AVOID! I have been using APH for over 10 years & found it easy to get to & the staff were always friendly & helpful. It now appears that the company have merged with airparks & have a new location in the middle of marsdon Green which is a pain to get to, passing through housing estates & lots of traffic. We had a nightmare from the start when they couldn't find our booking even though we had a barcode & printed confirmation. Then on the way back after social distancing for the whole holiday & in airports & on planes, We were crammed on a bus & left stood on the stairs holding our suitcases. There was no possibility to social distance & people were being thrown around all over the place. 1 lady was having trouble breathibg because of the amount of people stood around her seat.People expressed their concerns to the driver but he didn't respond. Im sorry APH but you have lost one customer today & possibly a few more. Big mistake merging with Airparks!
Cheap, a bit far from the airport, and buses are not that comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.
Good service, friendly staff, I would use them again.
AVIOD. Autorefill on APH website left start and end times of booking the same but changed the "in" date to the day I was making the booking, which I failed to clock until confirmation email. Despite their claims booking can be amended online, amendments were only possible to my details, not the booking itself. Within ten minutes of booking I sent them email marked "urgent" - as office shut at weekends - but no response at all to email. Phoned at 1020am Monday morning and could not get through, phone off, msg. saying they only open from 9am Monday...or NOT.
APH have displayed a total disregard for customers once they have your money, I will go elsewhere for all our flights from now on. I book monthly but usually from EMA, this was exceptional and first time I tried using Tesco vouchers for BHX flight before they expired at end of month.
Your car will be safe here, I use it all the time.
Update... my car was driven into a fence post damaging the front number plate, they totally denied it, after checking cctv they agreed it was one of there drivers, nevertheless due to there dishonesty I won't use them again, and still waiting for the payment for the replacement number plate!
The staff was super courteous and took great care of my car while I was on deployment. Their prices were fair and services exceptional!! I would recommend them to anyone with car storage needs!
I do not slate any business lightly however after using APH for over a year I was charged £25 for returning my car early, the car park was almost empty, my car was parked 25m from the office, they would not let me leave without paying the £25 tax, I sent the company a message no response, I know things have been difficult during the pandemic, I was prepared to put up with a minimum 20-30 wait at the airport but this is unacceptable, it's the standard case of the customer is there to be fleeced for every penny.... make your own decision

We have been returning customers of APH Birmingham Airport Parking for years but after my recent experience .....NEVER AGAIN. I didn’t realise when I booked that they’d moved from Hams Hall to a very unpleasant suburb of Birmingham with a self-parking system. Along with this change, gone is the warm friendly welcome, the helpful drivers and efficient transport. The long waiting time at the airport to get back to your car is unacceptable. The bus was crowded and some people weren’t able to get on the bus and had to wait for the next bus. Previously I would have recommended APH as a 5* service but now it’s only worth 2*.
Poor service, we arrivend on Birmingham 04.00 am and we was pick up by APH buss at 05.25 am...We have to wait one hour and half outside because they was short on busses. REALLY POOR SERVICES!
Watch out for this company.
We made the reservation of the park with the option "free cancelation" and paid more for it.
Unfortunately the flight was canceled and we had to cancel the park.
We were shocked when we were told that we would receive a voucher valid for 3 years ... Only after that date would they give us the money back. We got in touch and said it was a new company policy (we had canceled it another time and they refund the money).
Free Cancelation is not a voucher.
They are deceiving people.
Easy to get to, no hassle parking. Transfer quick once you get going. About 15-20 minutes. Coach was fine, driver nice and friendly. Takes your bags. Cheap and definitely worth the money. Leave your key. Would use again
Really good company for parking very helpful was true to the word with buses every 15 mins and a good price. I was 1 day late due to a flight cancellation and was charged £5 for the extra day. Best company I have used for airport parking and will be using again in the future.
Yesterday we arrived back from holiday and picked up by Steve Robinson, he was wonderfully helpful /friendly. A nicer man you won’t meet.
Then at the office we were greeted by Eve who was equally friendly and efficient. They both made the experience great. Highly recommend this service
The service to and from the park was excellent and the car was exactly where it was supposed to be. The only thing that would improve my rating would be if the waiting area was spruced up a bit. It's not horrible but it would be nice if it had a paint and more refreshments.

The unexpected bonus was the exciting top speed fairground-ride bus journey.
I have used Manchester APH before but this was the first time I used Birmingham APH. Had a overall good experience. Finding the place was easy. Very friendly front desk staff and bus drivers. Just has 10 minutes wait in the bus for few passangers. Keep you stress free of parking and keeping up the holiday mood.
Highly recommended if you want to park your car if you are traveling from Birmingham airport.
I am very disappointing and upset about my latest experience with APH, NOT to be recommended.
It was totally fine until I went to pick up my keys which didn't have any location noted, probably because the staff member didn't want to leave a note about his job, first I noted my door sill was missing, how did that happen?
After 4 years of ownership, it didn't happen to me once.
The second thing is I realised later my FRONT BUMPER was scratched like if they have touched a wall and the front grill is also damaged, picture enclosed. Appreciate I didn't check this on site but have noticed this afterwards, but nothing happened this week which could have caused this. Picture enclosed.
I am still waiting on the managers feedback on these incidents.
Use twice a year, tried others, these are the best for us due to closeness to motorway.
