This is a decent value Sheraton. Corner suites are nice, tons of windows and natural light. Nice amenities, some what dated but it was a high end finish and is standing the test of time. Only real complaint is the exterior windows are very dirty and look like they haven't been washed for years

Nice comfortable hotel near ONT airport. It was convenient for a recent business trip. I'll give them props for opening up their Concierge Suite - serving food and happy hour for guests with status. Most hotels have significantly reduced their food options within their restaurants. I also had dinner one night at their restaurant. Service was very good as was the food. The Elevator is pretty slow but I would stay here again

I had stayed here before COVID, even though the location is not in the best neighborhood, it is conveniently close to most Inland Empire cities and the Ontario Airport. The building and rooms even though clean are close to needing a refresh. The service is great, the bar and restaurant were taken over by a group but the servers brought me drinks by the pool which was appreciated.

Love the staff especially Sandra Valencia .. such a big help , and just a joy to be around.. Sheraton is very lucky to have her.. I know I was.. thanks again Sandra and the rest of the staff .. when I'm in Ontario again I know where all be staying.. thanks again.. God Bless..

Very nice clean inside and out. The front desk employees were great. Just wish they had coffee out later than 10 o'clock and the free pasties were dry. The restaurant had good service and food. I'd go back.

I came with 20 college students, the location was excellent for the convention center, the staff was excellent, breakfast great too. Rooms are clean and comfortable and appeared to be recently. Remodeled. Area is close to a lot of excellent food choices from fast food to sit down dining. Plenty of parking, and a circle k right next door. Freeway access right next to them, but you can see out of the windows there is a homeless encampment, so the city needs to take care of that.

I arrived late and only stayed for a quick overnight, but I was very happy with my choice. Our room was utterly immaculate and the decor is pretty nifty!

I had a chance to pamper myself while visiting family. The bed, in particular, was like heaven. Everything was so soft, clean, and cuddly. I slept like an infant--and I needed it!
The only issue that I ran into was the phone did not work properly. Hence, I could not order, which was not a big deal.
I did relay the message to the front desk, though.
Oh, the staff was fantastic!
There are great restaurants within a few blocks as well.
