Love this hotel. staff is always friendly and the rooms are normally very clean. however, I've noticed that the longer we've been in this pandemic the less clean the rooms have been. that's actually been my observation for other hotels I've stayed in during this time as well. on this particular stay it wasn't anything too bad, just crumbs on the couch. when i was here 2 weeks ago there was some left over food in the compartment under the desk. if we're paying regular prices we should get the same cleanliness to which we've become accustomed.

Perfect hotel. Allowed me to do some business from a convenient counterspace in the evening before our family vacation. Breakfast was plentiful with choices. Left our car for 6 days w/o worry. Would’ve given 5 stats, but the AC was noisy enough to wake you.

The daytime and evening staff at the front desk are polite, but also could use some more eye contact and energy in their interaction. The women who worked the desk at night were very good, and were quick to help with my concerns. The woman who ran the food area was very nice and attentive. The food was standard for hotels. Not many options. It was hot enough though. Everything was very clean in our room and where we ate. The coffee was better the first of our 2 day stay. The room was a good size, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the view was nice, the location was great near Philly (we live in the area), and Royal Farms is conveniently right there too. It was a nice place to stay!
