I've been to several microtel inns that are in much better shape. But as far as hotels go this is not a bad place to stay
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, linen were clean, i checked and double checked, there was an iron and iron board, microwave, mini fridge, mini coffe maker, tea baga, coffee, condiments, there was also 24 hour shuttle service to take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius, they do drop off and pick up from the airport also.Check in and out was a breeze. Overall a great experience.
1 star is too much. They are thieves. My credit card was charged 5 times for 1 night. I politely attempted to resolve the issue with the GM, but she didn't seem to care nor was she even apologetic for the overcharge. Finally, after over a month of trying to get my money back from the hotel, I decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Aside from them stealing my money, the room reeked of smoked, the bed was super uncomfortable, it was terribly noisy, and the breakfast was a disgrace. Don't waste/lose your money here.
No parking. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING we were there TWO nights. The door that leads to the outside on the part facing away from the road was broken and dark. Didn't close. Wiring had been ripped out. When I told the front desk, the man brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal. And several people left their trash in the halls. Every day.
The service is very good. Shuttle 24/7 and front desk tries to be very accommodating. This is a solid place for a quick overnight if you're on a late flight.
This is not by any means glamorous. It's everything you expect out of a 2-star hotel. A bed, a shower, and space for your things.
If you want low cost, friendly, with an airport shuttle just minutes from the airport, this is for you.
If you want the best bed, spotless surfaces, and amenities, look elsewhere.
