Overall, it’s an okay place to hang your hat. Comfortable rooms. However, the hotel needs a lot of updating. There were some basic things they didn’t put in our room like soap or a cup for water. Probably could’ve asked for those things but we shouldn’t have to. It was also the first hotel we’ve ever stayed at where they didn’t offer early check in. We arrived at 2 and check in was at 3 and they didn’t have any clean rooms that were what we reserved. When we checked out, the man at the counter asked us how our stay was and I said “meh.” He did not ask any follow up questions to see what they could’ve done better. Just doesn’t seem like a place where they’re willing to go above and beyond for customers. There are probably better hotels near the airport where you could be spending your money instead.
Worst hotel EVER! They charged my card after we left an extra 175$. When we called they said it was because we smoked on the balcony, which no one informed us we couldn't. We called and the manager was no help and extremely rude and said he should have charged us more. No have to wait a week to even see if we will get a refund. Mind you this was my sons birthday money. Now we cant do anything. We cleaned up after our self when we left. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY WILL ROB YOU AND NOT CARE!!
Went to stay here when we missed our flight because they advertise free shuttle to the airport on their website and we leave out again tomorrow. Get to the hotel and they do offer it but only for people who pay to leave their car parked there. Well That was unfortunate for us since we are already paying for our parked car at fast park. So had to spend money on an Uber back and forth. Then the ice machines and vending machines are all out of order. They gave us the wrong room three different times. Get into our room no towels or shampoo. Just lotion and conditioner. The quality of this establishment is poor for the amount they charge. Never will make that mistake again.
Horrible! The first room we went to smelled like mildew soon as we walked in, air conditioner was leaking, wet carpet, toilet did not work. Went downstairs, manager was not respecting of the issue. A co worker got us another room. The toilet was leaking, bathroom floor soaked, we had to keep getting towels to soak up the moisture, air conditioner leaked. The manager and supervisor were very nasty. Housekeeping went in my room even with the do not disturb sign on. I will be visiting Indy again, but NEVER at that hotel highly disappointed! And hot breakfast NO! It was coffee, orange juice, and cereal. This hotel is very dated, and should be shut down immediately for renovation.
Really nice people. Would recommend for a bed at a good price.
Read some of these reviews, it's not a five star hotel but if you think that going in, your an uninformed consumer. The staff are nice, great breakfast hours and they do what they can.
Spent the night, never got bed bugs, didn't feel the asbestos, and didn't get offended by 100 people..... So really, I think I can call it a good night.
