We were driving around trying to figure out where to park for our cruise and came across 241. The parking attendant was very friendly and the shuttle driver was polite and helpful with our luggage. When we arrived from our cruise the shuttle driver was already there and promptly brought us back to our car. The process was so smooth! Will definitely be using their services for my next cruise out of Tampa!

Easy to find secured fenced in lot. They shuttled us to the cruise terminal. Make sure you keep your ticket they give you. Once we got back from our cruise we walked over to the pickup building for taxis and shuttles. There were way too many people so we walked back to the lot we dropped off the car. I called them and told them where we were and they picked us up and took us to the lot where they parked our car that day for our return. The valet gave us our keys. Very friendly staff. The driver said they were short handed that morning with three cruise ships in port. Not a problem for us. These guys work hard we would use them again.

Reserved the night before. Took less than 5 minutes to get loaded on the bus and they unloaded our bags at the terminal. At the port waiting when we got off the ship, loaded our bags back on the bus and loaded them into my van. Highly recommend. Would use them again!

It was very easy to reserve and the people were very nice and they are very close to the Port. The only reason I didn't rate them with five stars was because my vehicle was parked in a completely different area of the city when I returned from my cruise which means they had to drive it around town. I didn't want my vehicle to be driven while I was away which I feel most customers would not like. Also, my truck was put into a four-wheel drive for some reason and left that way which makes no sense for city driving.

It was pretty cheap and not too far, but we had to wait for the attendant to come with the keys. It was a little frustrating because I waited to get off the ship early to get to work and even though it only delayed me 25-30 minutes it made me wish I didn’t jump up to run off the ship and slept the extra 30 minutes instead.

A conundrum review.
I left my vehicle with them for 5 days while on a cruise. It was much cheaper than parking in the port garage. A day after I returned home, I noticed that a dent about the size of baseball that was on my left passenger door , after a minor parking lot accident 2 months prior was no longer there. I guess they thought they caused the damage or my car was damaged while in their care. I would have given them 5 stars, because their fee to park was way cheaper than the terminal, their parking attendants and shuttle drivers were awesome. But they never said anything to me about my car upon my return, and so I didn't call them to say thank you either.. so 4 stars it is..

Great place to park for Tampa cruises...book and pay online. Maybe 5 minute ride to Port. They are there to pick you up after cruise to take you back to your car. Cheaper and more convenient than parking at Port garage.

Best customer service we have ever had at a parking lot. The primary contact, Moses, bends over backwards to accommodate your individual needs. This is NOT one of those, "pay your money, no one talks to you, and you hope your vehicle is ok after your cruise" type parking lots. Customer service is actually a thing here. They have very friendly shuttle drivers to bring you right to the cruise port.
We came in very late from our flight and were still able to retrieve our vehicle. I am pretty sure the posted number is Moses' cellphone number.
The street address is wrong. It is actually, 1236 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602 which is right next door to where Google says 241 is.
The lot seems a little older, and the barbwire on top of the fence is in disrepair, but they have security cameras everywhere. Why park somewhere you are just a number? Bad stuff happens everywhere, you might as well park somewhere that cares about you and your vehicle.
