Holiday Inn Express LaGuardia Airport

My husband and I booked this place last minute. Our stay was great the room was clean and spacious. The highlight of our stay was the customer service. Cynthia did her best to get us a room as soon as possible at check in. We were there for a wedding that was at 11am and we got to the hotel at 10am. Check in is at 3pm, Cynthia really went above and beyond for us. If it wasn’t for her we would’ve had to get ready in the lobby bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. I was a bit nervous about the location, but the shuttle is very convenient for getting to the subway station, shopping mall, and the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. After a long day, we got lost, and the hostess stayed on the phone with me for a long time guiding my family back to the shuttle pick up. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was clean, the complimentary breakfast had all the usual options. It is about a 45 minute subway ride to most locations, once you learn to navigate the subway system, but the free shuttle from the airport sure did beat trying to navigate the subway system to get to a Manhattan hotel. La Guardia was also easy to navigate.

Great little hotel with good service. Stayed in the Queens area to visit Manhattan and NYC and after lots of researching I chose this Hotel because of their free airport shuttle, free very decent breakfast and walking distance to some restaurants we wanted to try. The area is not that great but we never felt unsafe and it is definitely convenient. It is a mostly latino, typical old neighborhood in NY. We got the leisure room with a deep soaking tub, it was a decent size room and it was very clean. The breakfast was hot buffet with pancakes, scrambles, sausage, fruit, toasts, coffee, tea, cereals and hot cinnamon rolls and muffins. They have a free shuttle from and to the airport and to and from Queens mall and subway station which made it really easy to visit Manhattan. Only $2.50 each way and you don't have to rent a car. Front desk was average, I didn't feel they were awesome but not rude either. Great stay overall.

Amazing place. I liked the interior. Atmosphere was good. Services was amazing. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fitness center. Room was well maintained with perfect lighting.

This motel is a few miles from LaGuardia Airport. There is a shuttle to the airport. However it's not on airport property so give yourself some extra time for traffic or problems with the shuttle bus. Most of the guests have an early morning flight or for some reason want to stay overnight near the airport. There are also people visiting some one in the area. Both of my sister's stayed there and said it was fine.



The area near the motel is not the best so you may not want to wander around late at night. The rooms and the motel itself is basically clean but not perfect. Its convenient to besides LGA most of the highways in the area. As such, its not a terrible place to spend a night

Staff was exceptional. Need directions?, got it. Shuttle times? got it. They were friendly, upbeat and seemed to enjoy their jobs regardless of time of day!

Will certainly stay here again. Keep striving to be the best!
