Labor Day/Birthday weekend was a success here. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to offer to hold our belongings because we came early and she was more nice enough to find us a room.

The location of this hotel is pretty convenient. There's food/shopping center across the st, 10-15 min walk to another shopping center/Arena, and a 15 drive to downtown. I would definitely stay here again for the convenience.

The hotel came with complimentary breakfast, the choices weren't too much but at least they offered it. Our room came with a couch, fridge, and microwave. I always find those things (fridgeµwave) a HUGE plus in the room. Also their fridge stayed really cold!

Yes, their rooms are a little outdated. Our bathroom door did not even close and their TV had bad connection. But hey, I'd rather a clean comfy room than a modern room.

San Diego is such a lovely city with a great night life. This hotel was decent and affordable. Would recommend! - had absolutely no problem staying here.

It's a big place but in serious need of renovation. Rooms are ok size but beds, carpet, chair, blankets needs to be replaced immediately. Everything is old and shows. Front desk clerk also in need of a major "Customer service crash course". We were doing just fine without her attitude and gloomy face when she was checking us in. I don't see much benefits in paying money to get what mentioned above. Sorry I can not recommend others to waste there money at this property.

This was one of the hotels on the list given to us by my son's recruiter. The rooms were dated but clean. I think the rooms could use some updates. The only other thing is the water temperature sucked in the shower. I felt like it could of been better. The hotel is close to gas and restaurants, there's also a mini mall across the street. The customer service was great though.

Very accommodating staff.

My trip to San Diego went smoothly because of them.

I truly appreciate whoever is in their front desk.

Plus, they gave a very much appreciated favor, and that truly means a lot!

If I get back to San Diego and got no place to go, I would definitely stay here again 😊

First all the electrical plugs were faulty and couldn't hold anything, second the location is super noisey with traffic and the walls are quite thin that you can hear the next room. Finally they gave the same room to someone after we had checked in, and after the other people came into and room the staff then also burst into the room and blamed it all on us being in the wrong room, no apology or any sincerity, it was a terrible experience, will not recommend to anyone
