I enjoy staying there. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean. Its a great place to stay
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody! I would expect better from a Wyndham owned hotel. The breakfast is the only saving grace. It has a dead end parking in the back. How is that safe for your guests at night. Not to mention it’s poorly lit. The morning staff in the dining area are a pleasure and so are the front desk personnel. Cracks in molding, dingy looking walls, funky rooms(I’ve stayed in two different ones), and the elevator is creaky. Stay out of the stairwells! They reek! With all this said it’s the best hotel in the area.
Uncoordinated and unhelpful front desk. Never gave me my wake up call. I had to catch an early morning flight for which I arranged a cab through the front desk. I waited 30 minutes for the cab before I found out that the front desk had NOT booked the cab and lied to me that the booking is complete. The hotel should appoint more competent front desk staff.
Room key was not working for 50% of the time and I ended up wasting a lot of time trying to solve that problem.
Breakfast was good.
Is 0 stars an option. We had to get 3 different rooms, only needing one. First one was already occupied. The second room was filthy with trash and unmade beds. Not good. Then they double billed us. Not cool. Dirty Maryland.
Price was reasonable. The room was clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious but I personally wish that they had other choices for protein besides sausage. The only reasons that I did not give them 5 stars was the outside of the hotel (the grounds and parking lot areas) needed some attention cause it was dirty. Also the back parking lot behind the hotel was very dark due to the fact that none of the lot lights worked and the door in the back did not stay closed so anyone could come in through that door. I would stay there again.
