Check in was a smooth process. Our room was huge as was the bathroom. Only thing that needed to be changed was the microwave which had an old fashioned hand turn timer instead of a digital one.

Nice rooms, I arrived a little early and had a short wait for my room. Rooms nice, had to lower air conditioning some , too cold for me. Nice breakfast.

Booked a room from Dec 1 - 2, 2019 (two twin beds). arrived @2pm and got the room @2.30pm (check in 3p) By 4pm felt itch at right neck. Found 3 bed bugs on the night stand & one bed bug on the other bed (pictures taken). Noed redness swelling warm to touch on my right neck(pictures taken). No any offer of any medical or apology. "Don't worry, it's not bed beg. Let's change to different room. Cancelled & left @4.30pm, but charged me half. Please advice. 421 Doris Ave, Joliet, IL 60433. Thank you.

The customer service is awful. The employee at the front desk stated it was only her and one other person in the entire hotel at 8pm. The room literally has mold and water damage on the trim and ceilings. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is inoperable. The room for one night is 120, very overpriced for such a low graded room. Would not recommend.

The service is not so good. The musty smell is a bit annoying. What I really like is a food truck that is in front.
