Overall, it’s an okay place to hang your hat. Comfortable rooms. However, the hotel needs a lot of updating. There were some basic things they didn’t put in our room like soap or a cup for water. Probably could’ve asked for those things but we shouldn’t have to. It was also the first hotel we’ve ever stayed at where they didn’t offer early check in. We arrived at 2 and check in was at 3 and they didn’t have any clean rooms that were what we reserved. When we checked out, the man at the counter asked us how our stay was and I said “meh.” He did not ask any follow up questions to see what they could’ve done better. Just doesn’t seem like a place where they’re willing to go above and beyond for customers. There are probably better hotels near the airport where you could be spending your money instead.
Horrible! Can't believe people take pride in this hotel. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was disgusting - gnats were flying around the key slot on the door, brown stains were on the ceiling, stains on the bedding and furniture. The entire hotel was nasty. The vending and ice machines were not working. I had to go across the street to another hotel for ice. The front desk staff was extremely rude. The room didn't have any cups or pens. The room was so bad, I had a hard time sleeping. I didn't even sleep under the blankets. I would give this hotel 0 stars.
Worst hotel EVER! They charged my card after we left an extra 175$. When we called they said it was because we smoked on the balcony, which no one informed us we couldn't. We called and the manager was no help and extremely rude and said he should have charged us more. No have to wait a week to even see if we will get a refund. Mind you this was my sons birthday money. Now we cant do anything. We cleaned up after our self when we left. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY WILL ROB YOU AND NOT CARE!!
Went to stay here when we missed our flight because they advertise free shuttle to the airport on their website and we leave out again tomorrow. Get to the hotel and they do offer it but only for people who pay to leave their car parked there. Well That was unfortunate for us since we are already paying for our parked car at fast park. So had to spend money on an Uber back and forth. Then the ice machines and vending machines are all out of order. They gave us the wrong room three different times. Get into our room no towels or shampoo. Just lotion and conditioner. The quality of this establishment is poor for the amount they charge. Never will make that mistake again.
Room has strong musk odor. Bathroom was poorly cleaned, Black mold in corners and on tile. Couch in room has stains and feel sticky and dirty to the touch. You get a half broken bed and 6 good working channels for a whole 115 dollars a night! OH and no working ice machines. Only good thing about the place is the great customer service at the front counter. I won’t be asking for my money back but I won’t be booking here ever again.
Horrible experience! As soon as we got into our room we found a huge cobweb with a spider on the inside of our window. Asked front desk for a room change, said nothing else was available and came in with a dustpan and broom to try to get the spider out. There was a new web the next day. Bathroom was full of mold (tub/toilet) and the toilet seat had paint peeling off. The advertised "free breakfast" is cereal and milk. Save yourself and pay a few more dollars for a clean, comfortable hotel. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
Made a reservation, called to confirm 30 minutes before we got there and they said everything was fine. Got there and they tell us they over booked and had no rooms left. They did manage to find two rooms for us, one had nothing but scalding hot water in the shower, the other had no dial in the shower so turning it on was a process requiring tools. Second room was also missing furniture. Between the two rooms, we had one functioning hotel room. Breakfast selection was very poor as well. I appreciated them finding the rooms for us, but the experience was lacking overall, and I would not go back if I had the choice.
Horrible! The first room we went to smelled like mildew soon as we walked in, air conditioner was leaking, wet carpet, toilet did not work. Went downstairs, manager was not respecting of the issue. A co worker got us another room. The toilet was leaking, bathroom floor soaked, we had to keep getting towels to soak up the moisture, air conditioner leaked. The manager and supervisor were very nasty. Housekeeping went in my room even with the do not disturb sign on. I will be visiting Indy again, but NEVER at that hotel highly disappointed! And hot breakfast NO! It was coffee, orange juice, and cereal. This hotel is very dated, and should be shut down immediately for renovation.
Called ahead of time to ensure hotel had a pack and play or an option for a child to sleep. I was told they had one. Booked room since we have an early flight at 6AM and are from out of town. Get here at almost 11 PM with an infant who cannot sleep in her own bed and low and behold NO BED for baby. So livid. We have one king room and the showe has black mold in both corners. The lady acted so dumbfounded and had no idea who I even spoke to when asking for a bed!!!!! I can’t even grasp how this can occur. If you have ever traveled with an infant you would understand we got NO REST. Had I been told they had no accommodation available for us I would have happily booked elsewhere. Have stayed in multiple hotels who provide this and can’t believe Ramada does not. I’m sure Marriott would have. So beyond livid tonight. Will be calling corporate bright and early.
Really nice people. Would recommend for a bed at a good price.
Read some of these reviews, it's not a five star hotel but if you think that going in, your an uninformed consumer. The staff are nice, great breakfast hours and they do what they can.
Spent the night, never got bed bugs, didn't feel the asbestos, and didn't get offended by 100 people..... So really, I think I can call it a good night.
