Reasonable and cost effective choice near JFK airport. Has shuttle to airport. Cozy and convenient bar and grill type restaurant built into the lobby. Food is good and well priced.

First time, but the not the last. Will definitely stay here the next time I need to be at JFK for a sunrise flight. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The on-site restaurant had the best burger this year. The room was spotless. The hospitality scent in the room was a bit strong, but only noticed for a few minutes. Felt like I was the first person to use the bathroom. Truly the hardest place to maintain.

Due to a flight delay we spent the night here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we got to our room the A/C wasn’t working and it was uncomfortable. We went by the desk on the way to dinner and told them about it. They said they would send maintenance up to look at it. We had dinner at the Hotel restaurant and it was great. Blew expectations out of the water. Probably the best hotel restaurant ever. When we got back to the room about an hour later the room was comfortable and the A/C was working fine. I’d definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Queens /JFK again and would look forward to the restaurant.
