👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Awesome room. Super clean. Amazing staff. Heather is so hospitable and makes it feel like home. Thanks for the cookie!!
I was a bit disappointed. I figured a hotel by Sheraton would be in better condition. The room was ok, though dimly lit The floor lamp in the corner had the socket and bulb hanging loose.
Had my wedding there in May and just wanna thank the lovely staff. Shout out to Devon for everything. She was on top of everything and made sure I had exactly what I wanted. Shout out to Chef Heather too the food was sooo delicious and beyond what I expected. You guys made a girl dreams come true. If your looking for a nice simple place to have a wedding look no further. Thank you guys!
Customer service is 5 star. Helped with early checkin and when we forgot items in our room, Valerie was on top of it and sent to our house. Thank you Valerie! Coffee recommendation was great too. Would recommend and hope to explore the area more next time.
The staff is great! The food is pretty good.
The bed was a bit too soft for me and every thing is dated. But it is very well maintained. I have no complaints other than they need to update the rooms. It gives an old vibe not a quaint vibe. Witch is weird because they have modern amenities thru out the facilty but the room is not.
I will be staying there again. Other than old. Every thing is nice and the staff is awesome.
The bathroom was not cleaned well at all! There was no ventilation in our bathroom. The tub leaked on to the floor and backed up inside. We had much higher hopes for this place. The sheets and bed were well made and cleaned. The room was really dusty and the carpet was sticky in spots. To be fair i did not call to report as the kids and husband were settled and exhausted from the day. I always bring my own cleaner so i disinfected and cleaned the bathroom myself.
Friendly, responsive staff. Pool is currently closed for renovations and the restaurant is not yet open. Rooms were clean and quiet. The bedsheets were amazing, and comfortable. My elderly mother raved about the quality of the bedding and I concur. Nice!
I was incredibly disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The accommodations were nice but the room was not cleaned well. There is dust all over the night stand and water rings from the previous guest, and the toilet lid is covered in stuff. Nothing is more important than cleanliness these days.
Booked a stay here for over a month out and had plans change; when I went to cancel, I was told because I didn't cancel one day after booking that I don't get a refund (canceled 4 days after booking). Not sure why any sane person would throw away $100 to not stay at a hotel. Will never be staying at this cheap establishment.
Very polite, considerate and friendly crew. I am blessed to have had the opportunity to meet them all.
Four Points has noisy fans on their heating/air conditioning units. It would be great when we pay for an extra fold out bed that a blanket also be provided. My daughter had to sleep in her coat and socks to be warm.
Horrible customer service. Small rooms. Pool closed. No breakfast or restaurant, and the internet's slow. Not a person who complains... But this deserved it.
Very nice hotel and the employees are awesome. I love it here.
Hospitality is amazing. Only thing I don't like is there is no microwave in the room and the ice machine is on every other floor.
Very clean and Great Staff. I was impressed
My experience with Four Points by Sheraton Kalamazoo was amazing. We chose them for our wedding block of hotel rooms. Originally we were supposed to have 250 guests, and as we had to change our wedding plans over and over, the Four Points team was always willing to help. They did everything in their power to make our wedding weekend special. The rooms were clean and all on the same floor. The staff was attentive and caring to all of our needs. I could not have asked for a better hotel experience for a large group. If you need a hotel for yourself, or a large group, I recommend Four Points by Sheraton Kalamazoo.
I absolutely understand shutting down the bar during covid, I understand shutting down the restaurant, but to make paying guests on each floor share a microwave? Making strangers share cooking equipment with each other, in a pandemic? The room is advertised as having a microwave. I would appreciate being able to heat up a meal in my room if the hotel would like to discontinue their meal service. Will never stay at a Sheraton again.
First pic of advertised room - second pic showing microwave that had to be borrowed from the floor.
Rooms were nice, but no amenities. This used to be a very nice place with a good resteraunt. I rebooked to another hotel.
Always love my stay here. Rooms are clean and the staff is great. Always get a good night sleep.
It wasn’t an exceptional stay. The bathroom was very nice. The bedroom had some down sides. The wall beside the ac unit has some water damage as well as the ceiling above the bed. And the headboard was very unstable. It almost fell off. Oops. I also had to plug in the phone to contact the front desk. Pretty cool location though.
Front desk is very nice. Rooms clean beds are softer then (normal) ones by a bit. wish the elevator was bigger.
The staff are unfriendly. At this time the pool is closed and the restaurant is closed and they do not offer breakfast. I am a Platinum Elite member and very unhappy with the way Marriott is handling this pandemic. The hotel room had dirty socks in the closet which was really disgusting. I had 2 rooms booked and my guests in the other room were granted the same benefits of my status, once they verified, which seems to me that personal information should not be disclosed. There were people outside in the small picnic area that were being Extremely Loud and cursing and I brought that to the attention of the front desk they seem to care less. I had young children with me so it was very inappropriate. I would avoid this hotel as you have many options of hotels in that area.
The room was nice but I didn’t like the pillows.. mostly flat. I’m giving one star because my credit card was charged more than what I was quoted when I checked in and what I signed for. Maybe this hotel is charging more hoping that their customers don’t check their credit card statement. The hotel industry is suffering due to the Covid Pandemic and maybe these “accidental overcharges” are a way for them to recoup some extra money... I don’t appreciate being overcharged for something I didn’t authorize... thankfully there are plenty of other hotels in the area in which to stay as I Would Not recommend this location... and If You do stay here (they are Pet Friendly) be Sure you check your Credit Card closely to ensure they Don’t Over Charge You, as they tried to over charge me!
The hotel was great about enforcing masks. They had signs to only travel in elevators with those in your party. They had hand sanitizer available in numerous locations. The rooms were nice. Bright white bed linens. Comfy bed and pillows. Most of the staff was wonderful and friendly. Only thing that would be negative about this hotel is that we saw multiple times one worker allowed people to prop open the side exits - if those guests had a hotel room card they wouldn’t need to prop open the door. This particular staff member ignored the complaints. Wish we would’ve gotten his name.
Nicole and Mike were very attentive to our needs. They were both very observant about the comings and goings of guests and people that were not registered. Mike was especially enjoyable to interact with!!!
