Mr. Eddie and crew were amazing. They got us to the port for our vacation fast and effectively. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Tampa area.
It was pretty cheap and not too far, but we had to wait for the attendant to come with the keys. It was a little frustrating because I waited to get off the ship early to get to work and even though it only delayed me 25-30 minutes it made me wish I didn’t jump up to run off the ship and slept the extra 30 minutes instead.
Tight parking, my car was bumped and battery died from alarm. No damage and parking was less then 75 steps to cruise ship boarding. Absolutely will park there again.
Wonderful costumer service! The shuttle to the ship port was quick and they were waiting on us when we got back. It was very easy all the way around. We will use them again if we cruise out of Tampa again. Thank you!
We were initially reluctant but delighted with this parking service for our cruise. Our car was ready for us as soon as we got off the ship with no hassle. Highly recommend!
Best customer service we have ever had at a parking lot. The primary contact, Moses, bends over backwards to accommodate your individual needs. This is NOT one of those, "pay your money, no one talks to you, and you hope your vehicle is ok after your cruise" type parking lots. Customer service is actually a thing here. They have very friendly shuttle drivers to bring you right to the cruise port.
We came in very late from our flight and were still able to retrieve our vehicle. I am pretty sure the posted number is Moses' cellphone number.
The street address is wrong. It is actually, 1236 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602 which is right next door to where Google says 241 is.
The lot seems a little older, and the barbwire on top of the fence is in disrepair, but they have security cameras everywhere. Why park somewhere you are just a number? Bad stuff happens everywhere, you might as well park somewhere that cares about you and your vehicle.
