If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. Where to start??? How about the missing smoke detector with the wires hanging out of the ceiling? Or, how about one of two lights in the room not working, so dark i needed a flashlight to read the controls on the air conditioner, which is conveniently stock behind the bathroom door? Oh! How about the hairs left on the walls and floor of the shower? Did I mention that the air conditioner rattles like a log splitter?
It all went well. They got me to Logan quickly, and picked me up quickly- and the drivers were really nice!
My CooperS had 27 extra miles on it and 10 days later I got an EZPass Bill for 2 different Tolls (with photo when I checked with them).
The really messed up part is: considering the convenience, speed, and price? I’ll use them again and let them know I wrote the mileage down...
If I could give it ZERO STARS I would. This was the WORST experience I had both coming and going. I parked my car here and used the free shuttle... well we needed to follow the shuttle to more parking (which was a mess within myself) I got there at 2 for a 4:15 flight... I MISSED MY FLIGHT because of the messy parking and over hour wait!! When I returned I had to pay for a cab to get back because there was an HOUR wait for the the free shuttle!!! What a disaster. Never again! I’m so angry!!
Very nice and kind staff. Place is clean. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. If you need a place to stay next to the airport it is a great location. But if you want a quiet place better find another one. It is very noisy because of the traffic (Route 60) and people talking in the waiting room overnight. It is a 24 hours front desk.
I didn't stay here, but went to drop off my family who had booked here. From outside we started having second thoughts of whether to stay or not. Once inside it was much better. The front office wanted an additional 50 to check in before 3pm. However she went above and beyond to find a comfortable room and even let them in at no additional cost. The room was small but was clean and comfortable. Dont judge a book by its cover.
Used the shuttle service for parking, parking is offsite you have to follow the shuttle to another location to park which is inconvenient but not the end of the world. The real problem comes with getting picked up at the airport waited two hours to be picked up with the shuttle driver and reception trying to pass blame off on each other for the delay. Then when we get there they can’t find our car or keys to it, the other couple in the shuttle also were in the same boat. They ended up eventually finding our car but not the other people’s who were in the shuttle with us. All told it was almost three hours before we were in our car and heading home. Definitely not worth it just to save a few bucks.
Great overnight stay with a very clean room and comfy bed. Great working air-conditioning which was needed! Friendly and accommodating front desk.
I did not stay at the hotel but I used their shuttle service, we were told when we got there that we missed the 7am bus and would have to wait for the 8am so we ended up taking a cab to the airport. When we came back we waited 1-1/2 hours for the shuttle that we were told came every hour on the hour. We were outside at 6:50pm and it didn’t arrive until well after 8pm. The shuttle driver didn’t know where he was going, they couldn’t find our car. All in all it’s not worth it to save the money. I will be going back to our normal shuttle service and spending the extra $30, because this place isn’t worth the aggravation.
My daughter and a friend were traveling for the first time on their own. They stayed here the night before their flight left. I did the pay and stay offer so the car could stay there during the 10-day trip. The people at reception were very helpful and so kind and took very good care of my daughter and her friend, making sure they had all the necessary information and whatever they needed for the shuttle, what to do when they arrived back in Boston, but most of all were so kind and extremely helpful and helped ease my anxiety about her first time traveling on her own.
