I stayed here for 3 nights. Bed was not made not even once after checking in. Bathroom towels changed once at request. Restaurant is okay. Room service is quick. Food is average. Few of the front desk people are well mannered, rest are rude enough. Oh, did I tell you this is a old hotel, so you smell the mushy odor. Best part is rooms are very spacious. Overall not bad but definitely not great. Hope this helps

Absolutely amazing. The guest are great. The employees are great. Every amenity anyone would ever want. No worries about outside troubles. 10 minutes from Lincoln financial field. 20 minutes from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Clean, comfortable, I had a great time. The lady at the front desk was very busy on the phone. I left my key with her sat on the couch with other guests that were coming and going and before I knew it she took care of everything and brought me my receipt.

Valerie at the front desk was extremely helpful, accommodating, and professional when it came to booking our stay and familiarizing us with the local area. The airport shuttle staff was also very efficient and helpful. It was great and timely service, and I would definitely stay here again- the people are great. Also, our room was very clean. We highly recommend staying here!

The reception was nice and checked us in promptly. Our room was basic, generally nice but hair on the bathroom floors and in the tub. Our bed could have been made better. The pool was clean and quiet and had clean towels. Dinner was lovely in the restaurant, the staff there were really nice and everything was freshly made. Checkout was easy and the shuttle to the airport was on time.
