I generally do not write reviews but I feel that I need to write something about this hotel.

The management and all personnel are great here.

Especially Ms. Renee and Mr. Marcus are doing excellent job here.

If you stay here you will be amazed with Ms Renee’s personality and hospitality.

Overall, they provide the best possible service.

Whenever my business takes me here, this hotel is always my first choice.

I can definitely say the following:

Was a nice hotel for the night. Good prices and very comfortable beds. Room was clean a good size with mini fridge. Close to the venue we went to. Would recommend if needed for a night or few.

Great hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean. Looked newly remodeled. Renee was the hostess in the Executive Lounge and she was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, with very short six minute shuttle ride to BWI, shuttles at 15 after and 45 after the clock. Excellent hotel restaurant/bar with a good selection of entrees as drinks. Was under renovation during my visit, but didn't see any visible signs of it. Appeared they are upgrading the rooms, mine was very comfortable with a nice work space. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Good stay.

One night stay before a trip out. Took advantage of the Executive Lounge on the 6th floor. Renee was the lounge ambassador and was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. She is a positive image for your Brand. Looking forward to our next stay. Lifetime Titanium Elite member.

The weekend airport shuttle driver is the absolute best. Honestly the nicest and most personable guy out there. Even though it's only about 10 minutes in the shuttle, he makes it great, and is truly the reason I stay before flights.

The service was Excellent! Checking in and out was quick and easy. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you don't want to sit at the bar or restaurant just order room service or go pick it yourself 😊. Will be returning!!
