Baymont by Wyndham Airport Parking (CAK)

Typically don’t stay at hotels due to all the hassle with booking ext. My husband and I had to get away we booked through a third website sure enough it got messed up thank god for Joshua Michael not only did he go out of his way to correct the issue he walked us to our room to make sure it was what needed and everything worked properly as it did my husband mentioned he wished he had a cup of coffee and our phone rang 15m later Joshua herd him and brewed a fresh pot and asked if we needed sugar and creamer before he brought it to us. Amazing Service 10*

It was good for the price! Adam at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room itself could use an update, toilet seat was peeling and so was the bathtub. And the ac unit didnt have a thermostat so adjusting it was difficult. However, the bed was super soft, the hot water and shower pressure was great. And breakfast was delicious! I came down right as it was ending but the older gentleman who was in charge of putting it away made sure that I had enough to eat before he cleaned up.

Adam was great!!! The room was good we had the soap dish fall off of the wall while my sister in law was taking a shower. Pool was nice too bad the hot tub was down. We was there for a wedding.

Room was nice. Too much disinfectant used. Smelled like Simple Green for both days, really strong. Front desk man was very nice.

The front desk night staff concierge was SUPER nice!! Every time we passed by him, he would make small talk and made us feel welcome. We even got locked out of our car and he helped us get it unlocked out in the cold! His name was Joshua Michael. We appreciated him very much!

The hotel is located near several stores and restaurants, there’s endless things to do nearby. The hotel staff was beyond helpful, the gentle in particular who served us breakfast and checked us out was miraculous and I couldn’t ask for a more hospitable experience his name is Joshua Michael and I just wanted to acknowledge him for his kindness and his willingness to complete his job to his full capability.

I was going to arrive much earlier than expected and the General Manager was able to get me into a room much earlier than check-in even though they were short-staffed. The facility was very clean. Considering all of the events that were going on this weekend it was still a nice stay and very quiet. I would like to point out that as I was making my way to my room after checking in and getting settled both the cleaning folks were so attentive even though they were clearly so busy. I needed nothing and they made sure to ask anyway and offer assistance if needed in the future. I really appreciated that and in these times when it's hard to find really hard workers, these folks were doing a great job under pressure! Keep it up!

I have enjoyed my stay here at the baymont. Bed is comfortable, breakfast is good and the staff are great. I am minutes away from a lot of food and shopping options, so you can't beat the location.



It's an older building, but all buildings eventually become older.



The price is a lot lower than hotels in the area. This is a very good bargain. If I has 1 recommendations it would be coffee available throughout the day.



I would recommend this place for sure

I love the fact they are pet friendly and have an indoor pool. The rooms are nice and comfortable and so far, no problem with the staff. They have been very courteous and enjoyable. Free parking, surveillance, and free breakfast are pretty awesome too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it

Nice rooms very clean I enjoyed my one night stay. The check in and check out process was very fast. The Staff was very professional would not mind staying again. Only problem is the deposit 100 fee I never got back.

Staff were a awesome, knowledgeable and very friendly. Recommend this hotel we have stayed here over 5 times and never had any issues. Thanks staff keepit up.

The staff and GM are very friendly and helpful. My room was nice and newly upgraded.

I stayed 4 nights and the hot breakfast was a different menu each morning.

We had no complaints. Everything was clean and Managment was VERY ACCOMMODATING! The manager even turned up the pool heater when he saw we were going in the pool that wasn’t as warm as it could be. After a few minutes , the pool was great for swimming. No problem. The only issue is that Hot Tub that , in MY opinion , should be closed or fixed up. It should not be left the way it is. Fix it or get rid of it. It wasn’t a problem for me. I don’t like Hot tubs!

Breakfast was great! Eggs and sausage. Toast and coffee. Pastries fresh fruits. Choice of juices etc.

room was clean and comfortable. Needed another set of towels, no problem.

We were traveling with our dog. No problem. Totally welcomed.

We had a very good experience at this hotel.

It’s terrible that so many pjs w such a negative opinion on this hotel. I read some terrible reviews. I ALWAYS make my own opinion on everything I so. However, everyone is their own entity and have had different experiences.

We Highly recommend this Hotel.

Sofa beds are a fold down futon and is the size of a twin mattress fyi. Breakfast options not good. But a couple items. Customer service was great.
