The customer service was great however, the room they put us in had a leak and all the floor was wet. We called about it and they kindly moved us to another room. The next room smelled like mold and the knob for cold water didnt work. We called they didnt want to move us but then he came to conclusion that yeah it smelled like mold. Anyway, at the end of the day we got a better room. Choose near the pool. Very convenient.
I had roaches in my room. No espn. Room smelled funky. Not a safe neighborhood a lady was sleeping on the curb.
Love the rooms, quiet location, and atmosphere for most part. Dog friendly which is always a requirement for my travels, and lots of dog owners staying there. Would rate higher, but after being there 3 days of a 4 day trip, was told to leave because they have a very strict 2 dogs max policy. I have 3. That travel 350 plus days a year around the country and have never been a problem or concern in over 1200 stays until now. Guess they tried licking the wrong person or shaking the wrong hand.idk. the rest of the staff and patrons enjoyed playing with them. Granted we are seldom at the room and I take them off property to get excercise at the parks and wherever I'm working, but since my dogs don't bark or cause problems apparently it took a while for someone to decide to shorten our trip. Interesting that there were several other rooms I saw with 3-5 dogs per room and up to 6 people staying at them. But maybe it's because not all of theirs were Pitts and my 3 are, is the difference. So we relocated up the road to la Quinta. Too bad. I liked the location enough to base my job out of there for the 20 plus trips a year I have in that area. I like drama free, and safe places for my pups, clean comfortable rooms, and this place had all the requirements. Shrug. First time I've tried that location, since I try to check out different hotels as I travel to same areas. Price is good for what you get. But not likely to see my money cross their counter again, or any of the people that contact me for references on places to stay. But..... Try the Mexican restaurant at the entry on the frontage road! Best part of the entire trip! Amazing!!
Worked all night, then went to check in at around 1030am. Usually, a hotel interested in customer service would do that w a prepaid reservation. Not this place. They tried to milk me out of an extra $30 to check in before 3pm. Sat in the lobby until 3pm to check in. That's not customer service, I can't recommend this place. Room was outdated after waiting hours to check in. If there was a negative number for rating, I would use it.
My husband stay was awful... people were trying to rob him and break into his car and yet they have nothing on camera.... can you say inside job? They treated him like he was crazy and yet he has proof. He will never stay here again and all the staff was rude and unhelpful in this event. Safety is key but they don’t care about safety here... think twice before you stay. I have to rate a one even though it doesn’t even meet for a one but it’s the only way I can post this. Be on the look out and advise NO one to stay here.
