cannot reach easily the shuttle driver
Had to arrive at 5am to catch a 7am flight, but the shuttle doesn’t take off until 6. No shuttle appearance at the airport during the 8pm arrival. Not worth it
We had to wait over 45 mins with several calls at 11:30 Monday morning. 8 people waiting.
Easy to use App. Great service at the lot we chose, van driver didn't show up for work. Desk clerk had a taxi there before we could park our car.

Easy to make reservation. Price was good. Not enough info on where to park so I went into the hotel - staff was extremely nice! Coming back, shuttle was to run every 30 minutes, we waited at the airport almost an hour, very disappointed.
Easy way to park and ride to Long Beach airport. Highly recommend.
Great place to park. My only complaint, I have to walk all the way around the building to get back to the shuttle. There is no back door for one to walk though the lobby.
slow to drop off slow support at front desk dont be in a hurry you will miss your flight shuttle dont have a set schedule. Also, slow on pickup
Everything from start-to-finish was very easy. The associates are very kind. The shuttle driver is very kind. We will continue to use this parking service in the future.
Excellent. Trouble free!
Could not get a return shuttle. Took 20 min to get someone on the phone, only to be put on hold again, and again… Finally had to pay for a taxi. Not good.
