Check-in was quick once the rep found our reservation, she even let us put the room in my name bcz I was the one staying there but because I don't have a credit card the rep let my friend use her card, which was so helpful. The bathroom was very clean and there were enough towels so if a family of 4 was using the room they all would have a towel. I enjoyed the fact that the mini fridge was not actually a mini fridge, this fridge was bigger than any that I've seen in hotels. The only thing that was any problem at all was the menu guide on the TV was no it programed correctly so we couldn't tell what channel or what program was on each & every station.
Rooms were sub par, tub had t e outlets draining, and locks were not all in working order. Not a pleasant stay. Will not be returning. The employees were great though.
Ok staff. Some weren't wear a mask. (Night shift) Ugh!!
However, Hidden cost when you check in, rooms are questionable, I had to switch rooms. Because the one was dirty. And the current one looks like they didn't finish patching all the holes or paint. Just needs some TLC. I can deal with that, not dirty or stain sheets.
If you think you would get a breakfast, skip it and and save the time and money and go to McDonald's.
Your get more and not feel like your in elementary school having breakfast. you can tell they tried, just sad. If McDonald's can serve breakfast safely, I think this place can too and not mislead there customer's. Can't blame everything on covid-19. Smh
Just poor management.
The staff was friendly but the room room was not clean at all. Hair on the sheets and stains as well... but to be honest I’m not sure if they were washed? We asked for new sheets though and we re made the bed. There were dead bugs on the walls, blood on the wall, and the floor had not been vacuumed.
The whole hotel smelled strongly of weed.
Felt very dirty when we left.
Be aware- it didn’t look like it would be this bad when I booked a few months ago but unless you want to pay for this type of “service” don’t book it.
I liked this place because the staff were very courteous and understanding. I had a dirty room, tub and a the tub wouldn't drain. Front desk gave me a discount when I presented these issues to them. I will be back to give then another try after the amazing customer service!
My daughter and I had been re-routed to Denver due to storms in Chicago. We had a stressful day and were exhausted when we arrived at our last minute hotel. Natalie at the front desk was wonderful, cheerful and accommodating. She was there again in the morning and did her best to make us feel special. Thank you Natalie!
The room we booked was horrible. The bathroom had a ring of black mold on the walls, beds were extremely uncomfortable, the pillows for the bed were half sized throw pillows, and the air compressor for the room's ac was broken.
We went down to the front desk, unable to get any sleep and were met with a staff member that said the computer was weird so we would have to wait for her coworker to show up. I proceeded to try and speak with her but she was much more interested in the conversation she was having on her cellphone.
When her coworker finally arrived I was instructed that maintenance would need to check the room immediately so we would have to move all of our stuff out. However, she must have forgotten informing us earlier in the conversation maintenance went home three hours previously.
The new room wasn't much better, taking hours to cool down to a temperature where anyone in my family could sleep and the black mold was still present as well.
I appreciate that this is marked as a two star hotel, so I am not looking for five star accommodations. However, I do expect a clean room with working appliances. I also expect a modicum of professionalism from the staff. Instead I got ignored for a personal phone call and told I would have to relocate immediately for maintenance that was not even on shift.
Not worth my money. I will never return. This may have possibly been the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced, and that says something when you travel for your profession.
It's a clean and quiet hotel just very old decor in the rooms. Not even HDTV, pretty bland but just right for a 2 day business trip. Breakfast each day was actually quite good, very friendly staff as well.
Thank you for a wonderful addition to my vacation! You should be so proud of your staff. My first visit to Colorado and they were ready to recommend places to visit, restaurants and all of their ideas were excellent. One staff member went out of their way to help identify a plant I fell in love with. I will definitely be back! Thank you again.
A nice cosy place close to the airport. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was pretty damn spacious, especially for someone used to the small rooms in France. Breakfast was okay, with not too big a spread. A nice place to crash out after a long flight, especially if you are not spending too much of time in Denver.
