Knights Inn Romulus

I lived there for 5 months with my husband, when he was working for the Detroit Metro Airport, we paid for a handicap room on a monthly basis! There's free breakfast every morning, clean rooms, sheets, small refrigerator, microwave, small coffeemaker,cable television & handicap rooms! If you need extra towels or toiletries just ask for what you need...like packaged coffee, tea, etc! They have a onsite washer and dryer! They even made a smoking area outside in the back of the motel with a few cast iron benches to sit on & a few ashtrays that are next to the benches, I had suggested it to the owner...so people could sit down & smoke without being seen from the street...I even have my initials with a heart that is permanently in the concrete that is by the S.E. wall of the building in the outside smoking area! Plus there are many different fast food restaurants within walking distance, a hotel will a bar inside, close by bus stops...if you need to go somewhere other than the Airport! Only if you don't have a vehicle or a rental car! If you want to order food from a restaurant? They have menu's from different restaurants that will deliver to the front desk, just ask anyone who is working at the front desk for the menu's!

Staff was great.. Exactly what you expect from an inexpensive airport hotel. Clean, simple acceptable

Nice low budget hotel! Clean, great location by airport and car rental. Easy Highway drive into Detroit.

Newly remodeled guest services was outstanding especially the manager Jennifer and there houses keeping rivals that of a 4 or 5 star hotel, all in all, the most amazing for the cost shuttle service is also free for guests, as is WiFi.
