Marriott Minneapolis Airport

I stayed here last night before heading to the airport with my two young children. Room was clean, but why I’m writing this is because of the EXCEPTIONAL service. Front desk, genuinely friendly! The women at the cafe, cheerful! I called to have a luggage cart brought up to my room and the man that came up with AMAZING! He saw my hands were full with 2 kids, 2 car seats, and luggage. I heard him call down to have the shuttle wait for us; from what I could hear, the shuttle already left and he said he would pull the other one around. I didn’t even realize I had missed it. He brought our stuff down loaded up another shuttle, brought us to the airport, told me to take the kids in and he would bring all of our luggage to the baggage check. I was flabbergasted. I never once asked for help, yet he took the initiative to lend a much needed hand! I was and am so grateful for help and kindness. Little did he know what an emotional day it already was as we were moving from MSP across the country to a new city. I was having a difficult time and my kids were sad. He was honestly my angel yesterday. Thank you!!

Great rooms and nice showers with good water pressure. The hallways and elevators could stand to be updated.



The restaurant was wonderful. Great meals and perhaps the best bartender I've ever had.



All of the hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to help. 10/10.... Would stay here again even if it meant a further drive.

I was in terminal two, which was a little dated, but it lived up to its purpose. There are 3 airlines on this side, Southwest being one of them. They had 4 eateries in that area once you got through security. Seating was comfortable and there is an abundance of charging ports. All of the staff was nice and helpful.

Perfect! Extremely clean. The staff was very nice, energetic, and quick service. Service with a smile. I will definitely stay here again!
