Economy Lot Parking - Orlando Sanford International Airport

Not freindly Young girl not helpful working the midnight shift. Doesn’t care if you try find your car and can’t find it

Great airport! So easy to navigate. Easy to get car rental. Staff is great. Airport and bathrooms are clean. I prefer to fly direct to this airport any time I come to Florida.

There doesn’t seem like there’s much to appreciate about an extremely early flight, until you get to see the sunset from above the clouds. Absolutely stunning.

Only airport I've been using in Orlando/Sanford. Because of the smaller size it easy in and easy out. Avoid all the mess of Orlando. So it you have a chose, fly Orlando/Sanford Airport. In and out 5 times, best way to go. But remember it is a smaller airport with less amenities. Less food, less shops locations. Oh, by the way the photo is the airport on Thanksgiving Day, no crowd.

Easy travel and easy to return the rented car too! The airport is small & just a well organized, clean and easy to travel from. The TSA staff was friendly and directed patrons well.

Really like Orlando Sanford International airport. Small and easy to get around but big enough to provide all the extras a larger airport has. Will use Sanford any time it's available that I'm flying into Orlando.

I love Orlando Sanford Airport. It's really easy to check-in and go to the Gates. Just read all the signs to locate your Gates. Make sure you download the Allegiant App, if there's any Gate change, you will see the update on your App. If you have a screenshot you can't see any change.



Like any other airport, you have to be at least 2hrs prior the departure time and if it's HIGH SEASON 3HRS.



REMEMBER, the ticket counter closes 45 MINUTES PRIOR DEPARTURE TIME and GATES closes 15 MINUTES BEFORE your departure time. If your flight is scheduled for 6:00am/pm the ticket counter will close at 5:15am/pm and gates 5:45am/pm 👌🏾

Roads to the terminal area and signage are mostly adequate. I was there late at night to pick up an arriving passenger, therefore I was not inside any building, nor did I use the garage or the pay lots. I sat in the "cell phone lot," with about 7 or 8 other cars, waiting on a delayed incoming flight. SUGGESTION TO MGMT: Please illuminate the cell phone lot entrance with some kind of simple light at night. In the pitch black, two drivers overshot the entrance and actually backed their cars up (yes really!) instead of driving back around. Almost caused a wreck. The cell phone lot itself is difficult to navigate at night, too, since it is completely unlit. The car next to me unwittingly backed into the flimsy little wire/rope barrier. A couple of low wattage or solar powered lights would make a world of difference. While I realize many Florida airports give short shrift to cell phone lots because they are free (meaning no profit to the airport), it would be great if you'd step up and break that mold by making an effort to provide a modicum of safety to this area. You can do better.

No issues with any employees or anything. Friendly / good experience with security. No complaints.

I'll focus on something I had no experience with in case others are unaware: Used long term parking It turned out very easy and straightforward. No matter the time an auto gate and cam let's you in, you park wherever you like and walk to the terminal. Upon your return, walk back to your car and when you leave, the camera system reads your plate and charges you the 14$ a day charge. Pay with card and that's it. Easy day.

So much stuff to do at this airport! Airshows! Public safety information and more! Thanks for being patient with passengers Allegiant, ya’ll live up to your name! Can’t wait to continue flying together 💯

This is a nice airport. Not overly busy for orlando. Come early because security gets backed up quick but that is not uncommon. Good selection of food and drinks. Clean and well managed.

This small airport is so much easier to travel in and out of when compared to Orlando. Plus, very little traffic to fight to get to/from the airport. There's a convenient cell phone waiting lot, too. Even the airport traffic cops are friendlier! Two thumbs up!👍👍

Please know you will have to do a blind back to get into the doc. I didn't get his name however if you ask they are willing to help you back into the doc.



You will have to swing wide right then cut left to get out and miss the left side of their gate.



They have a great staff and they load very fast. 🤓

Small and stressless facility that supplements the larger, more hectic Orlando airport. Note that this is NOT in Orlando, but in a nearby town called Sanford. There are limited services here. There are few food options. Ample parking and no traffic, however. Minus one star for lack of masks from the majority of the people I observed. All workers had them, but didn't seem interested in enforcing the still standing regulations.

Beautiful airport, great long term parking lot, great shuttle service, extremely clean and organized, will use it again as many times as possible.

I really like Sanford/Orlando International Airport. It is an Allegiant only airport. I like that it isn’t huge and is easy to navigate. The flights with Allegiant are very reasonable too. Win, win!

Easy to navigate. Long term parking is not too far from the terminal. There's not much to choose from food wise after security so don't come overly hungry! TSA does a great job moving passengers through quickly.

Normally I dislike airports but this one is small and efficient. I was through security and sitting at my gate in about 5 minutes. Arrival and drop off were super easy as well. Looks like the main... maybe only airline is allegent. This is my first time flying with them so we will see how it goes. Even got a sausage egg and cheese sandwich which was huge and quiet tasty

Nice clean, secure, safe airport! The perfect size! I prefer this airport over the large main Orlando Airport 100%. The restrooms are very clean (which is always important to me)! They have cute little shops to browse through or purchase souvenirs, snacks, drinks, etc. The restaurants are nice and the food is pretty good. All of the staff that I have come in contact with have been very helpful, kind, and pleasant to be around. They have very helpful and thorough security so you can feel safe during your time there. I would recommend this airport without any reluctance. I will definitely fly into and out of Orlando Sanford again!

Easily the best security experience of my life. 10/29/22 8 AM. All the staff is very professional but pleasant and kind. Got through security in minutes. They have a variety of food options and lots of seating. Considering how intense Orlando airports can be, this was a huge breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

Extremely clean from parking to interior of airport. Freindly service and not over crowded. Advise you get snacks , drinks prior to arriving. Wow the mark up is like 300 percent.
