My experience with Four Points by Sheraton Kalamazoo was amazing. We chose them for our wedding block of hotel rooms. Originally we were supposed to have 250 guests, and as we had to change our wedding plans over and over, the Four Points team was always willing to help. They did everything in their power to make our wedding weekend special. The rooms were clean and all on the same floor. The staff was attentive and caring to all of our needs. I could not have asked for a better hotel experience for a large group. If you need a hotel for yourself, or a large group, I recommend Four Points by Sheraton Kalamazoo.

Great stay! A little loud on the highway side, but otherwise a nice hotel. Rooms were clean and front desk was friendly. If we ever come back to Kalamazoo I'd ask for an odd numbered room to see if it was quieter.

The team that works here is so helpful and accommodating. The restaurant is awesome. And best of all, there’s always coffee available in the lobby!

The hotel was great about enforcing masks. They had signs to only travel in elevators with those in your party. They had hand sanitizer available in numerous locations. The rooms were nice. Bright white bed linens. Comfy bed and pillows. Most of the staff was wonderful and friendly. Only thing that would be negative about this hotel is that we saw multiple times one worker allowed people to prop open the side exits - if those guests had a hotel room card they wouldn’t need to prop open the door. This particular staff member ignored the complaints. Wish we would’ve gotten his name.

WOW!! I am so impressed with this hotel! To start, it is impeccable... everything was sparkling clean and their entire staff was working hard to make sure it stayed that way. We rented the meeting room for a seminar so I was there for about 8 hours sitting in the hallway at a registration table. The staff passed me multiple times throughout the course of the day. Every single time a staff member passed me they acknowledged me with a smile and a hello and every one of them asked me if I have everything I need. I'm talking from the custodial staff to the GM's!! We asked for water service only and they threw in a coffee station as well as set out a tray of cookies right outside the room for the attendees. I will never book a seminar for the Kalamzoo area anywhere else but here!! A huge thank you to the entire staff who went above and beyond for us, Reed & Spencer to name a few are amazing!! THANK YOU!!!

Friendly, responsive staff. Pool is currently closed for renovations and the restaurant is not yet open. Rooms were clean and quiet. The bedsheets were amazing, and comfortable. My elderly mother raved about the quality of the bedding and I concur. Nice!

The hotel is definitely dated. However, it is very close to both the shopping area in Portage and downtown Kalamazoo. The supervisor, Nula, was able to recommend us a tasteful but affordable local restaurant. She also recommended we visit some really beautiful local nature areas that we hadn’t known about prior to booking. My husband and I really enjoyed how personable the service was throughout our stay!

We had 4 rooms that were all so wonderful the breakfast was amazing. We attended an event here the set up was beautiful and the food was incredible. The bed was a bit too soft for me and every thing is dated. But it is very well maintained. I have no complaints other than they need to update the rooms. It gives an old vibe not a quaint vibe. Witch is weird because they have modern amenities thru out the facilty but the room is not.
I will be staying there again. Other than old. Every thing is nice and the staff is awesome.

So much praise for the team working here as our group came through last week! I only used this place for cheap parking while I was gone out of town but they gave me a ride to the airport. The hotel staff has always been friendly (this is the second time I've done this) and they let me get coffee even tho I didn't stay there 😁😁😁

Overall a nice hotel. The room was clean, water pressure in the shower was perfect. There aren't microwaves in the rooms themselves but some located in the hallways by the ice machine. It was on the pricey side so this probably isn't somewhere good for now than a couple days. I would stay here again.

Martha and Jose are amazing! I stopped Martha in the hallways and asked her for a few extra towels. She was so helpful and was able to switch out a few towels for me. When my family left for the day we arrived back to our room feeling and smelling so refreshed like it was a new room! Before we left I went and found Mrs Martha and gave her a tip personally for her kindness and cleanliness during my stay. Thank you Jose and Martha for being apart of such a lovely hotel!
