Brittany the clerk at the front desk is amazing. When you have friendly and welcoming staff your stay is always better. The owner, Naph, if I spelled it wrong I'm sorry, is also top notch. Thanks guys.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was as good as any free continental breakfast I've ever had. The grounds appeared to be well kept, but the room left something to be desired. There were water stains on the ceiling with cracked and peeling drywall aplenty though. Not the place if you are looking for anything fancy.

Good: the rate and the front office staff (even as they were being ripped a new 1 by a hostel customer as I checked in). Also it was quiet.

Bad: the copying machine wasn’t working and the front staff couldn’t make a copy of my ID for check in. I ended up offering to use my phone to scan it and email it to them. The stairway smelled of pee and the door to the room had clearly been kicked in at least 1 time. They clearly had not replaced the door nor the door jam and it took a lot of effort to get the door to remotely latch. The safety latch that you flip over the closed door was only held in place by two 1/4 inch screws, 1 of which was falling out. It had been a long day and I didn’t want to deal with it so I ended up scooting the couch up against the door for the night.

Overall impression: it seems like this used to be an apartment complex with efficiency apartments. However, aside from changing the locks and putting furniture in the rooms nothing has been done to give the place anything close to an inviting feel. Honestly wishing I would’ve immediately gone back and asked for my money back and gone to the motel 6 down the road. I almost stayed there to begin with but I have had bad experiences with Motel 6 in big cities. Thought this would be better after reading some of the reviews. Should’ve read more.

DON"T STAY HERE. If I could rate this hotel a -5 stars I would. The carpets were covered in stains, the walls had hand prints, the sheets were covered in cigarette burns, mold in the showers, and dirt everywhere. It's a real disappointment how bad this place was because all other Wyndham's have been great! But this one needs to be shut down by health inspectors. Not only was it poorly taken care of (and apparently never been cleaned) but they have a woman as their concierge who is the rudest person to worked as the greeter. When we asked for new sheets we were given attitude and lied to about the cleaning service. Bretigny (i believe her name was spelled like that) needs to attend a Customer Service course. We eventually were given a new room and while it was still not the cleanest nor best kept room, we stayed in that one because it was past five and we were exhausted. It was my last night in Dallas and a real let down. I hope corporate investigates this location because it needs to be flipped.

Front desk lady was very friendly. However, this place is raggedy. Cracks in the walls, dated furniture, looks like roaches should be crawling out of the baseboards. Smells like marijuana. At least there ain't no bedbugs....that I can see. I refuse to take a shower or use the toilet. I grabbed a washclothe to wash my face and it had a spider in it. This place deserves to have the health dept called on it. Even the breakfast was terrible. I grabbed my 6.5 hrs of sleep and getting out of here. The pictures of this place are deceiving. Definitely more in line with a 1-2 star hotel.

Great rates. We got a whole studio apartment at the same rate as other hotels in the area. Comfortable bed and couch. The carpet is due for replacing and the blanket had a cigarette burn, but everything was very clean. We couldn't get the WiFi to work, but we weren't looking for a place to work, we were looking for a place to sleep. I'd recommend this hotel to all but my fussiest friends and family.

Front desk staff is wonderful. The rooms need to be cleaned and updated. Also lighting could be better. I did not feel safe and checked out shortly after arrival.

Had a few bad experiences the last few times I stayed there and it's not worth giving the business back to place it doesn't appreciate their customers. The breakfast used to be good it has gone downhill. You are better off to go out to breakfast.
