The hotel is accommodating and serves the purpose of a place to sleep at night. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't it. But for price and comfort, choose this property. We did the Park and Sail package for Carnival and the ship was delayed getting into port. The hotel, Sam in particular at the front desk, was more than accommodating with our situation. The dispatcher for the shuttle service was not helpful at all, but that isn't the fault of the hotel.
