This place will never ever get our business again!!! The People that work there are the rudest most unprofessional people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. We get there and they get uptight about how we want to pay. We had the room for multiple days.Then the next day we leave to go out for the day only to come back to our room given to someone else didn't matter that i had things in the room!!!! So they argue with US over THEIR mistake. They give us another room we go there only to discover someone is already in there thank God they didn't shoot us coming into THEIR room!!!! We go talk to them yet again. Only to be talked to by the rudest woman that decided to use vulgar words to describe my husband!!! Then to be given a room with two beds which is a downgrade from the king size room i reserved AND paid for!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
Will steal your money as you pay with credit card. Beware of the management.
Average hotel. Staff was super nice and friendly. Not too clean, but you get what you pay for and also I guess things changed since the COVID.
The room was surprisingly clean. Even the outside, when I arrived, looked better than expected. It's no five star hotel, but its definitely worth the price I paid. The beds were comfortable and I got some good sleep every night there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had no issues there. And they serve breakfast here as well. If you don't want that, then there's a Waffle House across the parking lot. Overall I had a great stay. If you book here just don't expect all the amenities of a fancy hotel and you'll be fine.
Checking in was no problem. I was staying there to catch a flight in the morning. The front desk asked if I would like a wake up call, I said yes for 5am. Thankfully I set my own alarm because they DIDN'T call! Room was decent other than burn hole in the covers. The airport shuttle was a good experience!
Nice okay. Adequate room. Should improve checkin process and equipment for staff.
The room was better than the lobby and exterior. Desk clerk was on the phone and wouldn't acknowledge my presence for at least 2 minutes. Even after informing them one week ahead that my flight was early in the day and being told I could check in early, I was suddenly told there was a $25 fee. I sat in the lobby until check in time. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding. Shuttle service was excellent. I was locked out after the first day but charged for 3. It was straightened out fairly quickly. No housekeeping after 1st day. Bed was clean and comfortable. Upgrades made to bathroom.
For the price this is a very reasonable stay. The breakfast was unimpressive but they always are with cheap hotels. Bus travel for airport was fine. Removing two stars because their security cameras need to be replaced; didn't like seeing poor quality cameras where I had to leave my vehicle for a week.
Let me start off by saying the staff were great. When you walk in it's not a welcoming environment. There is a sign on the desk that says the pool is unavailable since 5/10/19. Next the elevator is out of order. The rooms could use a make over. And to top it off a roach ran across sink. They could have mentioned the pool and elevator were out of order when we booked. The one star is for the wonderful staff. I feel bad that they have to work under these conditions and having to hear the complaints.
Last week I stayed here for 7 nights, and I can not compliment Adrian and staff enough. They bent over backwards to take care of us, and made our stay such a wonderful experience. The entire staff was so friendly! The hotel was very clean, and is close to many restaurants. Highly recommend!!!
