The manager and staff were very polite, helpful, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort for the duration of our stay. What a wonderful, relaxing vacation and hotel experience. I searched several hotels before my stay at the Sarasota Bradento Airport Hampton Inn. I was apprehensive in the beginning looking at the photos posted on the hotels site, picture posted by the hotel. These photos do not give the hotel any justice. The hotel is far better than the photos they post (Need to update!). I was comparing other hotels to this hotel and I am happy I chose this location.
First, the location is right at the airport exit. When renting a car and looking for the location, we couldn't get lost. Second, its location was within 5 to 10 miles of most attractions. Third, the breakfast was very good, filling and a good selection of foods. Loved the waffles, Chicken Apple Maple Sausage and sweet oranges! As any Hampton, plenty of food.
Lastly, the customer service from the front desk, house keeping to the kitchen was great! I especially appreciate a young man by the name of Drew, for his Florida/Hampton Inn hospitality; who made our stay even better. Thank you! :)

I simply loved my stay at this hotel. I always stay at a hotel before I recommend it to family, friends and colleagues. Upon arrival I was greeted with hello and a warm smile, check In was a breeze. I love that it’s so close to the airport and they provide shuttle service. The room was clean and bed was comfortable…( I was worried being it is a pet friendly hotel)but it smelled clean fresh, bed was comfortable and the water was nice and hot, makes for a nice bath/shower.
I did use the pool located outside although it was 8:50am the water was nice and warm.
I would have given 5 stars but there are some things I’d change to improve the rating.
The carpets need to be replaced… they are worn down and it takes away from the beauty of the hotel.
Breakfast was good but certain meats should not be offered if they cannot be made properly…. I’m speaking of the Turkey Sausage… it wasn’t pleasing to the palette, I think it should be fried with a little oil not nuked and the Decaf Coffee was watery. Glad their were many tasty options, I had the oatmeal.. delicious.
Overall I will definitely stay again, @Hilton always delivers on their quality promise.

This was our first time here. We stayed for our 5 year anniversary. The pool is wonderful, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was so good with a big variety of choices. It's a very peaceful location. The airport is 2.1 miles away. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms for a decent price point, great breakfast and a very cordial driver that took us via the shuttle to get our rental car from the airport. One item to note; the airport shuttle doesn’t operate after 11pm so if you arrive late just plan accordingly.

My flight was canceled and I needed to stay in Sarasota another night before returning home. I didn't know the area, but the airport had a 'help desk' with a list of hotels on the airport property. Hampton has never let me down before, so I called them first. The desk clerk apologized for my flight being canceled and said he'd send the van right over for me. It was there within 5 minutes. Check-in was great and he gave me a suite for my inconveniences with the airline. They had a wide array of food and a drinks to pick from so I didn't need to go out or order food in. The room was great and very clean. Another van driver was ready at 4:45a.m., to get me back to the airport to get my 6:00a.m. flight. I couldn't be happier with my stay.

This is a great Hilton property! Although it’s adjacent to the airport, the area is nice and safe. The front staff was top notch- professional, cheery and helpful! My room was very comfortable and immaculately cleaned. I know a lot of hotel noise depends on the guests, but this is one of the quietest hotels where I’ve stayed. The clientele was nice and if you’re a woman traveling alone, that’s important. Although the family member I was visiting lives in south Sarasota, it was absolutely worth the driving back and forth to stay at the this Hampton Inn.
*There weren’t any restaurants within walking distance that I saw, but I understand the hotel
does provide transportation. I had a rental car so it wasn’t an issue.

I know most will think the following are petty, but here were some of the cons. We stayed for four nights and our room was only cleaned after the first night. There was no sings stating it wouldn't be cleaned daily. The parking lot was VERY tight. The info on the web stated they had craft beer. Actually, there was NO beer what so ever our whole stay. They had complementary cookies Tuesday night. On Wednesday evening, I went to the front desk to get some cookies. I was told they would be out later. Later came and I went down again, and they were not out yet. I asked again, he said he would have the staff put them out. I went down again and they still were not out, was then told they would not be out that evening. On Thursday, when we returned to the room, I asked if the cookies would be out, I was told to come back in 20 min to get them. A half hour later, the woman said sorry, I forgot, went to the back to warm them up as I waited. 5 min later she returned to tell me they didn't have any more cookies. Again, I know this is petty, but just tell me the first time on Wednesday you were out and tell me again on Thursday.

We had a great two-night stay here and would definitely come back. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly - especially Drew, who cheerfully greeted us each morning and never lost his cool, even when stampedes of travelers checked out en masse on their way to the nearby airport.
The bed was very comfortable, and room quiet. Free breakfast a very nice touch, especially since the buffet was so generous and diverse. Highly recommend this place.

Nice and clean. The room I had was fairly basic but it's probably one of the nicest Hampton Inns I've stayed in. My only complaint is that the heat/AC was very aggressive and hard to get just right, it always seemed like too much heat or too cold no matter what I did.

Clean rooms, we got a last minute reservation and got about 25 percent off the rate. Spacious room ( we got the king bed with sofa sleeper).
The pool was closed, Manager said it was because of Covid.
Each room has a safety seal on the door until guest opens it to show the room was sanitized.
I haven't stayed at a Hampton in a long time and I was pleasantly surprised how clean and big the room was.

We always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn, especially because of their free breakfast, no exemption on this one. Plus if you are need to be close to the airport, this one is right next to it. The rooms and facilities are clean and well taken care of. The only issue we had during our last stay, is that the AC in our room wasn’t cold enough. We had it on 60F degrees at night and it was still not cooling the room enough at night. I believe that maybe the AC wasn’t big enough for the room. Other than that, the hotel was great and the people were great, I will probably stay here again in the future.

Received a text asking our schedule when we would like our room cleaned, thought this is great, well didn’t work so well, stayed 6 nights, maid service once. Got pretty excited seeing the cart coming in hallway but that’s where it ended, saw pretty good Latino dance dance party in hallway and rooms as everyday maids danced and blasted music on phones, sitting on couches in the suites, as the garbage in my room accumulated in the corner.

I interacted with multiple employees all of which were helpful and friendly. Drew at the front desk stood out as being professional, truly seemed to enjoy his job and helping guests. The type of employee I would want to work for me. Breakfast buffet had a variety of food and tasted good. Even though the hotel was near the airport neither my husband nor I were disturbed by the airplanes, we slept well. Convenient location. Pleasant pool/outdoor area. We would stay at this location again.

My favorite thing about coming here was meeting Owen. He was so sweet, professional, helpful, and welcoming. The room is very spacious and clean. My only complaint is that the grooves on the top of the fridge door have tiny piles of crumbs and could be cleaned better. But overall, excellent experience. Thank you!

the ONLY issue we had was with the restrooms in the lobby. While waiting for check in we were allowed to use the pool, which was appreciated. The restrooms were dirty, lack of toilet paper (actually empty in a stall) and trashcans were full. This was around 11am. Perhaps this was addressed in the hours to come, but when we used it for changing and pool restrooms, it was not on par with other Hampton locations. Everything else was exactly what we expect from Hampton Inn's.

Weekend brunch: pretty nice, especially since it's complementary ... omelettes, waffles, coffee, juice, cereal. A nice time.
Weekday breakfast: terrible. Sugar cereal, yogurt, rock-hard packaged bagel, and packaged hard boiled egg that looked like a biology lab castoff. Management claims this is COVID ... seriously. OMG. Worst continental breakfast ever ... on any continent. Seriously, SKIP THIS AND GO TO WAFFLE HOUSE ... you'll end up there either way, but let management know.

Loved our stay at this hotel! It’s located right by the airport but inside we never heard any noise from the airport. Rooms were clean, staff at the front desk was super nice and helpful. We were able to extend our stay by one night with no problem and could stay in the same room. My only complaint was with the HH app that boasts of digital check in/out with no need to stop at the desk. It didn’t work for us and the digital key took hours to be issued.

Dad is unable to attend the wedding in California. My sister was able to come to Florida, from Maine, to see dad, and enjoyed the special moment. Dad was surprised to see his grand daughter and be able to dance with the bride. Dad is medically fragile and we will cherish this time. Thank you Hampton Inn, your staff is very attentive and caring! COVID, made the wedding postponed. Dads health has declined. This time is even more precious, thanks again for helping us let this happen. Wedding is now planned for Oct.

I ended up getting food poisoning while in Sarasota. I called down to have them bring up towels and toiletries after letting them know I was sick. They brought up a bottle of Sprite and a hand written card that said Mr. Funk, hoping you feel better soon. Incredible service!!!

Hampton Inn Sarasota was awesome! I would stay here again. We brought a group of high school student athletes and stayed for a week. The staff here was so helpful and patient with us. Daniel, found the Amazon orders we shipped in advance, helped us organize our rooms and the kids in them. Each day we enjoyed the lounge space and breakfast was always wonderful. Everything was clean. Later in the week I was using the business center, and Raquel helped me troublshoot my laptop issues. I can not express how amazing every employee here was and how they made sure our stay was perfect. Thanks to all -we plan to come back next year!

New building, everything is clean. A good stop, if you are visiting the Ringling Museum, St. Armand and so on.

only in staying one night but lucky me I got here on a Tuesday. They have a managers special from 5 to 6 at night with free sandwiches and beer and wine. Really nice little feature! Room is clean and ready.
