We pre paid a booking at this hotel only for them to state upon check in that we had not paid. Despite proving it was indeed paid for they still refused to check us in! We had to find another hotel. They are now refusing to refund any money paid Despite it been proven we paid.
Very poor service.
My boyfriend and I had to book a room last minute on Thanksgiving (a few hours prior to our check in and stay). We were exhausted and cranky. Our first experience at the hotel was with Ms. Ana who was working the front desk. She was WONDERFUL!! Her outstanding customer service and willingness to go above and beyond gave us an amazing first impression that put us at ease and instantly made us grateful the hotel had accepted our late reservation. Ana made sure we had everything we needed before we went to our room and got great sleep. The hotel was in some need of work but was CLEAN, comfortable and affordable - the things that mattered most to us. We will stay here again because of the staff. This is the place for you if you value a safe and clean environment that is budget friendly. Thank you Ana!
When I first read the reviews a few months back I'll admit I was a bit skeptical. I'm sure glad I didnt listen. I hope the front desk ladies get to read this. Everyone is going to find something to rant about whether it be motel 6 or the Ritz. A lot of these bad reviews are bogus. I'm a strong believer in giving respect and receiving it. If you come in with a bad attitude what do you expect fellas? You young ladies are doing a wonderful job. Everyone I have encountered at the front desk has gone the extra mile for me and I wish I could do more for you young ladies than just a good review. The Manager on duty Kate is what she prefers, is a fresh cup of the finest coffee in the morning. She has this beautiful bubbly personality and this sophisticated demeanor that is so hard to find nowadays anywhere. Anytime I walk in she has this big smile on her face and I have witnessed firsthand the type of riffraff she has to deal with. That young lady is the true definition of hospitality. Her business card has a special place in my old wallet. I thank all of Ramada for their hospitality. Please be considerate of these young ladies. I know for a fact they do their best and will go the extra mile for you just as they have done for me. Be courteous to these young ladies fellas that's the least they deserve
Don't let the Ramada or the Wyndham name fool you. You will find an unusually low rate here. There is a reason for that. I have pics posted.
It's a place to sleep, but still felt dirty. I actually felt cleaner NOT user their shower.
It is what it is, but I'll never stay there nor book my clients there again.
I think Ive rated porr because I have always expected better out of Wyndham.
I should have known by the decent price that it wasn't going to be up to their normal standards.
This location was 'slightly' better than a no-name roadside motel.
With that said, it was near airport and provided a shuttle.
Place is not clean. Slept in my clothes and figured not showering would make me feel better than their shower.
