Caroline, at the front desk, greeted me with a smile, and her great personality. She was incredibly kind and friendly to my 4 and 2 year old grandchildren. She graciously answered my questions. Caroline was just terrific. The property and rooms, are modern, clean, and well maintained. The bedroom has multiple units for charging all electronic devices. The lobby was charmingly decorated for fall, as were the breakfast area tables. The ladies who oversaw the breakfast area were also so friendly to the grandchildren. They were also quick to clear tables, and make sure the breakfast items were available. I highly recommend this hotel.

Recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Airport West back and forth. Rooms are very clean and the hotel & pool itself is neat.
The complimentary breakfast & afternoon snack was good, I would rate it an average.
The first few days before our Cruise we stayed here. The first room that we got the AC was not working properly, sometimes it would be hot in the room and other times it would be too cold. Also the toilet had a leak behind it, we called maintenance.. they came to check what the problem was, said they would come back or have someone else that knows how to work with it come fix it. But no one ever came.
The cost for Laundry was also good, it was $2 to wash & $2 for dry cleaning in quarters, you have to buy your own detergent/softener and dryer sheets because you have to do your own Laundry.
Overall I would still choose this Hotel to stay again.

My family and I stayed here after arriving at MIA. We called for a shuttle and it arrived pretty quickly and had plenty of room. The driver and the hotel staff were nice. We got a pretty good room for a fair price and there was coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby. Five stars because it's what I expected from a Homewood, so no complaints here.

We stayed here our last night before heading back home to Bolivia. We were given a wonderful room and it was nice and clean. They let us check in early and rest and we were able to check out an hr later the next day so we could relax in our room before our flight. Breakfast was amazing. This has been an amazing experience and we will be back. Thanks for knowing what great customer service is and we will be back because of it!!!

I stay here when flying in to Miami before our cruises. The free shuttle service from the airport is great! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and breakfast is included as well. Management is very accommodating and the dolphin mall was a great excursion that was complimentary through the hotel.
