Reasonable and cost effective choice near JFK airport. Has shuttle to airport. Cozy and convenient bar and grill type restaurant built into the lobby. Food is good and well priced.

Would never ever recommend anyone to this location, it's the worst! Assistant manager attitude is beyond me, she's rude and will answer a phone call in the middle of you talking to her without excusing herself. Mind you i own my own hotel and would never ever condone the type of behavior she had. I asked to speak to a manager for a refund and her response was "guest wont be able to speak to a manager and get a refund back at all" and shroud her shoulder. My question is what type of behavior is this towards a guest? I travel the world and this would be the first time I've experience such a rude service especially form an assistant manager, i had to take myself somewhere else to enjoy my stay in NYC!!!!

First time, but the not the last. Will definitely stay here the next time I need to be at JFK for a sunrise flight. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The on-site restaurant had the best burger this year. The room was spotless. The hospitality scent in the room was a bit strong, but only noticed for a few minutes. Felt like I was the first person to use the bathroom. Truly the hardest place to maintain.

So many issues! Phone didn't work, Environmental services came in room without knocking or announcing they were coming in , Wifi never worked and cleaned room with disregard to sign on door. Each day my items left in bathroom were moved. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were very nice. This certainly was not my goal experience with a Hilton Hotel. They did put 10,000 points on our Hilton Honors account which was nice but did not makeup for issues.

Due to a flight delay we spent the night here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we got to our room the A/C wasn’t working and it was uncomfortable. We went by the desk on the way to dinner and told them about it. They said they would send maintenance up to look at it. We had dinner at the Hotel restaurant and it was great. Blew expectations out of the water. Probably the best hotel restaurant ever. When we got back to the room about an hour later the room was comfortable and the A/C was working fine. I’d definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Queens /JFK again and would look forward to the restaurant.
