The staff here are wonderful. This is a very well managed hotel with competent employees. They have a great team. I walked in without a reservation and the rate was very reasonable. Kevin at the front desk knows his job, and has been given the tools to provide excellent service.
The atrium is lovely, and the impressive fountains and entire facility are well maintained. This place is the shiznit of affordable hotels. If the owner invested in a refresh I bet he could double his average nightly rate.
The bartenders know how to properly make a dry martini with a twist of lemon. These are not your average Hilton staff.
Incidentally, Veronica the omelette lady is awesome. I told her how wonderful it was to be greeted warmly each morning and she requested this review. She was a great hire, and obviously well trained.
I travel extensively and stay lots of places. My experience here was excellent. The entire staff here deserves a big fat thumbs up.

I gave 5 star only for Veronica’s service at the omelette station. She was amazing! Kind with great service, and the only reason I would return.
My only complaints are that the rooms are old fashion and we were never given enough bedsheets or towels (we used the pull out couch). Also, you have to pay $10 a day for parking, which is a money making scheme.

I stayed October 27th. I booked online and made an error with checkin date. When I arrived Kevin the supervisor handled it with the online service. He was absolutely outstanding. My room was clean and well appointed. The Managers Corner had a complimentary adult beverage and a variety of snacks. Breakfast was superb and all the staff was very present and polite. True it’s an older facility, but well maintained.

My stay at the Embassy was wonderful! My check-in went well and the front desk team was amazing. The rooms were clean and I was provided with extra towels when needed. All you can eat breakfast and after hour snacks is what made my hotel stay special. The chef, Ms. Veronica made me a delicious omelette and she also made sure everyone else had what they needed. During checkout, Ms. Veronica also went the extra mile to provide me with some hot french toast and sausage to go. She is a great chef!!!
Overall, this was a really nice hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great stay, huge room, lots of amenities as always at Embassy Suites, location was easy to get anywhere in town. Any small requests I had during my stay were immediately addressed and everyone was so friendly. Absolutely LOVE Tanya in housekeeping. she did an amazing job tidying up our room AND before she even came to our room she already went above and beyond. I stopped her in the hall to ask if she had any extra hot chocolate pods for our coffee maker in our room, my kids loved this feature in the room. Tanya said unfortunately she didn’t have any more on her cart, but she stopped what she was doing to run to the storage and grab me more. Just that little gesture made my kids day, and that makes mama’s day. Overall great stay, and everyone was really nice.

Lovely hotel. We are here for a family wedding. Tonite we took advantage of the hotel reception available to all guests. The service is excellent!. The hotel is a great hotel. We will always have his back. As far as the togo boxes for breakfast, please put enough out for the guest. I am just making a suggestion. As much money people have spent at this hotel. there was a review that I read about a particular employee that was removed. Every person should be entitled to say how they feel in their reviews. No reviews should be deleted. you just take the reviews and fix the problem and make the hotel better.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is set in a nice business complex right off the main road, yet tucked away. It's hard not to love the legendary atrium of Embassy Suites. Always a spot to sit and hang out other than your room. On our arrival we planned to take advantage of the two drink cocktail hour and head out for dinner at one of the local restaurants. We never left. We were served by two wonderful people, Ashley C. and Nora H. We started off with two apps to hold us over before going out. Before we knew it we ordered a full dinner. A new menu with outstanding food: we had fish, pasta, burger. Breakfast was enough to hold you through lunch for sure. This isn't just a airport hotel, this is a Greensboro, Winston-Salem hotel. Great place to be!

We spent one night here after coming into town for Winter Wonderlights. Our room was ready a little early so we could get in and swim which was awesome! Great experience at this location! Here this week for a conference. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and accommodating. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is top notch! Kudos to Tanya for keeping my room warm and inviting during my stay. Every day when I the bed was made, bathroom restocked, trash emptied, and overall super tidy! Highly recommend this property to everyone traveling through or attending a conference.

I love this hotel! The breakfast is amazing, the ambiance is breathtaking, the rooms are SPACIOUS, the fountain in the middle of the lobby is beautiful, but truth be told none of that compares to Tiffany who works in the front! She greeted us at the airport with a wonderful smile, loaded all of our bags onto the hotel shuttle, and she even recommended some restaurants that the hotel shuttle could take us to. On top of all that she unloaded all of our bags and even walked us into the hotel just to check us in! That kind of service with such a positive attitude is VERY hard to find. So, thank you Tiffany for adding an extra cherry on top to what I would call a wonderful hotel experience!!

The building itself is old, but the rooms are very clean and cozy, making it feel as comfortable as home. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and exceeded expectations, especially Shannon’s omelets, which were absolutely delicious. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Greensboro.

I had a great stay with embassy suites Greensboro! It’s an older location but very clean and great staff! From check in, to the happy hour staff including Ashley C at the restaurant! She was so friendly and hospitable! The food was great and the cheesecake was excellent! It was a busy weekend during my stay and the trolleys weren’t available when I checked in so carrying in my bags and all my cats things solo was a beast but what are you gonna do? (pet fee is $75 and I’m a travel nurse moving across the country at the moment). Nice hotel, great staff, convenient location for people traveling and appreciate that it’s pet friendly!

I stayed at Embassy Suites from March 25-27, 2025, in Room 102, conveniently located right across from the Breakfast Bar. What an incredible stay! The room, facilities, and staff were among the best I’ve experienced in my many years of traveling as a Diamond member.
Veronica at the MTO Breakfast station prepares a delicious omelet and provides outstanding customer service. Additionally, the Hispanic lady who diligently maintains the breakfast bar and coffee area is incredibly sweet, friendly, and clearly takes great pride in her work. Thanks to her efforts, the breakfast area was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Also, the digital assistant via text is amazing and shows this facility wants to know how their guests are doing and if they need something.
I considered leaving a four-star review only because of making guest pay for parking. This was super disappointing. Charging guests for parking feels unnecessary—akin to inviting friends to my home for a cookout and then asking them to pay to park in my driveway. It comes across as a bit predatory, Embassy Suites management. Many Hilton properties that do charge for parking will waive the fee for Diamond members, which would have been a nice gesture. I suggest that the parking fee be removed for ALL guests as it is simply greedy.
Overall, this was a six-star experience, but the parking charge brought my rating down to four stars. I truly hope the management reconsiders this policy because that is the only thing pulling your establishment down.

This is a nice property but it is in need of an upgrade. Despite this, the staff work really hard to keep things clean and operational. The staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The training event that I coordinated was well attended and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Hotel food is hotel food but I must say that I met Veronica at the breakfast omelette station and she provided exceptional service and my eggs each morning were delicious! I’m very impressed with her consistency of excellent customer service and the food prepared being great each meal! Whether for business or relaxing this property is a good choice. The breakfast and evening reception are added bonuses for guests.

This weekend, 3/22/25, my sisters and I stayed at Embassy hotel near The airport in Greensboro North Carolina. First, our accommodations were subpar, when we arrived, the key didn’t work and our room had not been cleaned!! This stay was starting out terribly. But there was a young man named, Marc Whowas gracious enough to move us to a better room which was clean , however it had a “musky” odor. The next morning, the front desk was gracious enough to Discount, our stay, By reducing our price, by $100. As if this wasn’t enough, when I got to my vehicle, the battery had died. Another young man named , “ISOM was absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough about this young man. He was very helpful and getting my car back on the road by jump starting the battery and directing us to the nearest auto parts center to purchase a new battery. His friendly service made up for it all! I hope my message makes it too management as these two young men, truly deserve a raise !! Both Marc , and Isom Consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The woman we talked to on the phone and checked us in was a bit rude in each contact my family had with her, however every other person was awesome including the omelette chef, check out person, and driver Tiffany. The hotel itself was well worth the money although it is indeed getting a quite dated looking like the rooms haven’t been updated since the 90’s but everything worked well and was clean and quiet. The breakfast is much better than what you’re going to get from an above average hotel. Give Tiffany and the two other ladies a raise!

I love the breakfast as Chef Veronica's omelet was great. The hotel cooked lunch I enjoyed it. Yes I had my hot sauce ready but did not need it. I love the room yes it need updating but when you are attending conference having an xtra sink when 3 in the room helps with Time Management. Everything was great only thing i could say is there weren't any towels in the pool area and the gym was not 24/7. Food was pretty good at dinner. The lovely bartender was great. The breakfast was decent plus the egg lovers could get fresh omelets.
