Very clean, Ryan at the front desk was so nice, very professional! Since I get off from work at 730 am they let me check in at that time! So accommodating. My room on the 12th floor had the airport view. Pretty cool I'd say.
This place is okay. The room is a little small. Doesn't come with a microwave which is kinda sad. Fridge is decent sized but still small. TV is kinda small. Found a blood stain on the door which is kinda gross. Tried to open the window and it broke and won't close now. Called front desk who said they'd send a repairman but never came. So was freezing all night. And for the price of this room, you'd expect some kind of breakfast right? Wrong. Nothing. Unless you wanna pay extra for coffee and bread. Wouldn't stay here again. Bed was comfy at least.
Clean and elegant rooms. Comfortable beds. I love this place. But they don't have any microwaves in any rooms.
This is definitely not 3.5 stars. The lobby is super nice but you aren't sleeping in there. The rooms do not look remodeled besides new carpet. They do have a fridge+ micro which was nice. Hallways reaked like ashtrays although they claim to be a smoke free hotel. I spotted a roach in the restroom
Oh great location, the staff were extremely attentive and thorough. Rooms are well kept, my only problem was the bath and toilet a little too close 😁 I had a great stay. Will stay there on my next trip.
Diana “Village Ghetto Land”
Nice employees working there but the area was a little sketchy and ghetto. Room was fine but you smelled smoke from other guests in the non smoking area. Weed included.
We actually were planning on staying at this site for a weekend get away, but after checking in and seeing our room, which was not very clean, the windows were so dirty we could hardly see out of them. We decided to rebook a room next door at their sister hotel Staybridge that had just been built recently and had only been opened a month. The great news was Darnell the supervisor at the Holiday Inn took care of canceling our reservation, and helped us rebook at the Staybridge.
Love the hotel ambiance is good a littke on the pricey side paid aboit 400 for a weekend but I got all the bells and whistles and perks. So defenatly will be staying here again. The only i cation about I got the breakfast option dont do it its just cereal. Lol
Really bad!! We checked in Saturday Labor Day weekend. The receptionist was working by herself and the line was long just to check in. Our room was tight and old. Our AC was not working after we returned from our family function, call the reception to get some kind of help but we didn’t get any help because the maintenance guy was gone for the night so we had to suffer the terrible heat. She never offer us a different room or upgrade saying we had to talk to the manager in the morning. Upon checking out the next morning I told the receptionist about last night problem but he didn’t want to hear it, all he said was you booked with a third party and there’s nothing we can do about it you need to call whoever you booked your room with. This hotel doesn’t deserve a 3 ⭐️ it’s old and ugly inside the room. They should be in a motel category not hotel. Never again!
Old building needs upgrading and rooms are tiny, but efficiently set-up
We are here now and this will be the last time. I booked on priceline.com gave my CC information arrived gave the front desk my CC spent significant time waiting at the front desk, signed my paperwork, got my room keys and went up to our room. We then left for dinner, about an hour later I received a call from yvette that my card didn't go through. I didn't and still don't see how this was possible unless it was run incorrectly which later in this review I have to swipe my card which I was not told to do the first time. On the phone with yvette I told her we were out and I would stop down when we returned. When we returned I dropped my 78 year old father and niece at the front door with a room key while I parked. I planned on stopping by the front desk after I parked. When I walked up I saw my dad at the front desk. Yvette had deactivated our room keys with our stuff and my dad's medicine in the room. To me this is unacceptable. It was not my fault they did not run the card that I have them. I handed yvette the same card I made my reservation on, the same card I gave to the front desk clerk who asked yvette for help and it went through fine. She reactivated our key. When I expressed my flustration she and the two security guards behind the desk informed me this is standard procedure. I will not be staying at a holliday in again. I stayed at Marriot earlier in the week with no issues. I have used priceline countless times with no issues. Holliday inn embarrassed me in front of my father because of their mistake.
Super clean and super friendly staff! Beds are very comfortable and ac in room works really well! I would definitely stay here again if needed 🙂
I slept in the 12th story room and had a fantastic night! I would stay here again.
Great staff.. location is very convenient.. renovation is needed.
I stayed there more than 12 times.
The facility was very nice but it was under construction so a lot of the property was closed off. The parking lot is hard to get out of but the staff are friendly and v work quickly and efficiently. The room was immaculate and a fairly decent size. I would stay there again
There was NO POOL! i booked cause there was supposed to be a pool!
Loved the room it was very nice and clean price was great staff was nice 👍 I had a great experience thank you 😊 The parking was great as well !
Super noisy, between people slamming doors all hours of the night, walls are SUPER thin and you're close to traffic you can hear EVERYTHING. Rooms smell of Marijuana BAD. Hotel is very outdated and looks NOTHING like the pictures when you book online. I paid for an "executive room" but was placed in a standard room at the executive price until I requested a different room due to the smell. Don't waste your money they are overpriced for what I'm still trying to figure out. Plenty of other hotels nearby.
Nice hotel. The rooms are decent size and clean. They are doing a bunch of remodeling and construction outside but it didn't interfere with our stay at all.
Dianna On A Loop DS
1. We booked this room months in advance. Two rooms with double beds.
We weren't told the hotel was under construction.
The pool, jacuzzi, and half the ice machines were out of order.
2. We waited 3 hours to check in. Two rooms with double beds. They joined our rooms, gave us 915 and 916.
3. The keys wouldn't work because they assigned them all to one room.
4. Our room had a king sized bed, not double beds like we ordered. They were full, so there was no switching the rooms.
5. Only one of the doors adjoining the rooms opened.
6. I couldn't get the shower to work, and it took 7 calls to the front desk to finally get a response.
7. Once the shower worked, the water pressure was horrible. There was none.
8. The bathroom door stuck and was difficult to open.
9. Half the lights were burned out.
10. The bed was rock hard and I woke up really stiff backed.
The positives were that the Vue on the Penthouse was really great.
There was also an amazing all you can eat sushi restaurant across the street.
And there was a free shuttle to the very close airport.
We paid over $160 for the worst hotel I've been to. Neither my 5 friends nor I will ever stay there again.
It's pretty noisy due to its location, but fine if you are staying a night or two for a conference. Jordan was great.... Super helpful
Wonderful staff and rooms. I held an event here for a group and was very happy with the way the whole thing turned out. The room at the top of the building with a view was the perfect location for us. We had delicious appetizers and a hosted beer and wine bar. All of our guests had positive comments. We will definitely do back to this location the next time we need location in the area
