Really enjoyed our stay there. Had a bit of trouble in the beginning with switching rooms until we talked Jamie. She got us switched the next day. Everyone we came in contact with was super nice and friendly. Its conveniently close to the freeway and airport. Pet friendly. Would enjoy staying there again.
First time to Reno. I was excited looking at the pictures that the place was clean, free breakfast... not that at all. I stayed 3 nights and was put in a handicap room. I do not know why as I am not handicap. When I got into the room.... watch out it stinks so bad. The mattress is old, there wasn't a blanket just sheets, and the bathroom was so dirty. The shower creaked when you were in it. Do not stay here. Pay the extra price and get a better hotel.
Smells of cigarettes.. no microwave or fridge.. and found hair on the walls of the shower...
And they do not have a sign "Do Not Disturb"
Would not like to be out and come back and see someone or known someone has been inside without my acknowledgment..
Before booking I called to make sure if I can bring pets.. they did not notify me that I can not leave our pet alone in the hotel.. my dog is really calm in hotels and just wished they were more informative on pets.
Was booking here since I thought I can leave my pet inside and wanted to enjoy Reno..
I've stayed here 2-3 times. It's great for traveling with dogs as they have no pet fees, and there is a large, fairly clean area adjoining the parking lot that's perfect for walking the dogs. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and staff very helpful and welcoming. I like the rooms at the very back as they are quieter. One thing that needs improving is the tubs: at least some of them have floor/bottoms that are not solid-feeling. But overall, I really like this inn.
Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We were given a handicap room (even though neither of us are disabled) which meant that we weren’t allowed to park outside the room because we do not have a handicap sticker. The room adjoined another room and our neighbors were very loud and tried to get into our room on multiple occasions. After we requested to be moved to a room that wasn’t adjoining, we were moved to a room that was in fact adjoining, except that this one reeked of cigarette smoke and didn’t have a coffee machine (the first room at least had a coffee machine, even if all they provided was decaf coffee). After requesting a coffee machine, we were rudely told that we needed to walk to the lobby building to get coffee because they didn’t have any more machines. The woman at the front desk wasn’t even wearing a mask. I’d highly recommend going to literally any other hotel in Reno because it’s hard to imagine a worse experience. I’m giving this hotel one star because there are no options to give negative stars. Total waste of money. Would have rather slept in a tent.
Stayed the weekend for a gun show. Room was spacious and clean, water was hot and the breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and courteous
Good location with lots of parking. Room was surprisingly big, including a large washroom. Water pressure and temperature in shower was good. For some reason our room didn't have shampoo or conditioner but lots of bars of soap. The WiFi was really good and an updated TV with cable programming as well as access to Google apps including YouTube which was a nice change of pace from other hotels. The beds were two doubles which was odd as usually it's queens, and there was limited electrical outlets for plugging in electronics. Breakfast was decent, but a bit hectic.Overall a good spot to spend a night for the price comparative to other places in Reno.
Very nice basic hotel. Friendly staff. Little noisy because of the location but then again the location is very convenient. Food is not in walking distance but some good choices a mile or so away.
Breakfast was great and I look forward to being here again if I'm near Reno. Good choice for those just passing through.
They where good size rooms but they did not have any mini fridge or microwave in the room. There is a pool and also a shuttle that can pick you up and drop you off from the airport witch is fairly close. They do serve breakfast and there is plenty of options from breakfast burritos to muffins and milk orange juice and waffles and much more.
We've stayed here many times and it is fine for our needs. It's right across the freeway from the Reno International Airport so is very convenient. They allow us to leave our car there if we are only to be gone a few days. Good place!
