Make sure u allow yourself an extra 30-45mins to get to airport. I've used them multiple times and they always have space. Without Groupon they are a little expensive, so I would suggest they offer an additional Groupon for maybe 3 days. However, they need to work on their shuttle wait times. The wait time to and from the airport is too long! I don't mind waiting once I get back, but the time I have to sit at the lot waiting is hurting. Once I sat from 6am til about 6:15am and when the shuttle came and ppl got on, they still waited longer. I've missed 3 separate flights thus far because of their shuttle. This morning was the 3rd missed my flight. I drove in at 6:10a and got dropped off at 6:36am, which caused me to miss bag cut off and be rebooked to a later flight.

Not sure why people are saying it's expensive to park here. It beat paying $32 a day at the airport. No issues with the shuttle to and from the airport. Vehicle had no damage, but was pretty dirty from all the dirt/dust in the garage. I mean I love the convenience of parking directly at the airport, but I also loved saving over $200 for parking by going here.

Alert for Covid non-compliance. We checked with their policy on their buses "about 6 people". Going to the Airport was no problem and the people were courteous on time and efficient. The same could not be said on our return bus in the evening. The bus arrived promptly and about 6 people got on to an empty bus. The driver then stopped to pickup more passenger. This is when the ride became scary. The driver loaded about 18 people in all, onto the bus. People were next to one another standing and even sitting on each others laps. A number of people protested to the driver but he would not drive and continued to request all the people outside to get aboard, even as they declined. I have used Aladdin for many years and have found them to be excellent but this ride was very distressing. On return to their parking lot I reported this to the manager on duty (along with a number of other rides). Their reaction was an unapologetic "so what". I will not be using them again. I hope this is helpful to my fellow travelers. My wife and I will be in quarantine (voluntary) for the next few days - Keep safe.
My car had a dent after one week parked and the cashier did not want to give supervisor phone or where to claim or review cameras. Definitely don't recommend. Spaces are too small.

We were very disappointed in Aladdin! We parked our car for 10 days. When we returned we noticed markings on the hood of my car. When looking at it, it looks like someone had put a tarp down on it with tape and left white marks all over but it's not sticky and we've had no luck getting them out. Now we are wondering what was set on there, my whole hood will need to be repainted. When we brought it up to the attendant, he acted like he didn't need to be bothered with it and told us it was on us. We asked if there was any cameras on the cars and was told only as we enter. He was no help and was extremely rude about the whole thing. We will never leave our car there again and I will make sure I let everyone I know not to park here. Please think twice before leaving your car here!
