I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone traveling out of Boston. With all the new COVID restrictions and last minute tests needed for flying, the hotel was so helpful with logistics providing a shuttle every half hour to take you for flights and for testing. They really made everything stress free. The breakfast was more eclectic than I had anticipated and I thought the bed was VERY comfy. For the price we were all very happy. I would like to stay here again if I go to Boston.

Hotel and service is great. Sadly I don’t catch the name of the valet attendant who held my bags while I returned my rental car. He was great! David at the bar/restaurant is the reason I will continue to visit this hotel. Great service and a excellent pour! Ask for David the Asian guy at the bar.

A decent hotel that meets expectations. Spacious and nicely furnished, the room was immaculately clean and the cleaning service was immediately available upon request. Sadly, the TV wasn’t working but that really didn’t negatively impact my experience. I was disappointed with free breakfast, though - a small paper bag with a bottle of water, one hard-boiled egg, and a cheap granola bar. They can definitely do better! For the price range of $80-$90, I’d definitely consider again.

after a lot of complications with another hotel for a weekend getaway, a whole other story....I called Hampton inn Boston Logan, and got to speak to Theresa, Theresa was patient, warm empathetic and put me at ease, reassured me and addressed all my concerns. (unfortunately Hilton Honors made a mistake and booked the wrong night) Upon arrival later on a busy Saturday night I was greeted to a warm smile and a gentle voice "Riley" was assisting me as the line was growing her manager took over who was Dwayne. Dwayne again was warm, friendly and took the time to make everything right. Offered suggestions of transportation needs, restaurants places to eat and things to do. The entire staff was absolutely amazing! they made my weekend get away memorable, fun, and all in all turned a horrible experience GREAT!! The even went above to find a corkscrew for me to open a bottle of wine to celebrate!

I swore, after the horrible experience I had with another Hilton property and reservations I would never use a Hilton again, HOWEVER this Team changed my mind and reminded me why I love Hampton Inn. It was not just me, I observed how the assisted other guests from the check in process, showing guests to the restrooms, handled guests concerns with true care. I do not know the next time I will be in the Boston Area, but this team should be a model to all Hampton's off how to speak to people, better yet how to listen to people. Empathy, and true concern makes guest's keep coming back!

Once again Teresa, Riley and Dwayne!! Thank you all for a wonderful night out, Keep up the great work.... I would hire all of you!!

Very clean and comfortable place to stay with friendly staff. We were also lucky enough to have a very nice view of a heron and the sunset the night we arrived! We had an early flight that morning and for those early risers, they actually pack you a breakfast to go, which I thought was really nice, and they have shuttles to and from the airport starting at 4am. Not to mention, if you're heading south towards the city, it's super easy to get to the hotel, which is saying something if you're used to the calmer roadways of Maine vs Mass. I'm sure we'll be staying there again in the future. :)

One of the best things about staying with a Hilton group of hotel you can be always assured of great service. Our flight arrived early and the airport shuttle was very quick to come and get us. They even gave us a room at 10:30 am since they had something available. It was really nice of them and totally unexpected. Thank you for your kindness. My kid came here for a competition and was able to rest before heading out for the competition. I really appreciate your help.

I haven't actually stayed yet so this isn't a comment on that. I did a TON of research trying to figure out the best and cheapest way to keep the car in Boston while we're gone for the week. Why bother saving money flying out of Boston when you have to turn around and pay over $200 to park the long-term economy parking lot? Anyway, I found this hotel which has free parking for your stay and a 24/7 airport shuttle. I called them up and customer service was excellent. Paid 50,000 Hilton points and then they charge $15/day for each extra day of parking so for us it will be $90 for parking instead of $210 (it would have been over $400 to buy the sleep, park, and fly package). Plus, it resolves are early flight quandary since we're driving from Maine. Hopefully I'm not tempting fate with this early 5 star review : )
