There are I believe 8 EV chargers in the bottom floor there's always been a charger available whenever I'm there at different times during the day the staff is helpful and I appreciate the generosity of the two and a half hours of free parking while I charge my car

Previously, I have used other parking garages and this was my first time parking here. Overall, I had a great experience. Since I was going away on a long trip, I needed something relatively safe. I chose to park on the roof and as soon as we parked, the gentleman came with a golf cart to give us a ride to the shuttle. Shuttles run very often and, unlike it is the case with the other companies, you do not have to wait for an hour for a shuttle when you return. The shuttle drivers are super helpful and professional. The parking spaces are very tight, but this is the case with all of the parking garages. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a bit confusing to find a roof parking and I wish there were better signs for that, but that is just a minor thing. I also had no problems at all using a promotional coupon for $2 off per day. I will use this parking garage again when flying out from San Diego.

Definitely recommend if ever flying out of San Diego Airport. 24/7 Security, Shuttle every 15 mins and relatively close to airport. Easy to find and freeway close. Found great deal on Groupon. Arrive early. Plenty of parking but may have to circle around to different floor levels. Elevator available. Minimal handicap if needed.

We had a good experience parking here. They have a little waiting room with coffee, water, and comfy chairs to sit in while you wait for the shuttle. A very nice lady came up to us when we sat out on the bench and offered us bottled water and made sure we knew there was coffee available inside. The shuttle was on time and the driver was courteous and helpful.

So glad I finally made the switch from Wally Park. Aladdin has an awesome shuttle instead of a van and it runs every 15 minutes during normal business hours, so I didn't have to call or wait very long. Facilities are nice too, and the price was right. I'm very happy.

Not sure why people are saying it's expensive to park here. It beat paying $32 a day at the airport. No issues with the shuttle to and from the airport. Vehicle had no damage, but was pretty dirty from all the dirt/dust in the garage. I mean I love the convenience of parking directly at the airport, but I also loved saving over $200 for parking by going here.

Pulled into the ALADDIN AIRPORT PARKING facility to use their EVgo electric charging station. They have ten. Most offer level 2, high-speed charging. (J1772, CCS, and Tesla plugs are available.)
Upon entering you must take a ticket from the machine in the EV CHARGING lane. There is no charge to exit the 1,500 space parking structure, when using the chargers.
Aladdin's secure parking is close to cruise ship's terminals. A free bus transports to and picks up your party from the port.
The well-maintained charging stations are located down on the lowest level, called the first floor. The ADA compliant restrooms are on the street level (third floor.) There is an elevator. If necessary, an employee will direct you.
Charging my Mustang Mach E (80%) took less then a half hour.
When finished with charging, drive your car to the reception desk (street level) and have your ticket stamped. You have fifteen minutes to leave. Exit using the EV EXIT lane.
Aladdin Airport Parking is located near the end of the San Diego Airport runway. So, except for the intermittent, earsplitting sound of landing jet aircrafts, it's a great place to charge your car.

There is lots of parking and it is secure the buses run frequently to and from the airport about every 10 minutes. The drivers were helpful and courteous the ride was smooth the shuttles were a pleasant temperature, they were clean, and not over crowded.

Shuttle picks up/drops off very frequently. On our way back (4 nights parking), there were a lot of people and the shuttle was full when it was our turn. The driver kindly told us that he would call the other shuttle for us. However, one came within 5 minutes. The drivers were very prompt, courteous and efficient. The payment was super smooth. Will definitely use this parking again

Spaces are really tight, and the shuttle feels like it takes forever to come (but it's really just your imagination). This is my go to place since there's always parking available, and seems like it's generally a decent place to leave the car.
You can go to their website and get a $2 off coupon, which makes the price more tolerable.

Great find for me. Normally I would hire a black car to take me to the airport, but unfortunately I had an early morning flight and the service had no drivers available early morning to pick me up. I decided for the first time to use Aladdin and it was extremely convenient and the price was substantially less than what I would have spent for a car service. Definitely going to use them again.

Great place to park! Raphael (worker) saw me park my car far from the entrance ( I wanted to avoid getting my car dinged as it had happened at OTHER parking garages prior)and offered to drive me down to the shuttle in his golf cart. He was so friendly and showed me the quickest way to get back to my car when I returned. The shuttle was quick to pick us up upon our return too. I would recommend just making your reservation through Aladdin directly because Wayz overcharged me. Great experience so far and they now have a return customer.
