Very easy to get in and out of. Was not very crowded. Nice alternative to going into the big airport in Portland.

Nice small airport, definitely worth considering even when going to OSU. The staff is extremely friendly and will get you sorted out in no time. It took about 20 minutes during early morning to get through security with TSA pre check. Only downside is the lack of options but that’s to be expected given how small it is.

Eugene Airport, where the elegance of flight and the purity of the sky converge, offers a rare glimpse into the essence of aviation. This place, with its
impeccable organization and the sun's embrace, is more than just an airport; it's a canvas where the spirit of aviation paints its dreams. The dance of aircraft, from nimble trainers to graceful airliners, against the backdrop of Oregon's radiant sunshine, is a sight that captures the soul.
Here, the proximity to these marvels in public viewing areas affords a unique intimacy with aviation, transforming mere observation into a profound experience. Each photograph taken, each moment spent in this serene environment, is a tribute to the enduring allure of the skies. Security is quick and the x-ray machine in the middle apparently is good enough that you stubby have to take electronics or off your bags so that was super nice! There's not quite enough seating in the gate areas, but it's an easy to navigate airport. Easy peasy!

This airport is one of the most pleasant airport I have ever been to, and I've flown quite a bit. TSA was quick and easy, the terminal was comfortable with ample charging. The airport has such a pleasant and calming atmosphere and all of the employees at southwest were so nice! My return flight was also fantastic, the baggage carousels were easy to find and convenient and the luggage came quickly at. I'll be trying to fly out of this airport as much as I can and I'm telling my friends and family about this amazing airport! Can't wait until they expand their destinations.

It’s what you’d expect from a small regional airport, so eat before getting to the airport, don’t sweat long TSA lines, but add a few minutes to run your rental keys over to the counter. Staff was friendly and helpful even when I had a bag go missing on the way in. 1 eatery outside the terminal, 1 inside and a bar.

For a small airport they have several options to fly just about anywhere. This airport is always clean, has water refill stations and a decent coffee bar. Getting through security was surprisingly quick given how busy they were. This is the only airport I've flown out of that you can be dropped off at the curb and at the gate waiting to board in about 15 minutes. Not that I recommend cutting it that close but it's nice not to have extended waiting amidst annoying crowds.

While I have never been to Eugene Airport, my friend lives in Eugene and is flying out of Eugene Airport to visit me. Unfortunately, his Allegiant Air flight has been delayed 6+ hours so he's been sending me photos while he's waiting. The airport looks like a great place!

Nice small airport. I had an issue paying cash at the automated parking kiosk as they only take cards. Last time I was there after midnight it still had a person this time around 9:30pm it was only self serve, card only.

Eugene airport is a pleasure. Small, short lines, good connections, friendly staff are a few of the many reasons why I enjoy using the airport.
Little 4 hour delay going to Seattle. But it's such a great airport that I barely noticed. Breakfast sandwich is decent.

Still a great airport

I've had the pleasure of using Eugene Airport on multiple occasions, and I must say, it consistently delivers a seamless experience. As a smaller airport, it offers a level of efficiency and organization that is truly commendable.
Whether you're dropping off or picking someone up, the process is straightforward and stress-free. The layout is intuitive, making navigation through the airport simple, even for first-time visitors. The compact size of the airport ensures short walking distances, which is a significant advantage when time is of the essence.
The staff at Eugene Airport are professional and courteous, further enhancing the overall experience. The cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities are also noteworthy, contributing to a pleasant environment.
Overall, Eugene Airport stands out as a convenient and well-managed facility. If you're looking for an airport that prioritizes ease and efficiency, Eugene Airport is an excellent choice.

I love the Eugene Airport. When I get here it means I've made it home, no matter where I've been stranded.
It's easy to get in and out of, parking is close.
Room for improvement: have more food places open for early morning flights.

Nice , small airport 🛫 close, easy access to Eugene and surrounding areas. Very clean, with several amenities. Restaurants inside 🍔🥓🍗🍽🍴🍛🍝, most major car 🚗 rental agencies. Counters inside and cars just across the terminal drive. Or if you prefer, Ride Sharing is available. Only real downside is that due to small size, flights ✈️ in and out are somewhat limited. But if you need more options, Portland is only an hour and half or two hours away. So, all in all, I highly recommend Eugene Airport 👍😉🛬

Actually had my first Tuesday afternoon flight! More traffic in front picking up and dropping off people but my driver didn't have to wait much to get pulled in and ended up right in front of my airline's counter! I pre-checked in but this afternoon had much less people and there was no waiting. I was offered a paper copy of my boarding passes which I appreciate!
The security line had a sign for "Passengers" so I went that way since I was a passenger lol and found a group lined up at the pre-tsa line. I was confused but before I could say more someone was at the check in on my side and I was in and though security check before any of the other people in the line!
Nice and smooth! The people who were working are wonderful!
Everyone from the front counter until I got cozy in my seat watching the people outside loading my luggage (I did see my bag) was friendly and helpful as needed. It appeared like everyone was concentrating and good at their jobs.
No worries as this plane took off.

What can I say other than this airport is like a big welcome hug back home! Small but absolutely impressed with the latest airline offerings, in fact it’s more likely you’ll see mainline 737 and A320 service than regional jets these days. Love the retro, small town vibe. The new economy lot is nice for affordable parking and I appreciate that the new covered walkway out to the econo parking lot opened back in Dec 2023. I’ll admit food options are a bit sparse but I can’t fault the airport for this given its scale. Overall, love this airport an unbelievable amount - I always get excited when passing through here!

Nice, small airport. There were only two baggage claims, and our luggage was already being delivered when we got there! I'm used to waiting for at least 15 minutes at Phoenix sky harbor.

Very chill. Still feels (and is) like a small airport even though new connections keep getting added. Such a huge difference from the hectic stressful atmosphere of other airports. Connects to most West coast hubs so still easy to go anywhere from here

Always a great flight into Eugene!!! Love this little airport!!!! Landed at 1130pm and had to call a cab. Cascade was on a run and would return in about 30 minutes and if I was still there he would be happy to take me (super nice guy!!!!) But a Hybrid pulled up (stale cigarette smell 🤢🤮 but I was exhausted and wanted to get to my room) and had him take me to the Best Western over in Eugene.

Love this airport because it’s so small. About 6 gates. Security line is small. Southwest does not have any kiosks there but the line seems to be quick. Only 2 baggage carousels. Plenty of place to eat. However the southwest gate is way too small and crowded. It’s real easy to rent a car. You just step out and it’s in a parked stall. To return usually there is an employee there ready to pick up your keys. Direct flights from San Jose. But book early since they are only once a day.

Love this airport! Price points were the same as Seattle or Portland and much closer to Roseburg where I was heading to visit with family! The airport is small, quaint, logistics are easy..heck, there aren't even any kiosks here to print your luggage tag?! What? You simply walk right up to the counter and speak to a person! How about that? Minimal crowds, security was a breeze and they have some decent eateries inside. The car rental counter is within feet from the luggage carriage! Hint, (go get your rental car first to avoid the rush coming off the plane and you'll avoid a line, then walk 30 feet to pick up your luggage). The car lot is directly across the street and super simple to complete. I'll be flying in here often for sure! Good for you Eugene 💪

This is a very small airport. Easy to get from point A to point B. The staff at the bar are friendly and service is great. They have a coffee bar but I was not a fan of the coffee or service, however it is available. Drop off and pick up outside the airport is also a breeze.

Nice small airport. Flew with United, and staff are great. Security is well organized and went through quickly.
If renting a car, go to car rental desk first if it's not busy before getting your checked bags at the baggage carousel .. it's right before the carousel. If not, you'll be waiting an hour at car rental desk.

Given the size (or, rather, lack of said) of this airport, it is extremely high quality in all aspects. Baggage Claim is efficient. Desk agents are helpful. Food choices are actually superior, especially in light of the size.

Everything's pretty quick except for 1 exception, the baggage claim is pretty slow getting luggage out to the passengers. Otherwise it's a small airport and the lines move pretty fast.

Reminds me of the Omaha airport. 6 Gates, no security line, basic eating places, a bar, reasonably decorated, and friendly helpful people. Gets you where you meed to go!

Eugene is a small airport that often has better connections than larger cities around. The gates are not far and security never takes too ling to get through. Given the opportunities provided by its connections, that makes for a nice experience.
Connecting flights often depart early. But it saves a drive to a larger city. The parking is cheaper as well. For travelers transiting through, the few stores and eateries close earlier than some larger airports and seem to be closed more often.

I really love this airport because it's clean, modern, and to the point. I would give it 5 stars but it's small but that's because Eugene isn't a huge city. Great little airport and it makes you feel at home no matter where your from!

EUG is a nice little airport. Did not have a Priority Pass lounge though. It's close enough to the city such that a Lyft or Uber ride will not cost a lot. Easy in and out of the airport.

This is my home Airport and I love it! So easy to hear through and the staff are great! Great restaurant/bar and they have lovely art too. There are two stores and a little coffee shop on the B level. The coffee shop can get crowded so I get my coffee at the restaurant sometimes. But the atmosphere is homey and clean! I love it.

Flying in and out was a breeze! Nice small airport. Rental cars are sitting right outside the terminal, and the rental counters are adjacent to baggage claim---a setup that obviously isn't practical in a large airport, but works extremely well here.

What’s nice little airport ! I landed here from Phoenix and you could tell as soon as you walked out , it was a very calm airport and a “homey” vibe. As I walk off of the plane and into airport you can see the few gates (since i came from one) and the few cafes / shops. There was some cool art and a bunch of tables to the side, which seemed nice for waiting if you’re at the airport. Passed tsa (I obviously was on my way out so didn’t go thru). Walk out the exit and you’re at baggage claim. There are only two belts for baggage! So easy going and nicely set up. Pick up is easy (curbside pick up just one lane) and it seemed relatively calm even tho there was a bit of traffic . Awesome little airport ! Only downside is there aren’t too many flights that come here but it makes sense due to size of airport.
