Don't get me wrong this place needs to be updated. We had some issues. If they fix this place up it would have so much potential. However the 4 stars is for the staff. Dante was great. What ever we needed he didn't hesitate and the best part he was so gracious. His customer service was exceptional. Some changes are definitely needed but, he is not one. We would come back for the price but, stay for that type of customer service Dante provided.
I had an overall good experience, great room and everything else (lots of food options for breakfast!). The only reason why I'm giving it a low rating is because the maid service went through my belongings (everything that wasn't put in the safe) and kept taking my remote and putting it by the TV as well as taking all of my used towels when it clearly stated on a placard to put the used towels in the bathtub or on the floor if I wanted them laundered (I hung up my towels nice and neat). This went on every single day while I was out and about.
Our room had no hot water. Our family that stayed in another room had hot water so it wasn't a whole building thing. The knob for water also fell off when we grabbed it. There was also a crack in the bathroom wall.
The front desk was also not helpful with a toilet problem. Said to not worry about it and it will go down. ??
With that being said the bed were clean and well made. The breakfast was also not bad. They do need more workers on mornings where there are more people. I only saw two workers and they definitely could not handle the amount of people getting food. They could not refill everything fast enough for everyone.
Main issue was the hot water problem and how we couldn't shower with the freezing water in our room.
