I attended one of my dear friends memorial here and they were wonderful. Price was great and they were able to accommodate the family last minute.

Bill Bellamy show was the best. I didn't know that hotel could do all the things it did all in one night. The comedy show Tank fight and 2 Halloween parties all going with Convid 19 precautions in effect. Great work Best Western Plus and Staff

Friendly pleasant staff. Atmosphere Pleasant. Recommend this hotel especially if you don't want a huge crowd.

Everything was great at the hotel. The only issue (and not enough to drop the rating) was the staff wasn't super clear about how the shuttle to the cruise terminal worked. We got different answers on the phone than was the case when we were there. All in all, none of it was a big deal and I would highly recommend the hotel...especially if taking a cruise out of Baltimore since they provide parking and transportation.

Coming from out of town, we weren't sure what to expect but this place was great. The party had a lot of people and a nice VIP section that def made us feel welcome. They have an outside area for smoking and it's covered with a tent. The DJ was hit or miss. We could have lived without the few techno songs he played...... but other times he was jamming. That was the biggest complaint amongst our group of 15. A great place for a bachelorette party or birthday party. It's 25 and up so that keeps the riff raff out. We had no problems at all with the crowd. The staff was amazing. No vaccination needed of this post but Mask Required!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant has excellent food. A bit pricey but good sized portions.

Front desk is always professional, courteous and friendly.

I always stay there when I am in the Baltimore area

This hotel has a bad reputation in Baltimore as being a 'hood hotel. At one time it was definitely a party place, but they have worked hard to clean it up. For the price and location it's a good deal. Still has an upper class feel, even though the rooms have worn out amenities. The breakfast buffet included with the stay is decent too. If you're traveling on a budget, but want a luxury feel, stay here...the pic is from my 8th floor room. Got it on Booking, same day for a Sunday night, $87.00 total (tax included).

Fantastic hotel. It's a basic, solid hotel. It's close to everything in Baltimore.

Breakfast was good, parking was free (most hotels in Baltimore charge an arm and a leg for parking for some reason), and the staff was nice and helpful.

When we told them we were there because my mother had surgery at John's Hopkins, there was even a discount.

All around a good experience.

This is one of the best park, stay and cruise hotels in the area. We have flown in and stayed here as well. They work with a transportation service called KD Elite who come as part of the park, stay and cruise package. Free breakfast, restaurant in the hotel, van service to several Baltimore areas in case you want to eat someplace else, warm or cool rooms depending on the season and friendly service. Can you tell I love this place?

Nice spot. Alot of traffic most of the time. Staff was cool, would go back if I had to. If you want like a nice spot to chill, and relax without a bunch of traffic. This is not the place. However if you want a nice little spot to pull up and rest with good accommodation. As long g as you don't mind the traffic. This is a good spot.

Nice clean place. Lovely views of the city. Right off I95. McDonald's shares the parking lot. Buffet breakfast was decent. Pool was warm, and hot tub was šŸ”„. The staff had different information on how many people were allowed in the pool at a time. Some said 10 others said 15. The general bathroom on the first floor was kept very clean. All in all it was a great stay. I will go back and I do recommend staying here.

I booked an king executive suit and I feel like I got a regular king room. The site stated I they would hold $100 deposit that is refundable upon check out but once I got to the hotel they told me $150. I believe they need to update their site so people won't get caught off guard with thinking they'll be paying one price and end up paying something different when they get thee. Outside of all that my room was alright and I enjoyed my stay. This is the first hotel I've stayed at that offered turkey sausages for breakfast. If I'm ever in the area I think I just might come back. Thank you guys for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed here the night before a cruise. Was great. Was able to leave my car for the week and they shuttled us to and from the cruise port. Well organized. Would definitely stay better again and would recommend.

Service here is INCREDIBLE. After a 12 hour day of driving my best friend and I arrived exhausted. Ali (front desk) and Tracy (security) took such great care of us that we almost didnā€™t want to leave. There was also a surprise comedy show because it was a Saturday that is definitely worth seeing! 100% recommend staying here.

Stayed here to attend the Comedy Club. Ate at the restaurant inside and the food was good. The indoor pool was down while we were there, but looks like it would be fun when up and running.

We stay here when we go cruising and we can leave our vehicle here and they bring us to the port and pick us up when we get back. Very friendly staff and decent place to stay. We have been here 2 times now and will continue to come back

One night getaway. Executive room with oversized jacuzzi and double showers. No pen or paper in the room to leave a thank you note for the maid.ā˜¹

Otherwise, the stay met our expectations and we will return. Staff is very friendly. Monday night is burger night. Delicious!

The Best Western Hotel is more than a hotel. Best Western hotel entertain comedy shows with A-1 comedians, on Thursday thru Sunday. The Hotel also has a large nightclub, and a live band that plays on some nights. If your company needs a room for conferences or to hold classes, an event, or entertainment, the hotel has a large area that seats many individuals. Visit Best Western or give them a call, am sure they have something to offer you out of all their enterprises. I really enjoy the comedy shows for my entertainment.!!šŸ¤—ā¤šŸ‘

I stay at this hotel quite often. For lodging in Baltimore, I stay here ~95% of the time. They have a special rate for Johns Hopkins Hospital of $95 per night (plus taxes) that hasn't increased in at least a decade. The restaurant is good, although those prices have increased regularly, but are less than most in hotel restaurants that I have been to. Their bartenders are always great, the main two have been there for years, Ivona for at least as long as I can remember, so 2008 or before.

They have an indoor pool and hot tub that are not huge, but nice especially when traveling with kids. Overall, I recommend this place

We stayed at this Best Western because it is a recommended hotel for Johns Hopkins patients. We did receive a Hospital discount. We stayed here 8 years ago for the same reason. The staff and the Hospitality of this hotel are still great. The Buffet Breakfast was as good as I remember. But the Hotel's furnishings have not been updated at all. And there is still a problem with loitering around the Hotel in the evenings and at night, and it is not always those who are smoking outside. Many people are allowed to party in the parking lot. The Hotel does clean up the Parking Lot overnight and tow any cars that are not Hotel guests.

Rooms very clean well kept. free breakfast every day amazing. Restaurant food right on premises reasonable priced. Full bar great . Staff exceptionally friendly and kind.

I was surprised a Best Western could look so elegant and spacious. This hotel had a modern 1970s decor which worked for the type of clientele that came through. A complementary breakfast (have to make your own waffles/pancakes, grits, oatmeal, but at least they are available). Have choices of turkey/pork sausages, scrambled/boiled eggs, toast and pastries, coffee and juices. 10% discount on dinner for all parties who are together, per meal/per day (not sure about lunch). The food is very good and their servers are very friendly. Great room service and front desk staff are very helpful to my needs. They have a John Hopkins Floor (6th floor) for those visiting the centers and clinics. Although I WISH they had shower heads that can be handheld ones and walk in shower stalls. (HINT, HINT). The rooms were nice, had a mini refrigerator, a safe and microwave all in one area. Plenty of outlets on the wall and lamps. Although the bathroom only had a few towels (of course you can request more). I'm just used to see stacks of towels instead of 3 large ones (I must be spoiled, lol). They have a conference room that has been used for parties while I've been here. The noise level coming from the Harbor Room wasn't bad. Was well managed or had good sound proof walls I could be sure. There's a pool, wheelchair accessible. A decent view of Baltimore and the local neighborhood. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I hope to visit again.

My stay is not over yet but, I had to post how wonderful it has been so far. I'm here with a family member at The Weinberg Center and the staff have been so wonderful to me. I love the fact there is a shuttle and I don't have to pay for parking

Excellent location, clean rooms, the breakfast buffet is great! Friendly happy atmosphere.

Not exactly sure when my family member will go home but they said they will accommodate me.

I can't think of any reason to complain about anything.

When we come back this is definitely where we will stay again

Thank you for your kindness and compassion.

The problem (excessive noise and partying in the hall outside our door) that we experienced on 12/1/19 has been resolved. The vice president called us personally and explained their remedial actions. He gave us a full refund and asked that we use them again in the future. We do want to mention that the room we had was beautiful. We also had dinner at the hotel (buffet in the lounge/bar area) and found the meal very good. The front desk staff was professional, courteous and empathetic about the problems that we experienced during our stay. We will give the hotel a second chance.

I have stayed here several times over the years, first was for a family member being at John Hopkins. The staff were great, the shuttle service was amazing. Once when the shuttle could not bring me back to the hotel (I forgot the reason) I took a cab and was reimbursed for it! The past 4 times I have stayed there has been for the park and cruise package. Again the service has been amazing, the shuttle is great and the free breakfast has always been good. I just called today to book the package for a cruise in April. (Requested a city view room.. hopefully I get it) its a beautiful view especially at night.

This hotel is a rare gem, very close to the downtown, within 10 minutes of pretty much everything in the Baltimore area. There's a station to even charge your electric car. You can get tickets to go to the aquarium etc. Breakfast is not bad, customer service is great, clean rooms.

I like this hotel. Service and quality have been consistent. The shuttle to the pier makes it a viable option. I may have to find a better option in the future. There were too many pets and not all were trained. I witnessed a few accidents and neither the owners or the hotel who is most likely putting minimal effort into cleaning up after human guests are sanitizing effectively after these pet stays or designating certain rooms as pet friendly rooms. They'll just reassign that room pet dander, urine, feces and all to the next guest. Just typing this is making me queasy. These weren't service animals. These animals lacked the discipline to care for themselves much less be of benefit to someone else.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel and Conference Center. The room was clean, they were ample towels wbd washcloths available, the bed was comfortable and the room was large with sofa and chair. Everything worked. I would definitely recommend this as a place someone could stay and feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Gotta say I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews online. Could not give 5 stars on the room due to the mattress being way too soft and strong smell of weed drifting into our room in a supposedly smoke free hotel. We called down to the front desk to let them know Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg were somewhere near us getting high. Fortunately it did not last all night and we did not request to move. Also the view to the East is of a neighborhood where you look down upon rooftops of and backyards of row houses.

On a good note the breakfast buffet was awesome and Miss Seneka was tremendously helpful.

We stayed at this hotel prior to a cruise we took out of Baltimore. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were very good as well. It was easy to find and the shuttle to and from the cruise port was great. We were able to leave our vehicle there for two weeks. This is the place to stay for a "Stay Park and Cruise" hotel in Baltimore.

I revised my review because the renovation was great. The comedians are top of the line funny! Food is tasty. Bathrooms are decent, but need upkeep throughout the show. Love the new bar, lounge/gaming area. The chocolate covered strawberry stand is a yum yum, too. Very nice, Baltimore Comedy Factory!

Stayed at this hotel for just a weekend get-a-way for the family. We usually go to the Hampton Inn on Eastern Ave but they did not have the room we needed available. My family and my children especially LOVED the hotel!. There is free parking, a Free great buffet breakfast, a pool, gym, and very clean & spacious rooms. We couldn't have asked for more. We did not have a reservation so our room was not prepared for the entire family directly after checking in but that's okay. Christine at the front desk was absolutely WONDERFUL! Oh my goodness what a personality she has. She has too be the most outgoing and bubbliest person that we have ever met. My kid's loved her and wanted her to come home with us(my kids don't take well to strangers either.) Christine went above and beyond for us when it came to anything my family and I wanted or needed. We've been to hotels and have never seen an employee go out of their way as much as she. To Anyone who is looking for a hotel in the Baltimore area, we would most definitely recommend this one for all the amenities and cleanliness. And if you have the pleasure of being assisted by Christine during your stay, you will for sure be coming back to this hotel in the future. We have found our new Baltimore hotel and cannot wait to return.

On business, at this location and I was amazed at how friendly the staff was, professional and respectful. I was pleased with the room, and the water pressure, bed was great! Quiet rooms. I recommend the little bar inside for a nice dinner! Staff keeps the included breakfast in the morning hot and stocked. Week day bar maid is very entertaining, and friendly, (I donā€™t have permission to use her name, so I didnā€™t.). They have a shuttle bus that rounds downtown, so you donā€™t have to pay to park! Just a really nice place, not priced to the moon.

Took an impromptu weekend get away to Baltimore. Found this treasure while looking for a place to stay. This place was great! Complimentary breakfast was actually a meal! There was a comedy club connected to the lobby area and a bar with games.. The pool was warm, the staff was friendly. I'm going to do that again.

Nice hotel with affordable prices! The place was clean and the staff were nice! I stayed here with my children for New Year's Eve (just a quick getaway). The pool is also open, but you have to reserve it and families only get 1hr, which is better than nothing. The hottub and pool area are super clean as well. I will be staying here again.

Came to this establishment for the comedy show I stopped in the restaurant first for a drink. The minute I walked through the door I was greeted by a super friendly Bartender named Jen. She was polite, energetic , and makes a great drink. I also noticed how well the staff worked together to get everyone taken care of quickly. I definitely recommend this establishment and will be returning soon for another awesome time.

Stayed here while in town visiting family. The staff were very accommodating and polite. I was traveling in a larger group with kids. They were able to get us in adjoining rooms. The indoor heated pool is awesome! It felt so good after a long day. The rooms were renovated and looked good. The floors were very clean, I had plenty of room in the entry to roll my yoga mat out! We ate at the hotels restaurant one night- their crab cake was superb; huge chunks of meat. So delicious!

Chose this property for a ā€œstay&cruiseā€ package. We ( wife, myself, son and daughter-in-law) found the hotel to be very nice. Clean rooms, restaurant was great along with the service and breakfast was excellent along with the service. The only complaint was dealing with the shuttle service. The shuttle staff were rude, unprofessional and could care less about your ā€œcheck-inā€ time at the port. With at least 50 people waiting in the lobby KD ELITE sent one van that held 4 passengers! I will say that the return from port was much better. This property is too nice to have their reviews tarnished by bad shuttle serviceā€¦ā€¦.they need to find another shuttle service. I see management responses to these reviews and would be happy to fill them in on details if they want to contact me.

From booking the conference room to celebrate my son's passing. This team of people showed nothing but respect and kindness. The place was beautiful, then to my surprise the man that did clean up called me and asked was I ok with his performance, I told him he exceeded my expectations. This place is awesome period.

For a surgery stay at The Wilmer Eye Institute at John Hopkins, it was recommended that we stay at this hotel. Although the room and bathroom were standard fare for a hotel at this level, we were totally impressed by the value for our queen double room. from the moment we checked in, we were treated with outstanding service and the facilities made available to us were nothing short of remarkable. First, because we were going to John Hopkins, we received a special rate in addition to the 10% off at there dining room/bar. Free waters for the two of us, plus a snack, breakfast and a lift to and from the hospital all at no charge. It appears that the hotel is also a great location for visitors to nearby attractions, although we were not there for that purpose. All in all, a great recommendation for our needs.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The location was convenient to. every place I needed to go. The hotel and restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful with any thing I needed. One thing I found out from the hotel staff was not to use the vending machine because it can be hit or miss. It was suggested to come to the front desk where I could purchase soda and water instead. would stay at this hotel again.

This is a nice and affordable hotel. Had an issue with booking. It was under a pet friendly room had to get it switched to a standard room. Got a two bed queen sized room instead of a king room. I believe with the mix-up it caused our room to be switched up. When we received our bill we had another person's information on it that wasn't ours. We talked to the hotel staff and they insured our card would be charged and not the other person that stayed in our room previously. We also extended our stay so we had our cards in the system. Before we checked out we double checked to make sure that our cards would not be charged due to the discrepancy. They said that management would look over at the night before but there was no information the next day. They had to write it down in front of us the notes based on the situation so it could be cleared up to their admin.

Everything was solved by management based checking out that morning.

This wasn't a bad stay. Breakfast was from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Thought somebody was trying to mess with our door in the middle of the night. Had to double lock it just to be safe.

Front desk was very attentive and making sure our needs were met if we needed anything. They did offer us privacy and didn't have people coming in and out of the room for housekeeping unless requested.

Overall, had a good time in Baltimore for vacation.

Just a bit concerned regarding keeping people's information private. The pool is under renovation. Hopefully if we decide to come back we can check out the pool and see what the rest of the hotel has to offer. I really enjoyed the policy of no partying, vaping or smoking. 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. is the quiet time that they have posted. It's really nice to have that so people can have their sleep and privacy.

Make sure you check your receipt when you stay here just so your card isn't charged! It's not good having someone else's information on file. Hopefully the hotel can clear information from previous stays so there's no issue of identity theft and people's hard earned money isn't being taken that aren't even staying in the hotel no longer.

The staff at the Best Western in Baltimore went out of their way with

picking us up at a Marine that is not One of their pickup's. The next day

they had a driver get us back to the Marina a hour before the shuttle started making drop offs and pickups. I also called prior to our stay and found the staff so accommodating. I am not easily impressed, however I must say I was pleassantly surprised. The breakfast was a full buffet which was nice over a continental breakfast. I will try to book with the Best Western for all future travel if it is a option.

Decided to do a staycation for fathers day weekend..we booked the Executive Jacuzzi suite. The suite was very spacious and on a quiet floor of the hotel. The amenities were decent( pool, restaurant, on-site comedy club and lounge for extra fee). Check in and check out was easy. I will say for over $300 per night the room needs some updating. The sofa was worn, decor was dated. The. Mirrored Jacuzzi (also had double showerheads) itself was nice but the tile/grout needs to be replaced..it was cracked in several places. Carpet needs to be cleaned as well as the ceiling (mold /water damage). Please make that a top priority since this is a top tier priced room. Our stay was still enjoyable over all. Just glad we didn't see any bugs.

Pet friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms. Try the jacuzzi suites - amazing. Also everything is within walking distance - McDonaldā€™s is in the same parking lot. And there is a club/lounge downstairs outside to the left of the building.

The rooms were well appointed, the service was outstanding. The food was remarkable. On Friday night, I had the steak dinner. It was very tender, broccoli with steamed just right, seasoned with garlic and butter it was excellent. Because I am from Baltimore, I had to sample their crabcakes. On Saturday, night, I try them. It was the best experience. A 5oz portion with lump crab meat falling out as you sliced into it. I was in heaven.

When we arrived at the Best Western Plus Hotel, I could tell that most of the service, quality, and staff were going to very sophisticated. Except for a couple drawbacks. The pool wasn't taking care of so it was very gross and the free breakfast was okay but some food was either bland or not available even though they were sitting on the table. When we went down to check out what their selection was, about 3 other couples/families were down there. Most food looked like it had just been replenished so I don't know how they were empty. In conclusion, the Best Western Plus Hotel was a nice experience to take up for one night. However, somethings might either become better or worse than when I went. I hope this review helps you decide on the next hotel for your trip or vacation!
