A friend was visiting from another state, and they decided to stay here. This place needs an upgrade. It's dark inside. Floors weren't clean. People were lurking around. Just wasn't a safe feeling.
great, will definitely be back, I go through Houston a lot, choice hotel, the gal that checked me in was fantastic!!!
The front desk clerk Jessica belongs at a Hilton or Westin. Her customer service was astounding. She was professional , courteous and a concierge of sorts. I flew in for my besties bday. I ultimately left cause the hotel is misleading there is NO SHUTTLE. Holly the manager claimed she been trying to get it removed and Holly wasn't able to accommodate that issue. However Jessica is an amazing PROFESSIONAL. The rooms had black mold and she quickly refunded my money and I was able to get suitable accomedations.
Comfortable place to spent the night, the breakfast was good too. Must turn in all keys before 11a. They do charge you a bit more than double if you pull out the bed from the couch, I only been warn - haven't done it. We were also warn to not leave anything in the car and keep it locked - they aren't responsible if anything happens.
The hotel advertises airport shuttle service on their website. Having checked in, we were told they do not have a shuttle service. We were not offered an explanation or alternatives. We had the front desk call for a taxi in the morning. We waited over an hour despite having given staff ample time. The staff was not helpful after repeatedly inquiring as to where our taxi was.
We ended up missing our international flight. 2/10 Would not stay again nor would recommend.
