The front desk service person was incredible! His attitude really made us feel welcome. It was clear they kept the place clean with COVID guidelines too which made a world of difference. Thanks for the stay!

George was an amazing person. He picked us up from the airport with their shuttle bus and helped with our luggage. He talked to us and was very pleasant. All of the front desk clerks were amazing. The house keeping was great too! Thank you all so very much

I appreciate that they tried to upgrade us. The attendant was nice. However, the room we were upgraded to, a presidential suite, had plumbing I had to fix myself. Toilet was broken which I repaired, and hot tub was not functional. I was warned this might be the case. But they should have checked it first, not me. I needed a functioning hot tub so I had to get reduced back to my original room and I had to wait some time to get into a room that worked. Even though that room had a whirlpool bath in the bathroom instead of in the bedroom like we expected. Biggest issue was that some basketball team or something was there. They and their families partied into the night in the lobby, with alchohol present, and no masks or social distancing. I really wanted to ask for my money back due to our discomfort and inability to leave the hotel without wading through elbow to elbow people. It's my understanding that the county there did have mask and distancing guidelines in place. It was all around a bad experience that I had to pay 200 for.

Supper nice employees at check in and check out. And the lady stocking the breakfast bar was super friendly. The rooms were clean and very roomy and comfortable. Will stay here again.

We stayed here one night for a park/sleep/fly package. Check in was handled very professionally by Julie, room was clean, beds were comfortable. The shuttle rides to and from IND were fast and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

Bed bugs! I stayed here for 2 nights a couple weeks ago. I stayed in a different room each night. After the first night, in the executive suite, I found about 10 or so bites on various parts of my upper body but thought maybe they were mosquito or flea bites from being outside the previous day. So I returned to this hotel for another night and stayed in a different room. The second day I woke up with an additional 30-50 bites all over my body and reported it to the front desk. They apologized and I left. Throughout the day the bites became more noticeable and I knew that they had to be from bed bugs in the hotel. I called the hotel again a day later to speak to the manager about the situation to make sure something was being done and was only able to leave a voicemail with my info. I received no call back from management about the situation at all. I won’t be returning there and would highly recommend others to avoid this location. I stay about 100 nights a year at Holiday Inns and this was by far my worst experience.

I travel extensively and this hotel is one of the worst if not the worst Holiday Inn Express i have ever seen

The staff is outstanding.. cleanliness is pretty good

The carpet has multiple holes in it

No shower door... heat lamp in the bathroom is on whenever you turn the lights on.. knob is broke on timer..

Masking tape holding the access door to the spa on.

Havent a clue who the owner is here.. but this gives Holiday Inn Express a serious black eye..

We stopped in at 2 a.m. (on a road trip with kids) the gentlemen at the desk were super sweet and got us a room at a good price. Clean rooms, and we slept great, pillows were fluffy and down like. I only gave it a 3 because in the morning our t.v. did not work and we followed the instructions, then trying to call the front desk, only to realize that the in room phone didn't work either. We thought, this might be a good thing, because we needed to focus and get back on the road. Fate. We were out in 1 hour. We didn't complain about it at check out, because really, it wasn't a big deal for us.
