Very nice. Staff was always smiling, and very helpful. Room was very comfortable, and the shower was spectacular. Loved the walk-in shower with the glass doors, and a very high shower head which easily accommodated my husband's 6'4" height. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you don't care for the on-site one.
Lovely front desk staff. Esp mary and faith. Rooms are comfy and well kept, all around a comfortable experience with great service.
Apparently Burbank was capped for how many establishments of "Holiday Inn" one specific spot can hold. So this Holiday Inn moved across the street and continues find success on the Chicago side. Great business. Excellent service.
The place was very clean including the bathrooms. The people was very nice and helpful. They are friendly and beautiful smiles while assistance you. This is one place I can talk about to other family. Thanks for a great time with my family.
I just love it. My room, services and the surrounding are perfect. The only negative thing is they don't offer complimentary breakfast.
