The Good: The room was amazing. Beds were comfy, room was clean, and plenty of space. We didn't have any issues with noise from hallway or other rooms. Food from the restaurant was good.
The Bad: The elevator is the slowest I've ever had to deal with. The staff gave us wrong information about the airport shuttle and we almost missed it. You have to go down to the restaurant to get a menu for room service.

Well laid out, quiet rooms... Location is excellent for Midway travelers.. Staff are very friendly... Great stay!! I look forward to staying here again..

Mr. Maze (early morning front desk) went above and beyond to locate my husband’s cell phone that was mistakenly left at the hotel. He was very professional and accommodating. Also, the check-in process was quick, our stay was comfortable and the room was clean and modern. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place Midway, and look forward to another stay there when visiting Chicago.
