week later at 2:30pm - it was not crowded, the parking lot wasn't quite as full as before, and because I knew the trick about the parking lot exit (see above) I had no trouble getting out. I guess because it was a short visit (less than 1 hour) there was NO charge for the short time I was parked. I did recheck the "food court " to see if there were any food carts, but all there were was the 2 lonely vending machines. So IF you arrive hungry . . . Good luck. It's a bit of a drive to the nearest fast food outlet. Otherwise, it's just candy & chips for you if you're stuck there at the airport
Hope you brought snacks! X-D

Hands down one of the best smaller airports I've ever traveled through. Can't wait to see their expansion and additional services. **Note: Don't fly in between 11-4pm on Sunday and expect a rental car. People always bring them back late from the previous days. Fly in on a redeye flight.

The security is nice and straight forward. As long as you don't cause any issues, then it'll be a seamless experience.
The airline employees at the desks are really nice, just remember that they are human too and they can only tell information as they see it on the screen.
Delays happen, don't stress over something out of your control.

This is the cutest airport I've ever been to. They even have courtyards that are accessible once you go through security, complete with rocking chairs and ceiling fans.

Beautiful and clean terminal. Nicely designed smaller airport that has all public space on one level.
There are rocking chairs overlooking the tarmac, a putting green outside and there is even an interesting collection of James Brown's stage clothes and boots on display.
Easy to relax but I had work to do and
finding an electrical outlet was pretty quick but glad that I had an extension cord.
Baggage arrived quickly and a short walk to the Uber pick up which was on the side closest to baggage claim. Recommend checking the pick up directions carefully because the locations did not seem to match the signs.
Friendly staff everywhere added to a very pleasant experience.

Very small regional airport. However, most services are available. Very limited food and drink services. Moderately comfortable waiting area. Very convenient drop off / pickup with a very short walk to ticket counter or baggage claim. A bit longer walk to long term parking but a shuttle cruises the lot in order to provide rides for disabled passengers or passengers with a lot of luggage.

Easy to travel through and is small so you don't have the issue of dealing with a bunch of people as you go through TSA or getting to the gate. It's either gate 1 or 2... it's nice

Airport was undergoing some renovations so was a tad disheveled. All in all a good place to fly out of. Small so parking is not an issue and security was a breeze.

Its a small and quite airport. Local people are very friendly and nice. Not a whole lot of traffic. The airport is clean and user friendly. I have travelled from here and also got rental cars from there.
Only draw back is lack of public transport and also uber drivers don’t come there to pick you. So you either go at the time of flight or arrange your own pick us.

Small airport, but TSA is always friendly and efficient. They have a beautiful seating area outside if you have some time to wait and this gorgeous clock in the middle of the boarding areas. They also have rocking chairs to sit in that look directly outside and occasionally they have therapy dogs that you can pet waiting in the boarding area.

Small quiant little airport. Functional I guess for its purpose. I was surprised that there only one eatery. It was good. Roast beef sandwich was decent. The airport itself is clean on the inside and outside. Getting a rental vehicle was one of the simplest evolution I can remember in recent history. & Their checkin and check out features were unique to me which allowed for a efficient use of my time with the rental vehicle.
