Economy Parking Lot - Palm Beach International Airport

Small/medium airport long walk to baggage. Some restaurant options.

Crowded hallways. Baggage belt had two flights mixed together, so this made things more hectic. Nice taxi stand for those needing a lift.

Close to the beach.

Nice, clean little terminal. Easy access from I-95. Quick baggage delivery on arrival. Cell phone lot an adventure to find, but they have one... somewhere out there... not sure we found it, but we found a place to park and wait with easy access back to the terminal. On a Sunday afternoon departure we had zero wait to clear TSA and pulled back from the terminal on time. Kick the tires, light the fires and go! Easy-cheesy!

Nice airport, like smaller airports with less people. Nice restaurants and shops. Great souvenirs. Everyone working there was super nice as well.

This is an amazing airport facility, from driving, parking to security, everything is well organized and easy to get in and out quickly unlike FLL or MIA. We absolutely love this airport and try to use it whenever we are flying. The check-in process is quick, the walk from parking to terminal is very short. Once you drop off bags, it's one level for departures and TSA there are never any lines! The employees are all patient and polite. Post security there are plenty of food options on each end of the terminal, there is even a pet relief area! Phone Charging areas, plenty of seating and washrooms. Baggage claim is well organized and rental car companies, airline baggage office are all there on the same level.



Flights also take off on time as taxing time is shorter compared to larger airports with multiple runways.

A nice airport, that doesn't make you feel overwhelmed. Not a huge airport and not too little either. Had outlets to charge phones. Food available and gift shops with some good options, too.

One of the best airports in Florida. Easy in, easy out, relatively small, with nice amenities, including restaurants, bars and seats with electrical connections for all electronics!

TSA area is well run. Nice traffic flow for pickup and drop off. Plus $7 economy parking lot is very convenient

I really appreciate the staff at Southwest Airlines. With delays and weather, folks can become frustrated. I love this small airport and the hardworking staff! Thanks for a great boarding experience.

Nice, cozy airport away from the huddle and bustle of the big cities. The security lines are quick, flights are on time, the personnel is happy, and the airport is mostly clean. It is a bit older than it’s neighboring airports, and smaller, but it’s a great option for those looking at alternatives

Easy to get around. Good places to eat and refresh and refuel. Shops are nice and restrooms are plentiful. I am in a scooter for a broken leg so the handicap restrooms are a very good size and properly set up. It really makes a huge difference just being able to go to the bathroom! Its also nice to have a sink for wheelchair height to use.

Kudos for that planner!

Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) airport is one of the 3 airports in Greater Miami. Comparitvely a small airport, but there is sufficient fecilities for passengers.

Great smaller international airport with flights all over. Easy to manage and access. Hardly ever that crowded when I have been there so not that stressful either arriving or departing. I always request my visitors to fly into this airport for convenience sake. The prices may be a little higher but the anxiety level lower. For me it's worth it.

Palm Beach International airport is pretty good. Not that crowded, enough food and drink options. It's a smaller airport so you might not find flights in/out of here depending on where you're going. But if you can get flights here... it's a great option.

Easy access airport that serves its purpose. I love the economy parking that is an easy walk in and out of the terminal (as long as you don’t have many bags/luggage). As with most airports nowadays the car rental shuttles (especially Avis) are very slow. The terminal areas have a decent amount of shops and food options for the size. PBI is due for a terminal update but it definitely has that south Florida circa 1987 feel that would be lost in an update.

Palm Beach airport is always one of my favorites in terms of the speed of security and the abundance of good seating with plugs.



In the morning, it’s incredibly quiet and essentially empty! In the B terminal, there are several restaurants and shops to get snacks.



Getting to and from the rental car center is easy and efficient.

Lovely smaller airport. Easy to get to gates. Check out the weird toilet covers that make the seat clean. If u can do west palm do it. Its such an easier airport

When I landed in Florida this was a very clean open airport. My bags were right on time and I was off the plane and ready to vacation as soon as possible. I had a great experience no wait time and the staff was very helpful. The tickets were cheap to fly here from mile Wisconsin. If I ever do fly out to Florida it will be to this airport it was very way to get around.

I like the environment here. Everyone is so professional and helpful. They could tell I was lost but they didn't hold it against me 😎. The process for getting in and out was smooth which I love. I can't wait to come back!

Exceptionally clean, staff helpful. No congestion. The boutique stores are pleasant and enjoyable to shop. I am very impressed with this airport having travelled through airports in Europe and Asia.

Met up with my BFF Myra Slocum whom I have not seen in 35-years (when we were professional football coaches wives) at the West Palm Beach, FL airport on Super Bowl Sunday. Due to my low blood pressure, I was a fall risk and had to ride on the wild side (a wheelchair ... HA). The staff was amazing at the airport meeting me at the plane, escorting me to get my luggage and even taking me across the street where Myra was parked. My attendant was a true Class Act and I so appreciated it.



The day did not disappoint as it was Super Bowl Sunday and our "Kansas City Chiefs" won. I was able to see Myra's beautiful home in Hobe Sound, FL. On top of that, view the beautiful towns that make up the great area of West Palm Beach, FL.

Love this airport. Clean, rarely busy. Quick to get through from front door to boarding your plane. Only knock is the limited nonstop flights to places. But 1 stop flights aren't so bad for the ease and calmness. Definitely my preferred airport.

Palm Beach international airport is a very clean and decently sized airport. Very nice place to fly out of and I enjoyed my flight also. They had a good selection of food all around the airport and the staff is very kind.

Palm Beach International Airport is a small airport serving West Palm Beach, in Florida.

It’s size is in contrast to the destinations it covers, because of it’s size getting though check in and security is a wheeze, it makes a pleasant from the dreaded security process at other large airports.

There is shopping outlets before security which I see much at other airports, once though security there is a reasonable amount of shopping outlets, such as Burger King and Starbucks to name a few, so you can use time before you fly out.

The airport is clean and spacious with plenty of seating, the restrooms are clean with attendants always on hand.

Overall a nice pleasant airport experience

(I should've taken a picture of Robin) I haven't been to the airport in a number of years and hate the chaos that it is trying to pick up people in arrivals. My aunt flew down yesterday from NY because my mother is extremely ill and in the hospital. I have generalized anxiety disorder, amongst other things, and was visibly shaken and emotional as I opened the window to ask the young lady working where I would go to pick up from United. I had the flight number as well. She was such an empathetic and warm woman and immediately told me I could pull up and allowed me to sit a bit longer due to my emotional state. When there was a bit of a lull in the number of cars pulling up, I got to talk to Robin a bit more. When I tell you there are NO coincidences in life, I mean it!! There is no question in my mind that Robin was meant to be the one to be working that area yesterday. She gave me encouraging words, shared a story with me about her own mother, and I had to get out of the car and hug her!!! When my aunt finally got her baggage and made it outside, Robin hugged her as well, and then we did a group hug before leaving!

When you have any kind of mental health issues, going to places like the airport can be wildly overwhelming and never wracking. If it weren't for Robin, my experience would NOT have been so pleasant!

I hope the airport actually reads this review and finds Robin and shows it to her!!! She's absolutely incredible and has such a beautiful soul!! I'm so mad at myself for not snapping a picture of her 😒

Showed up an hour before my flight and there wasn't a line to get my bag checked. Security wasn't too terrible, took about 15 minutes to get through. The TSA/security employees were rude to a lot of the patrons flying. Aside from the few employees who were promoting a new way to travel... I want to say it was called 'all clear' or something like that - but the nice attitude seemed to closely linked to making sales.



Over all it wasn't a bad experience

Very convenient airport. Not too big, and not too small. They had a service pet relief station, and a breastfeeding pot on our terminal. Only bad part was the water fountain spigots were gross. Otherwise airport was very clean. Offered charging stations under seats at the gate.

Not a bad airport. They have CLEAR. TSA seems to do their job good enough to get you through with out having to wait over a hour. I flew out of here about 15 times in the last year. Never had to wait long. Even on holidays, the line moves right through. Wish all airports worked like this.

Very organized, low stress, non-crowded airport. Received a bag accidentally redirected here with the greatest of ease! Parking officer in the outdoor pick-up area was kind, patient, helpful, and respectful. This was a good, stress-free experience! I highly recommend this airport to those desiring to avoid crowds, chaos, and travel anxiety.

Very nice airport. It's not to large, all of the stores and restaurants do close around 7pm eastern. Was very easy to navigate and making our way through customs went smoothly with no hassle. Alot calmer than most the airports I've been to.

A beautiful and conviniant airport to fly in and out from. The terminal and airplanes are easily viewed from various landslide locations. The airport is undergoing renovations so some stairways are unavailable, however, it is rarely busy and super conviniant airport to fly through.

I can't say enough about PBI. From the time you enter the expansive property, signage gets you where you need to go. Short and long term parking are excellent. So easy to get from your car to the terminal even in the rain. The terminals are so well maintained, clean, and inviting. Great places to catch a bite before you fly. Not nearly as expansive as other airports, which gives it such charm. To get there is so easy from all directions. I never care about needing to pick up a friend or client as it is just easy. Looking forward to my next trip.
