No food for breakfast, coffee was empty at 7am. Could have had bananas or something grab n go.

Ice machine in hallway was in off mode.

Smelled pot and cigarettes in hallway.

Woman walking around hotel with no mask and nobody said anything.

Room was clean and fairly quiet.

Love this hotel. staff is always friendly and the rooms are normally very clean. however, I've noticed that the longer we've been in this pandemic the less clean the rooms have been. that's actually been my observation for other hotels I've stayed in during this time as well. on this particular stay it wasn't anything too bad, just crumbs on the couch. when i was here 2 weeks ago there was some left over food in the compartment under the desk. if we're paying regular prices we should get the same cleanliness to which we've become accustomed.

Room was nice. Coffee pot was missing piece. Had to make coffee like using tea bag. Staff didn't seem to care. Breakfast was advertised with room but not provided because of Covid. Didn't provide meal to go like some establishments. Shuttle

never arrived with 30 minutes of desired time. Would not stay here again.

I was pleased with the overall experience. I wish they'd taken more concern to clean the room (change the sheets, restock towels and toilet tissue) every day we were there unless told otherwise. The ability to obtain these things were a possibility it just would've been nice not to have to go searching for them. Other than that, it was a pretty decent room and close to food

Perfect hotel. Allowed me to do some business from a convenient counterspace in the evening before our family vacation. Breakfast was plentiful with choices. Left our car for 6 days w/o worry. Would’ve given 5 stats, but the AC was noisy enough to wake you.

Parking is nearly impossible. Room was very dark, and smaller than expected. No counter space in the bathroom. No housekeeping services the second day of our stay; towels promised but not delivered. No coffee at the breakfast bar the first and second morning of our stay. Message light on phone could not be turned off, and blinked red all night long. Front desk blamed this on a "system error."

On the good side: room and bath were very clean.

Staying here with our family for a quick overnight before our early departure out of PHL tomorrow. We slipped into bed only to realize that we were on a bed pad. There was no fitted sheet! Also, stains on the pillowcases would indicate those were never changed either. Disgusting. Had to ask for sheets and make our own bed. No attempt by the hotel to compensate us for the inconvenience. Very disappointed. Will not be returning here.

The front desk lady and gentleman that drives the bus were extremely friendly and personable. I had an issue with my first room and the lady at the desk fixed it immediately. The one major downside for me was room cleanliness. There was an old water bottle under my bed, hair on the shower wall, poop on the toilet seat and some kind of blue specs in the sink (I'd imagine toothpaste remnants or mouth wash) so that really irked me but I was only in the room for 9 hours and the bed was clean enough so I didnt make a stink about it. In the future i would bring this to their attention immediately.

The daytime and evening staff at the front desk are polite, but also could use some more eye contact and energy in their interaction. The women who worked the desk at night were very good, and were quick to help with my concerns. The woman who ran the food area was very nice and attentive. The food was standard for hotels. Not many options. It was hot enough though. Everything was very clean in our room and where we ate. The coffee was better the first of our 2 day stay. The room was a good size, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the view was nice, the location was great near Philly (we live in the area), and Royal Farms is conveniently right there too. It was a nice place to stay!
